Banker and Merchant are on sale for 3 days (4250C vs normal 5000C).

For anyone not familiar, both can be handy subject to a couple limitations: Banker cannot access guild banks. Merchant cannot repair.

Can't find the gif but yeah, that's uh, very small discount. Great for people with only so many crowns left over but otherwise? Not something I'd jump on. (What was the discount last time? I think it was bigger than this one)

Next Monday with the PC launch of Update 21, we’ll be implementing some code related to ESO’s database that will allow us greater flexibility with updates and maintenance as it continues to grow over time. Due to this change, after downloading the patch on Monday, you are likely to encounter a very long load screen upon first logging into the game. This will only occur the first time you log in after character select, and it will not affect subsequent logins. That said, the length of the load screen could vary anywhere between 5-10 minutes to a couple hours. We understand this is far from ideal and is frustrating on launch day, but it’s a necessary evil just this one time.

Now, this loading is actually directly tied to the total number of bank items, inventory items, and mail attachments everyone has. This means if you’re able to clear out excess items in your inventory and attachments before maintenance begins Monday morning (or even just reduce them), this will greatly help the amount of loading the client will need to do! Additionally, once you’re at the load screen, please just wait until you’ve made it into the game; closing the client will not speed things up.

Weren't we supposed to get three of some kind of race change tokens too? I didn't get any that I could see; does anyone know where I'm supposed to look for them?

You should be able to see them in character select. 3 Race Change and Name Change tokens each

It looks like the final (4th) event (Jester Fest) for this first (Dawnwood) quarter will run Mar 21 - 2 Apr. While I suspect the dates for the Jester Fest are good, they are only inferred from Crown Store info and not really announced yet.

Lol, yeah. Khajiit wants to say you get them from a Dunmer guy who is in a library type room all by himself.

The good news is that they've added the Dark Elf Chiminea to Rolis' stock, so you can now buy the plans and make them.

Bad news is that it's not a crafting station, and it requires a level of Engraving skill, so I can't use it.

There's half a dozen more items, but that was the one I wanted, or I thought I did.

The really annoying part is that it was introduced with Morrowind, which placed one in Vivec, but made the furnishing plan dependent on Summerset, as you need jewelry skills to make it.

Not being a cooking station wasn't unexpected, as the Khajiit firepit isn't one, either. However, anyone can make that if they have the base game. When they introduce the firelogs crafting station with the New Life Festival, I thought they'd set their precedent for extra stations, but I was wrong.

Current event ends "May 9 at 10:00AM EDT" so I'm closely watching those last two style pages, and may buy them for tickets tomorrow night if they haven't dropped. That should make sure they then do so.

I took my one missing Prophet page from the guild bank, and got another in the next box, so put one back.

The one thing I need to remember is to eat cake as each character logs off tomorrow, so they have a full XP boost in hand.

Necromancer seems fun so far! Khajiit likes the death theme. This one wonders how viable a Necro specializing in Resto staff would be.

I see that Summerset has become a DLC in the Crown Store, so I'll get that as part of ESO+.

What I haven't seen, still, is whether Jewel Crafting became a base game feature, like Battlegrounds did from Morrowind. I'll have it anyway, but don't know whether others without ESO+ will have access.
