I'd just go for it. I suspect anyone going will check here on the forum first. NA guild meeting first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 Eastern time. Guildmagister, would you like me to change the guild message in game? That would prompt folks also with a change notification in game.

I'll do it. Unless I maintain both NA and EU at the same time, it will keep telling me it's changed, every time I swap servers.

And now my computer just died, and so I will miss both EU and NA meets.

A power outage probably fried something, as it wouldn’t restart after power came back. Thr POST gets stuck it e point that usually means bad memory, but swapping sticks makes no difference, so it is likely to be the bridge chip. It was getting old and overdue for upgrade, but timing sucks.

I may be able to put discord on something else, and still chat, but no promises.

If I understand our new schedule correctly, I think there is a NA guild meeting scheduled for 6 PM eastern US time today. Buffy will try to be on around then to see if others are up for anything.

I have a trip to the zoo planned; but the zoo closes at 5 p.m. and is only about 20 minutes away barring bad traffic. I shouldn't be too much later than 6; I will try to hurry every chance I get.

I will not be on ESO, as the computer, like Generalissimo Franco, is still dead. I should be able to get on discord via the browser on another machine. I have not figured out how to connect as real me, so it will likely be another ghastley.

Quite enjoyed the NA guild meeting this evening. Ghastley's puter is down but he was on discord. Grits and I were in game and voice. So the three of us chatted fashion and puters for an hour or so. Then mALX showed up and we introduced her to endeavors and got her 3/3 endeavors for the day. I had to go at that point but it looked like others stayed on for a time.

Thanks to those who made it and we missed those who could not make it.

I'm sad that I will miss this month's guild meetings. I was going to propose a Companion fashion show!

We'll miss you, Grits! A companion fashion show is a great idea. I'm guessing the EU guild could maybe look at some event dailies as it is the last day of the event. The NA meeting will be after the event ends though. That said, Elden Hollow I is one of the pledges that day which is a nice, comfy one if we like and our numbers are not >4.

I hope to be at both meetings, but wait: If Grits can't come, has Generalissimo Franco come back to life yet? (Ghastley's computer up and running yet; and able to sign into his own account yet)? I can't be the only one who shows up at the Guild Meet, all chaos could ensue without proper leadership, lol.

Machine ordered, but not yet delivered. I was expecting shipment on 7/30, but there was no update on that, so I called them, and the tech I needed to talk to was out to lunch. I will be re-trying soon, and may have more info for the meet. At least discord works on the (work) laptop, so I can attend in voice.

My new machine was delivered today, and is just as dead as the old one. It fails in POST, and never shows the BIOS logo, just like the one it was supposed to replace.

I await a call back from cyberpowerpc to help me determine what needs replacing. I hope it will not be the video card, as they are scarce.

Oh gosh, that is really frustrating after already waiting so long! I sure hope you are able to get things going soon.

If you want, you can visit Shonta Quassan's magic snowglobe at the next guild meeting. I think that I've set requirements correctly. I almost definitely won't be there because of the difference in timezones, I'm already deep asleep at that hour, but if you want, you're more than welcome in his home, so you can have a look at, where he lives. The home isn't yet completely finished, especially not the exterior zone, but we've come a long way. But no worries, even if I won't be there, there are plenty of beings in Shonta's home and even one Factotum.

Oh and the music is good too.

As mentioned elsewhere, new machine works. ESO is re-installed and running, but I need an adapter before I
can plug in all three monitors. I should be in full operation before the next meets.

ghastley, glad to see you back in the game! Brynja has earned enough vouchers for another attunable table, but I have forgotten which one comes next. Let me know and I'll send it the next time I log in.

We need one of each, and then all the Eyevea and Earth Forge sets will be complete. Fleur has a 200 voucher jewel writ that needs a few iridium grains so she is close to another, too.

Yay, we're getting so close to full sets! I sent a woodworking station, since Elke has a 52 voucher writ for Orgnum's Scales woodworking. That will get her I think 20ish away from another station. And she has another writ waiting only for a trait to finish research.

Just the Blacksmith and Clothier for Shalidor to go, and we will have to pick a new set.

Edit again: Grits' Brynja provided a Clothier, so now Eyevea is done, too. This probably means IC is next. (Redistributor, Nobles Conquest, and Armor Master sets) but it may not be the best time to go there.

Buffy'll be at the NA one tomorrow. I'm guessing the EU folks might be able to do some event dailies for goodies maybe but the event ends before the NA meeting.

So for the NA meeting, the only thing that pops to mind is if someone has a WB or several that need turning from black to white on the map, we could see about that. Or is anyone is farming some particular dungeon set from a manageable dungeon like when ghastley was farming VoM for Rattlecage. Another thought might be to meet at some easy spot where there are no companion restrictions (unlike towns or homes) - like Boralis wayshrine in northern Rivenspire. That would enable companion fashion showing.

