Khajiit got a few pics also. He'll probably post them tomorrow.

Awesome! I can't wait to see them!

You know, Khajiit hasn't even seen them, lol
Hopefully they turned out ok!

Also got a bunch of pics from Feng's tour of duty in Greenshade. Lots of pic worthy material in that questline!

hazmick, thank you for the pictures! You got great shots of everyone. Haa-Rei ready to prepare his catch is awesome. happy.gif Looks like you guys had a nice tour of the coast, sorry I had to drag Jerric away. It was funny how many people came to fish in the cave while we were there!

mALX, that new wolf head at the Guild Hall is very cool! Thank you for such an awesome place to gather! Jerric comes by often to use the facilities and enjoy the surroundings, and he thinks fondly of his friends every time.

Oh! Though Jerric's luck was poor with the trophies last night, he got a perfect roe this morning while he was cleaning his regular catch. Woo!

Buffy's laughter and dancing was missed! Jerric controlled his impulse to send her some fish since she missed the party, lol. He knows she has plenty and can catch more, but you know how he is. tongue.gif

Ooh, I haven't cleaned my catch yet, hope I got some Perfect Roe too!

I really love that wolf head too, wish I'd at least bought two of them. By the time I hung it up and realized how awesome it was, the luxury vendor was already gone. verysad.gif

That cave usually has a high drop rate of trophy fish, so it is really a popular fishing spot, lol. I got all I needed for the "Foul" in Wrothgar there in a short time, and duplicates of all but the blue one - probably fished up everyone else's, lol. Went there with Britta a week ago and got several household items and gunny sacks, but only the green Foul trophies.

The Guild Hall is most def a combined effort from all of us; we have all contributed so much! A lot of people may not realize the tremendous amount of work and materials you put into all that food displayed at the Guild Hall; or Buffy put into all those benches everywhere; or Hazmick either crafting or donating those furniture plans (!) - not to mention you donating vouchers for the upcoming Attunable tables! I think we can all be proud of our Guild Hall, because we all put a lot into it.

(not to mention the naked dancing vampire who donated the fish stand and fishing pole stand - probably as compensation for his dirty feet in our food? laugh.gif )

We may have a small membership, but other than not having a Merchant yet; our Guild Hall is actually better than some I've seen at several full-to-capacity Guilds (and our members are also all online-friends of long standing).

** We should have the Merchant when my account updates this week and I get that 9000 Crowns to spend, lol.

Pfft, forget a merchant, Khajiit would be ecstatic if we got enough membership for a guild bank! But yeah, the job you've done with Hunding on our behalf is outstanding! Can't say thanks enough, to all involved!

Vouchers is at 621, we need 750 for the first set of Attunable Crafting Stations. Any suggestions? I don't want to duplicate any that you all might already have in your homes that you allow access to the Guild members to; so let's open up the dialogue so we can figure out which we should get first!

Imperial City (I think Monkey already has these)
DLC ???
Fighters Guild?
Mages Guild?

Let me know what everyone decides! WOO HOO !!!!

RaderOfTheLostArk
Nice pictures. Another successful and fun outing with the Chorrolites, and Cincinnatus made a solid amount of coin as well.

I would imagine that I will be available for the next scheduled guild meeting, so count me in on that. Unfortunately, however, that is potentially the last one I will be able to attend for a (hopefully short) while.

I had no idea the cave had an unusually high droprate for rare fish. I mean, my old Votan's Fisherman data says that's where I got the Foul Water trophy fish but still.

Anyways, even though the original plan didn't quite pan out given that it was early morning in Tamriel when we set out, it was still pretty great.

Anyways, I asked on Friday whether everyone normally had access to all the DLC crafting stations and if not then that would probably be the best thing to get first. Otherwise, maybe the guilds? Those require rank and quest progression and some of us might want to roleplay, which means no joining the guilds because "video game."

Or they're just plain not quite there yet, idk. DLC aside, those are the other "gated" crafting stations. Morkuldin is both! Behind DLC (Orsinium) AND quest progression.

I have access to all of them, so these are just my suggestions.

Khajiit - Great pix! I so wish Buffy and I could have made it there!

Rader - Grats on grad school! That really does have to take priority - at least until you're old and retired like me. Lol. Still, hope you can sometimes pop in to see us.

mALX - I'm neutral on the tuning stations. Buffy only has to craft rarely these days and can get where she needs to go. I did review the 'locked behind pvp' ones in the IC and don't see needing those. I guess my thinking is that if I need something I don't have access to to, I'll ask my guild of Chorrolites for help. tongue.gif

Okay, there are two sets of each (Mages Guild and Fighters Guild) = (so is there one set you might prefer/use first?)

Mages Guild:

Eyes of Mara
Shalidor's Curse

Fighters Guild:

Kagrenac's Hope
Orgnum's Scales

(and I've gotten Master Writs for all of these, so any would be a good choice to make filling Writs easier for all of us)

I think Monkey has all the Imperial City ones already, and has offered access to them to the Guild already (if I'm not mistaken).

