I have always loved a curved sword, they look wicked to me. I used Redguard up to the level that they did away with the curved blade; then went to a friend and had Soul Shriven made until I got the Hollowjack and could make them myself. Now I can make my own Soul Shriven, so have gone back to them; but still love seeing the Hollowjack swords the few times I have seen them out in the game.

Unfortunately I have to do a thing tomorrow, and may miss part of or all of the meeting. If I don't show up, I hope everyone has a great time

Yes, and it really made me mad how they change because they were my absolute favorite sword up to about level 24, then suddenly ... urgh.

Well that's a bummer. There's always the Abah's Watch and Ra Gada swords though! They have nice curves!

I'll have to check those out!I can actually make the Ragada Swords, (if I'm not mistaken) - but will probably have to learn the Abah's Watch style.

Mira can make you a sample of the Abah's. It won't be your level but you'll know if you want to pursue it.

No, I don't mind the rubedite coloring at all - the iron one seems to be higher res and has much more detail than the rubedite one = you would think it would be the opposite!

Just came out of a fun guild meeting. Buffy (Acadian), Britta (mALX), Brenna (Khajiit) and Jo’zira (Monkey) were there. After some chatting, drinking and music, Britta led us to a brief goblin quest so Brenna could get a goblin costume from it. Mission successful!

Then before too long, Brenna and Jo had to go.

Britta and Buffy got to talking horses (no surprise). . . and the new offerings in the crown store. Well, two horse-crazy young ladies didn’t take long until Buffy got her pony and Britta decided to get one as well.

Completely forget to grab any screenshots of the day but it was all fun. Thank you to those who could make it and we missed those who could not.

I wanted to thank all the members for their help with the Guild Hall; everywhere I look in there I can see the gifts members have donated to make it an Awesome place (and see it much better since Haute donated those lights!) - but I wanted to specifically thank Acadian, Monkey, and Grits for their steady and continued contributions and support toward getting these tables into the Guild Hall. Your donations have made a huge difference, and have been an amazing inspiration that always seems to come in at a time when I've been brought to a standstill by drops in the game's economy (like when school started up again and sales at the Guild Traders dropped to almost nothing; or for some reason I couldn't get a Master Writ for three weeks).

It really is Amazing how fast we are getting these tables in! This is a huge undertaking; and somehow with only our (ten members) we are surpassing most of the 500 member Trade Guilds in getting our Guild Hall up to being fully functional, despite starting later than them!

Right now we are one table shy of having 21 sets out of the 38 sets in the game (when Clockwork City comes out that will change to 41 sets plus the "Transmute" station) = but even including Clockwork City, that is still over halfway there! And we are just under halfway there on the Mundus Stones.



** On a side note: I wanted to open this up for discussion amongst the members = I have certain people I have always allowed standing privileges at the Guild Hall - Examples:

Haute = before she joined the Guild she was always considered an honorary member and has always had privileges to use these facilities at will. (of course, she is a member here at Chorrol anyway; so that was a given).

Another example is Haute's close friends Bear and Grey (Gray?); who have been completely awesome friends to several of our members (not to mention have also donated several nice house items to us).

Also, a friend of mine (that vampire "Caine" you saw screens of dancing naked on our courtyard dining table) - who is an inspiring master decorator and more recently has become a supplier of Attunable tables for gold; lol.

On two occasions I opened up visiting privileges to all my houses to another Guild temporarily just to showcase my decorating (in order to get decorating jobs from them to do their Guild Halls and personal houses; (which I did get those jobs, and they paid extremely well).

If any of you have particular friends you would like to provide access to our Guild Hall facilities; I have no problem with adding their names under visiting privileges (if that doesn't bother any other of our Guild members).

How does everyone feel about this, and is there anyone you would like to add as visitors? (no specific names on here; if we are all agreed on this then just PM them to me in game).

No worries here! Visitors can't really hurt anything and if they were to start leaving too many imp chip crumbs laying about, you can always curtail their privileges.

