That is true. Though I own neither, the official forums confirm that the two pack pets do stack so if you have both it nets you 10 slots across all characters.

Played briefly very early right after the patch. Now playing again. No problems so far today.

New crown crates are out. We found a fun new hairstyle in the "Superior Rewards" section for 16 gems. We had 17 so we grabbed it. It has a Cap'n Jack Sparrow vibe, but I think it works really well on Brenna.

The cool renaissance style hats are weird though. Your hair completely disappears when you preview them. With all the hats they have that don’t do this, it’s strange that these do. They don’t appear to be constructed any differently.

I only had 7 gems left; so went ahead and bought the 15 crates package. Didn't get the hair; but I did get two emotes and a new pet mountain goat. I like the Sacred goat better; but for some reason my Sacred goat stopped bleating! Can't have a non-bleater pet following me! (and now I have 102 gems to spend, lol).








They did that on Misa too. She won one in a crate; and as cute as the hat would be = won't be worn since it makes my females bald. Now...Malan IS bald; so he might not mind, lol.








It changed to red for Misa; but ... just didn't look right on her.

It's not so bad - go early in the morning when Cyrodiil numbers are low and stay away from the battle zones and you'll do fine!

I've gone with a few members of my housing guild - we've wanted certain furnishings or certain achievements, and we've blasted each other, all in good fun! Since I have three toons in each of the three alliances, there's no shortage of willing souls to head out. The best thing? PVP doesn't damage your armor!

Lately I've been going out with Grits and getting some of the solo side quests in Cyrodiil - all good experience for those of my toons who need to level up alliance skills for certain builds. I still fail to understand why good PVE builds call for PVP skills, but there you go . . .

Buffy has all the Alliance skills she wants so the only time she goes to Cyrodiil is during the double AP event. Repairing walls/doors actually earns slightly more AP than is spent on repair supplies so quite a bit of AP comes from that - slow and safe. She monitors zone chat and if there is a keep capturing group running, she will sometimes join them - and be terrified the entire time. When playing as a healer variant, she earns her keep and survives pretty well, generally getting no kills though. When playing as an archer variant, she uses her group to protect her and manages quite a few ranged kills. She make no provisions at all for PvP as far as skills/gear goes so, not surprisingly, if caught by herself among foes, her survival rate is zero.

And honestly, the only reason she goes to Cyrodiil at this point is silly vanity. She likes having a few pretty stripes under her name as she runs around . . . even though calling her a PvP paper tiger would be quite overselling herself. Oh, and she wants event tickets for the Impresario's shoppe.

The double AP will interest Kemel Al-Satakalaami, who wants his caltrops, and Fleur on EU, who will do her training visit to Cyro and hope to reach Vigor. All the rest is not for us. If pushed, it's BG for preference, as you get 7.5k (doubled to 15k) credit for coming in dead (literally) last.

I'm disappointed there are no Imperial furnishings at the Impresario. That would be one of the few things worth getting tickets for.

I used to enjoy PvP with Haa-Rei, just sneaking around to do quests and such and occasionally helping to defend keeps.

Ciri needs to get the vigor skill, so this event seems like the best time to jump in for a little while. That Indrik mount is also a good incentive.

Buffy wound up her objectives for Midyear Mayhem a few days ago so I missed that the end of the event was extended by a day until 10:00AM EDT on Wed July 8.

Midyear Mayhem sounds like professional wrestling.

That's more or less exactly what it is. The event focuses on the game's one player vs player zone, trying to lure those of us with little or no interest to join in.

Picked it up on both NA and EU servers. It's one per account/server, so you can have two! But of course the contents can't be transferred between the servers.

Another reason to create an EU character (and join the EU copy of the guild).

I went over for a quick skyshard or two from the delves, and all the coffer rewards were Thieves Guild treasures. Anyone get anything useful?

Buffy's been doing one daily per day for the 3 tix. She prefers the WB dailies to the delve dailies in Summerset since the WB's are so heavily attended now. The only bit of loot of note she recalls is a motif page for Wleykynd(?) hands.

Though not a housing fanatic, she's pleased that the Impresario is offering some nice furnishings along with the Snowhawk outfit style. She just chuckles over what seems to be the neverending indrik of the month stuff.

In our case, it was skyshard hunting plus, "what's this? Oh, there's an event going on". Ma'Licious and Al need skill points to raise their crafting ranks, and they've just about exhausted the Alliance zones. The sample is small, but four out of four contained "treasures", which can be sold, but are otherwise useless. I didn't even look to see if we got tickets, but if so, the furnishings would be all the Impresario has of interest.

I've been re-reading the announcement, and now I'm confused on when the Glorious variety of coffer drops. The text just says delves, but I'm think it's specifically the dailies, as we didn't get one.