The big boon to having the 'hard to access' or 'locked behind X' stations in our Guild Hall is two-fold = not just the ones we might personally want to use, but for any of us doing Master Writs it is extremely convenient to have one place to come do any/all of the Master Writs you get instead of having to travel all over to make them = especially if you have a character doing the Master Writ who may not have access to one of these places. (Example: Misa only got into Morkuldin this past week).

I'd eventually like the Mundus stones for our Guild too; but right now they are Crowns only purchases (4000) = hoping they change that, because it would take years to get them all, lol).

** By the way, we are up to 621 Vouchers right now, getting close to being able to get a set !!!! Woo Hoo !!!!

Grits - Buffy loves the bare chest picture of Jerric with a bare chest in your screenie of the month. And his bear and dog. And fishing. And bare chest. Did she mention his bare chest? tongue.gif

Ha, that made him grin! Funnily enough, that dog with his bear is a bear dog. So there's a bear, a bare bear, and a bear dog. biggrin.gif

QUOTE(mALX @ Jul 5 2017, 02:51 AM) *

Is this our first screens of Vvardenfell? Awesome shot of Jerric and his new bear friend! But who is this new dog, did it come in a crate?

Yep, that's Warden Jerric in Vvardenfell with his dog Scout, the Markarth Bear Dog from the Crown Store. There are different colored Bear Dogs in the crates (including the gorgeous black and white one!), but this one you can just buy for Crowns. Jerric loves this dog for its personality, and thank goodness it does not bark any more after a patch. It used to make my ears hurt so Jerric stopped bringing him along on adventures until they fixed it.

For attunable stations, I think the ones that are questline locked or DLC locked would be the most useful for Master Crafting Writs. The only reason Elke is gutting through the Mages Guild is for the crafting stations, and she is a long way from finishing either Guild questline. She would never be able to do the IC writs if not for monkey’s stations. Any Guild set would be valuable to me, and any DLC set would surely be more convenient than scrambling through the wilderness. You have made amazing progress with the Guild Hall, it is wonderful to craft there!

Rader, congrats! It would be great if your schedule allows you to hang out with us, but of course your priorities will change. Round of applause for going back after a time away from school!

In Grits world, unless something ridiculous occurs I should have tons of free time on July 12-14. Anyone want to get together for a bonus Guild activity?

I think I can join you all on the 12th, although it would be later in the evening if so. I am going on vacation with the family starting on the 13th and it is a long trip though, so unfortunately the 13th won't be possible for me and the 14th would be iffy.

When Khajiit looked at your pics there was an Imgur of a column graph with two columns: one column titled "Identified" with 0 data, and a column titled "Unidentified" with a tall column indicating lots of data. The title of the graph? "People who have let the dogs out". Bahahaha!

Awesome shots! I was worried at the title on the "Attempting," I hope she is working properly! If not, let me know and I'll fix her.

I've wanted that banker and merchant since we got that place and I spent some time there waiting out a bounty with nothing to do, lol, (also why I put the crafting stations in there, lol). Now someone running from the law (for drunken brawling or whatever reason) can still handle all their business while waiting out their bounty, lol.

Except Fencing stolen goods. I wish the "Fence" from the Thieves Guild would help other Thieves Guild members who access the houses!

Grits
No, she works perfectly! Sorry about that. “Attempting to bargain” was just a poke at the way you can’t bargain in ESO, because they looked like they were in a standoff with both of them in a hands-on-hips stance. Sorry for the confusion! It’s awesome to have her there, thank you so much!

Oh good! I was worried I'd set her too close to the counter or something.

It is so convenient to have them there! This is my first time having the banker and merchant, and for the first few days I had my bank mules still running to the bank when they finished their daily chores - I finally realized that I can just keep the banker out and just leave them there! Really, REALLY convenient and time-saving! And = I just found out yesterday that I could put them on the Hot Bar and just hit the "Q" to pull them out, lol. REALLY Love having them!!!!

Well, the Thieves Guild gives you one; so you kind of "earn" it. But unfortunately, it works for the "Owner" of it, but no one else. Several of my friends have one that they put out at their houses, and it won't interact with Misa even though she is a member of the Thieves Guild. Khajiit casts his vote for Mages Guild, for purely selfish reasons since he already has access to the Fighters Guild one laugh.gif

** If you see "TheHydra73" in the Roster of Guild members, don't panic! It is no stranger in our midst, it is just me! That is my son's account. I use his account routinely, and he may or may not be wanting to get on and test out Wardens and Morrowind, so I thought he should be a member of Chorrol as well (boost our membership numbers to 9; one more member and we will be able to get a Guild Bank and make our Tabard!!!!! )

Hazmick - if there is anything you need to do to set up his permissions, can you do it?