I still farm VoM, but only for a resto staff. Blossom and Bastian like doing that one. As a tank, he doesn’t hurt the Cursed One enough to bother her.

Sounds great, I plan to attend both. I'm up for anything!

I happened to be back on at around 8 for the login rewards, and mALX found Tiddli at Snugpod. So we had a meet after all. Later Rader dropped in on discord, and threatened to do so again for the NA meet. No pictures. We didn’t do anything but dolmens, and they are just too frantic.

If I won't already be too sleepy around midnight, I might come and say Hi at today's meeting, but I don't promise anything.

Had a fun NA guild meeting with me, ghastley and Grits. We assembled at the Boralis wayshrine in Rivenspire so we could show off our companions. Then we grouped up and sure enough had a group of 6 (3 players, 3 companions) unlike when we tried that when companions were new.

We then ran Vaults of Madness twice - looking for a Rattlecage resto staff.

First run was Unna and Buffy as dps, Buffy's Bastion as tank and Abiene as healer. Smooth run but no resto staff.

Second run was Buffy and Unna's Mirri as dps, Unna as tank and Abiene as healer. Another smooth run but still no resto.

Though we did not get that elusive staff, we had great fun.

And just as elusive, almost, my microphone volume.

But I found a windows setting - with the aid of google - and boosted it 20dB. That makes it 100 times louder, which may be enough. Just need to test it in discord, next time I find anyone on-line.

I hope that works; I thought it was just my hearing until Rader couldn't hear you either, lol.

EU guildhall now has Nobles' Conquest Jewel and Wood stations.

Fleur only got killed twice, with bad timing on the Daedric wandering bosses. I figured that evening US time would be least population, and that seemed to be true. Only ten more stations, though, and IC will be done.

ETA: Noble's Conquest Blacksmithing added.

Noble’s Conquest set now complete. I will hold off getting more until we see what the event provides. Hopefully, that will be enough for the other two IC sets.

Although mALX was fashionably late, we did run some Skyrim delves and WB's for Winter Respite pieces for her Tessla. Naturally most of the drops were the other two sets, Eternal Vigor and Venomous Spite. But we finally got the pants to cpmplete the set. Hopefully she won't outgrow it before next meet.

So far, it looks like ghastley, I, mALX and Gosse probably attending the NA meeting today.

I've been able to answer one of my own questions: the 100% mark was reached, and Fleur got attuneable Blacksmithing, Clothier, and Woodworking stations. There is no jewelry station, presumably as that was dependent on Summerset.

The stations are bound, of course. We can use those for the guild, but nobody else can contribute. I'll send Nadja or Tiddli off to IC to use ours. Tiddli has visited the Imperial City, and Redistributor Blacksmith, Clothier and Woodworker stations are available at the guildhall.

ETA: Mamma gathered enough gold getting up to Level 50 for us to buy the jewelry station to complete the Redistributor set. Next is the final IC set - Armor Master

It will take me some time to get the Jewelry stations to round out the free sets. I'll put a note on the guild roster as soon as I at least attune the base three and place them.

Brynja already has Shacklebreaker. I'm thinking of Hundings, Julianos, and maybe Willow's Path for her new one and the Ever and Jensa accounts. They're my most commonly used leveling sets. Unless we want to place some of the difficult to reach stations outside the guild hall, in which case I'll go for whatever's next in the list.

The AM set should be the last of the "hard to reach" ones, and Fleur is a handful of Zircon grains from getting the first of those. I'd go for the "most used" ones for anything that's not at the guildhall.

Fleur's taking a look at her nirncrux stocks right now, and we may be sending mats for a piece or two soon. We've be saving our gold for the stations, so exemplary pieces haven't been in the budget.

I owe you a couple of research pieces, so just send requests! Pretty sure Brynja has at least some armor nirncrux at hand.

I'll go ahead with the Hundings, Julianos, and Willow's Path sets then.

Just added Armor Master Woodworking station to the guildhall, and did a dump of our master writs into the bank. Most of them are for styles we don't know, of course, but there are a lot of Jewelry ones where we can't spare the Iridium. Fleur needs to upgrade her own ring first!

Still needed: Armor Master Clothing and Blacksmith. Then I may pause and furnish the inside of the house a bit.

I found what set will come after the IC ones. Ancient Dragonguard is locked behind the Southern Elsweyr quest line.

Aha! That Elsweyr set is the one I couldn't remember!

Hunding's Rage is complete at Jensa's house.

I swapped some Master Writs in the bank and got partway to the next station. The Witch writs are helping, too.
