My favorite thing is how that M'aiq in the emote isn't even from ESO, he's from Skyrim. "Lies" indeed.

Is M’aiq even in ESO?

Yeah, he shows up randomly in a specific spot in each vanilla zone. There's even an achievement for finding him everywhere.

I've encountered him twice. Across seven characters in five months. UESP shows the locations he can appear on their map.

I've got an add-on that puts a mark on the map at places he MIGHT randomly spawn, but that is no guarantee you will find him there. Most zones have three locations he can spawn in; but even testing all three doesn't guarantee a sighting. You have to actually talk to him to get the achievement. Two of my characters have it so far.

Hunh. Surprised this one has never ran into him.

I came across M'aiq last night in Reaper's March on my way back to the wayshrine from a wood survey. He told me "The Mane is chosen by scent. Had M'aiq known, he would have bathed."

I did not think to take a screenshot, but it was dark anyway, and probably wouldn't have been very good.

That Tsaesci style looks really cool.

Some nice features, but the hip flaps are getting to be "because we always have hip flaps". They don't really relate to the rest of the outfit at all.

I do like that hat, and the pitchfork-style staff. The sword in the image looks better than most, too.

Okay, last night I discovered that the cutoff for each "day" to be eligible for your daily rewards is at the same time every night. EDT was 8 p.m. last night; so figure that out for your time zone = or just mouse over your next reward and it will tell you when you have to log on to get your next reward by how many hours. Last night mine said 18 hours and 29 minutes at the same time everyone on Teamspeaks said the exact same thing; and there were people on there from Tasmania, New Zealand, Iowa, Tennessee, and California = so everyone's changes at the exact same time.

I was on before and after that cut-over, and got two. However, I note that there aren't enough days left in this month to get the final multiple crate award, and of course, next month's rewards will be different. We should all get the single crate, and the pet, if we're on every day.

Same here, I logged on at 7:42 p.m. and by the time I was doing writs on the second character I was able to pick up the second daily reward.

Actually, I think there is only 21 days left on the daily rewards for June; (though I'd have to count it to be sure) and 24 days left in the month = so it should match up close for getting that last crate, if what I heard on Teamspeak was right.

Yeah, it's only the 6th. There should be plenty of days to get that last reward. Also I was surprised by the free dinner last night as I was finishing off the Museum Questline in Summerset lol

People have been clamoring for an immersive version of the daily login but tbh? It's easy to imagine that the many people you've saved are sending you gifts. The Squad's saved the world like, what, seventeen times altogether??? (Black Desert Online has a Contribution Fund, which gives you a certain amount of currency per day based on your "Contribution Points", which are earned by doing quests. The points are also used to buy houses. :v So it's not hard to headcanon it this way, at least for me)

I'll have to do a proper count. When they tested it on PTS (with 10 gold each day!) the reward list had 30 entries, and there were only five days or so left in the month. The live list looked like it was the same size, so I didn't actually count them. There should be as many items in the list as there are days to get them, or the excess listed items are really unobtainable. But there also shouldn't be fewer items, or the last days in the month will get no rewards.

Oh, that is a very cool way that game is handling the rewards! I like the sound of that; and absolutely LOVE the idea of looking at it like people you helped or friends in game sending stuff to you!

I also love that we can buy crown store stuff and send it to people, that is Awesome !!! Not that I can afford it right now, but when I can, WOO HOO!!!

So you could make gold off of crown store items or can this happen?

Yes, you can now effectively buy gold, by buying crowns, using them to purchase a "gift" for which the recipient sends you gold. Several people have remarked on it.

Back to the log-in topic: There are two kinds of crates in that list. I wonder what you'll be able to get for the inevitable gems - items from the crate's season, or the CS current one? Not everybody gets the crates at the same time, if they skip a day or two.

Nocturnal statue is a Legendary level item - 200 gems. I might consider that for Mathiisen Manor, if I get enough gems, of course. And not getting gems can be a good thing.

Today was the one Scalecaller crate daily reward. I was told "you need 5 empty inventory slots" so I got quite hopeful. Yes, I got five. A costume, a duplicate emote, a skin tattoo, poisons, and an XP scroll. Not all that many gems, either.

I got a couple of gems and a tattoo. Almost back up to 100 gems in the bag now. That's the crew's Awesome Horse Fund.

I got the Flip the Bird emote. Mood

Anyways, looks like we're finally getting Murkmire after all these years (just as I expected, Hates gets to go home). Final quarter this year.

We're also getting another dungeon DLC next quarter. Something about werewolves.

Murkmire maybe cool. Don’t do a lot of dungeons so, meh (then again Khajiit hasn’t been doing much of anything with ESO lately, so, *shrugs*).

I did discover that, unfortunately. I had to work the auction through the whole announcement; and so far all I've found is everyone else's version of what they said, and some of them have been way off, lol.

But I did see one thing = a tease-trailer showing some really rough looking oceanfront and the title Elder Scrolls VI on it! So I'm psyched about that, but not pre-ordering it. And I'm psyched about Fallout 76 and Blades.

On the crate front, I got crap. nothing but poisons, potions, drinks, and a scroll for 50 XP for one hour, grrrr. It is all in gems now.

It'll be a grand total of 8 crates by the end of the month. Makes me paranoid of sabotage to droprates, but idk. I STILL believe my best drop was the Buoyant Armiger motif from the free crates.

Went looking for a mudcrab in Vvardenfell, and an Alit volunteered instead. But where are all the cliffracers?

Cliffracers are around but they are passive creatures that don’t attack. You can see (and hear) them fly overhead at times.

Unless you are in Vvardenfell, then they most def attack, lol.

Are you talking about the “Cliff Strider”?

I've encountered the Cliff Striders, too. They do have a jump attack, but that's as far off the ground as they get. They don't behave like the TES III cliff-racers did.

And I have seen something looking similar to a cliff-racer fly over, plus there's a small non-aggressive version of the cliff strider, too, called a Cliff Skipper. They're apparently the young of the Cliff Strider, and count for the achievement if you kill them - what a cheese!

Just found out from UESP that you may see cliffracers over Stonefalls. I'll have to look up more often!

I 100% believe it. They're dumb-rare. The only other drops I've gotten was from this year's Anniversary Event.

I just noticed that Murkmire has Argonian housing that's not mud huts. If there's a player home that's an airy wooden construction on stilts, then Spreads might consider moving out of her room in Ebonheart.

Some of the woven furnishings are already passable, and the new DLC could add more.

I think Acadian told me that they would be just like the ones in Topal Bay, which I loved too. Kind of round bamboo type structures for the homes, with plank floors and up on stilts? I can take a picture and post it of the Topal Bay ones if you haven't seen them yet, they are really nice.

She's missed out on Topal Bay too, for now; lol. I really hope they bring it back around.

Spreads wants something more modest, around the 350,000 gold mark, like Sleek Creek or Mournoth Keep, and near a wayshrine or in town so she doesn't have a trek to do her daily crafting.