The key is, that if we see a non-guild member in the hall, we'll assume it is a guest and welcome them.

Lol, Imp Chips! And yeah, I always felt like we were a warm and welcoming community here at Chorrol, so being able to find some way to incorporate that in the game too would be awesome. It seems kind of counter to that if we hang with people every day and have to shut the door in their faces when we come here; or if we have friends that are struggling to get their Master Writs done or develop/tweak their character's builds and could use the tables, Mundus stones, or training dummy = why not be able to invite them to visit.

At one of the Guilds that I decorated and set up their facility to be fully functional; the Guild Masters bring non-member people in and help them train up their character's builds using the Mundus/combat dummies/and dueling center. It is where Britta trained for Tanking and playing in Cyrodiil.

(as long as they don't come and shut all the lights off as a "prank" or something; I'm on board).

oh, thanks so much for including Bear and Gray on your visitor's list for Hunding's - they have been truly great online friends for me and I'm so glad they've been the same to several of my fellow guild members.

I do think it's a great idea and have a couple of new online friends who might enjoy the camaraderie that is Chorrol. But before I recommend them to mALX for visiting privileges, I want to make sure they would fit in well as far as kindness, respect for others, and sense of humor are concerned. So I vote yes, with reservations.

Khajiit is fine with whatever everybody else decides. He has no opinion on the matter, and trusts everyone's judgement.

I see no problem with it, as long as these friends can be trusted to behave themselves.

Bear would be welcome in any of my homes at any time; and always will be - and where Bear goes Gray is never far behind; of course = so also always welcome. Bear has made some very good friendships among at least 4 of our members, and if he ever wanted to join our guild I would welcome him. If he never wants to join it, he is still welcome. He is one Awesome person!

As for anyone else = They don't have to join the guild (or Chorrol) to be welcome; in fact - I kind of like our guild being just our close-knit long term friends from on here at Chorrol, and don't care if it ever grows larger or not.

But I have had a few friends want to see what I'm doing with the place; or wanting to craft themselves a new armor combo; or looking to work out spells on a target dummy that don't have access to a full guild hall. I don't mind inviting them here to do what they need to; as long as they treat the facility (and our members, of course) with respect.

So I'm just saying - if any of you do have friends you would like to extend permission to visit to, just PM me in game and I'll make sure it is done as soon as I get on.





Agreed with that. The only thing they can actually do to the property would be to turn off lights; which will cause them to lose their privileges (so anyone you invite, warn them not to do it).

Other than that, being rude to the members would of course immediately end their privileges; but I doubt any of us would be inviting anyone who would be like that anyway,

mALX, I continue to be amazed at the progress you’re making on the Guild Hall. As soon as you mentioned adding non-member friends to the visitor list, I thought of Bear and Gray. Thank you very much for the option of welcoming trusted friends to enjoy Hundings as visitors! I’m sure that anyone we bump into there while crafting, swimming, or taking a well-earned nap will feel as welcomed in person as they would if they posted here at Chorrol. (And don’t worry about vampires dancing naked on the tables – Jerric will eat the food anyway!)

You have to thank yourself for that last table, and Acadian and Monkey for the few week's tables before that. I was brought to a standstill by the game economy; but the three of you pulled us through the slow period - I can't thank you enough for your help!!!

And about Bear (and Gray) - I am so glad Haute managed to find such Awesome friends, and so very glad she introduced them to us all. There can't be two nicer people out there! They both have several accounts, and I have made sure all their accounts have access to the Guild Hall just in case they need something with a particular character. To me, Bear is as much an honorary member as Haute was before she decided to join the Guild = a part of our family here at Chorrol (even if he never comes here to visit).

Glad to hear of another successful guild meeting. Too bad I wasn't able to make it. Classes and homework got in the way, as I figured they would at some point.

Since said classes and homework are ramping up, it is probably unlikely that I can come to next month's gathering. But perhaps I can for December. We shall see.