Jerric's team is there for the outfit, but the style materials for crafting furniture are a nice bonus. Lil has mentioned that the parrot-looking indrik might like to wander around Bouldertree. Not sure yet if they're going for the berries in support of her idea. They'll have to decide today!

We've done a few of the dailies for the Skyshards in the delves, as both Ma'Licious and Kemel Al-Satakalaami need a few crafting ranks.

Fleur on EU is doing them, too, but in her case she's hoping that the loot will include research items. Especially Divines Guards, the missing one for her Hunding's set. She has already made the boots and bracers, the cuirass and sash are being researched, but she can't find guards to research at all, and is stuck at 5 traits. If she doesn't get any, she'll make a helmet or arm cops instead. Her other "hurry up and wait" item is enough Tempering Alloy to gold out her axes, so she's doing smithing writs for the chance of the surveys and the direct returns, too.

I've only been doing the Summerset Dailies from the man under the wooden arch thing = according to the internet; he is the one who gives us the Divine Magistrate Achievement needed to buy that housing waterfall. Got to have that waterfall furnishing!!!!

But those little purple coffers with gifts in them = I have gotten them more than once plucking up a node in Summerset; gotten them with every quest reward; and of course for the Dailies in Summerset. So other than doing the man's Dailies; Amiela Imbel has been doing the Psijic questline and the Summerset main questline and a few side quests now (may as well do it at a time when she can get the bonus of those coffers for each quest ending)

Event Tickets = So far I've spent 20 tickets on the furniture at the Impressario, lol.

Oh, it has been so long since I started my game = forgot about those times when we didn't have an Elder character to make research items for the younger ones! Urgh; that is a rough period to go through. Is there a crafting guild you can find there that will make you research items? (or one with a trader that sells them?)

I had to reload my game; and ever since then it doesn't show the option of the EU server anymore. How do I access it to join our EU Guild?

Hazmick is a member, except that the account is @Cirinwe. And Grits is the other half of the membership with two accounts.

Once you have a character there, then I'll invite you. The game does not let me do that without one, so I only have open invitations for @hauteecole.rider16 and @kazaera at present.

Fleur is doing the Craglorn quests, too, to get her Nirnhoned piece. You need a character per piece to research all the traits, so I can't imagine getting all that done. However, she'll research one, just in case anyone else needs it. She has four Fortified Nirncrux already, just from foraging as she does the quests.

Not sure if I'll ever play over there; I can barely keep up with my account on the NA, lol. But I wouldn't mind starting a character over there to get the numbers for your bank and Heraldry. I have access to my son's account too; just have to get my son to give me Bethesda's latest passcode for his account to access it (since they reinstalled Windows on my PC; the game is no longer recognizing this PC as the same one allowed to access his account, urgh).

I checked in with Brynja on the EU server, and she does not have divines researched in guards. She did find a piece for sale cheap, but it will be 22 days (I think) before she can use it. Then some weeks before she can make a piece to share.

If Fleur is willing to accept a swap rather than finding one in the wild, Brynja will send her the guards to research. Then when Fleur has it researched she can send a pair back to Brynja. There is no rush on our end. Unless there is a festival, the EU crew pretty much just hangs out with their pets and horses.

Cirinwe can't be of much help on EU I'm afraid, haven't done much crafting at all.

Fleur has a day or two before a research slot opens anyway. She'll need a woodworking item before the guards. Those are getting harder to find, as she has fewer unknown traits, but right now, she's just not using any wood.

She can make a five-piece set real soon without the guards, as she has enough traits on helmet and arm cops. Undaunted ones could replace those after she researches guards, as she'd like to get the set before chasing the undented pieces.

Her 6-trait capabilities will extend to mage and tank gear soon, too. She has plenty of Rubedite, and may make herself some Fortified Brass so she can use her S&B skills from time to time as a tank. That only takes four traits. Green Pact and Plague Doctor are easy to farm to go with it.

When Brynja has a research piece available, Fleur will happily trade for a full set of Julianos or Hunding's training gear at your character's level. Those guards still aren't dropping.

She has a full set of her own, it just doesn't include guards yet, and she'd like to get those before she tries to collect an Undaunted pair of head and shoulders.

I went ahead and sent Brynja's divine pants guards to Fleur, otherwise I would forget in the weeks before Brynja learned the trait. She'd love a pair in return when Fleur can make it.

I also sent a duplicate blue furnishing praxis in case your furnisher hasn't found it. I'd stick it in the bank, but...

Fleur has gratefully received the guards, and started the research. By a happy coincidence, a slot for Smithing also opened, so she has started her first Nirnhoned piece, which she'd got from doing Craglorn.

I finally used my scroll of Mara today! Here are the screens of the proposal, marriage, and parts of the honeymoon even!!! ESO did a VERY good job of making it romantic!