And let us choose our colors and logo for our Guild in the next month or so, just in case we find one more member and get to make them! I can't wait to represent!!!!

Grits
Mages Guild would make Elke dance with joy, as she hates every second of those quests and would quit doing them immediately! Either set works for me. If I get a Writ for a set we don’t have I’ll just pass it along to someone who can use it.

A warm welcome to Hydra! biggrin.gif

So far Mages Guild = 2 in the voting

Also, we need to start looking at colors and insignias for the Guild Tabard! I vote either Chorrol Guard Shield blue (see below image for Chorrol Guard shield) or maroon; "Fang 1" style; with the border a contrasting color that matches the insignia color; with a tree pattern insignia if there is one. (not seeing a good one on the page, grrrr).

Styles and Patterns:

Chorrol Guard Shield Image - I like the blue color of the shield:

(wish we could get that tree as our insignia!)

This is the best tree I could find, "Tree 1" (tree 2 was dead, grrrr) :

Here is an example of the "Fang 1" style:

Brilliant move to boost our membership by one, mALX! goodjob.gif

Guild tabard? Well. . . Buffy's colors are forest green & buckskin (no surprise). And the little elf of the Tall Trees would love a Grahtwood Chorrol oak on the front as embellishment. whistling.gif

Edit: Oh, I replied before mALX put up the links. A rearing horse would be lovely if there are no pretty trees.
TheCheshireKhajiit
Ew, the only tree Khajiit saw on that thing mALX posted was dead sad.gif
Thinking we should stick to blue and white though for the colors. Or perhaps since Chorrol is most likely a battleground at this point in Tamrielic history we could just do something different?

And I thought you would hone in on that "Kitsune" one! laugh.gif

Chorrol blue with a tree motif gets my vote. Take a look on the Architecture picture, top row, third in from the left. That’s a Graht-oak. wub.gif

Edit: Middle row, far right on the Misc page is also a tree.
Acadian
Thanks for all this research, mALX. I agree with Grits - blue with a grahtoak would look great and be consistent with our Chorrol roots here as well.

Yeah, with us being in the Pact, Khajiit is not sure the Graht Oak would fit. Then again, an oaks an oak. Khajiit's vote is Blue with the Yggdrasil looking tree on the miscellaneous page (not the dead one).
mALX
Yeah, no dead trees as our Crest, lol.

I did notice the one that looks like a Bonsai tree and liked it too. It does look a little like the Chorrol tree insignia, all except for the hole in the base of it. But if it is a Grahtwood tree, then Khajiit might have a point about it being a conflict with our Alliance affiliation. (unfortunately, it won't confuse Aldmeri PvP'ers into thinking we are one of them, lol).

But I'm open to what everyone else wants.

Acadian
If we wanted something more alliance neutral, I really like the horse head in the top row of the animal logos.

The horse? Isn't that, ew, Leyawiin? tongue.gif

No, Khajiit really likes that horse head!
hazmick
I also vote for a white tree on chorrol blue. We're only Pact because nobody suggested otherwise, the guild itself is as fond of the other two alliances - Chorrol will always be Chorrol. The tree on the middle row of the 'Misc' page is nice.
TheCheshireKhajiit
Ok so Khajiit thinks our color choice is pretty much unanimous: white on a blue field (perhaps a shade above navy blue?), just like the good ol' Chorrol Guards! Now the sigil choice seems to be between the Ghrat Oak and the Yggdrasil tree on the miscellaneous tab. As Hazmick pointed out, it is perhaps not as big a deal that the Ghrat isn't from our guild's chosen alliance. On the other hand, the Yggdrasil tree is nice and it doesn't, in Khajiit's opinion, evoke any presumptions about faction alignment (at least not where Tamriel is concerned, but Khajiit definitely thinks Norse mythology when he sees it).

In any case, this is all moot if we can't find one more member...
mALX

I saw several Guilds making up their Tabards per the highest number of agreeing members (that came to a tie vote) = what they did to help resolve it was:

They made up the first Tabard, but didn't save the results = took a screenshot of it. Then they changed the Tabard to the second favorite vote, made it up (but again, without saving the results) = took another screenshot.

They posted all the screenshots of the contenders so everyone could see the Tabards all made up and on a character in front of them - had the Guild members vote on which they liked best from those screenshots.

(then the winning Tabard was recreated and this time = saved).

True, we certainly are not Alliance driven. I know I voted for Ebonheart Pact because my EP character spends a lot of time in Cyrodiil and wanted to be able to represent. You can only claim resources for your Guild if your Guild's Alliance affiliation matches your character's Alliance.

Also = if your Alliance doesn't match your Guild's Alliance in Cyrodiil then your Tabard turns plain white and is removed from you when you return to the other parts of Tamriel (so in other words, you can't represent in Cyrodiil).

I was tickled pink that we chose Chorrol to be Ebonheart because I am a member of five Guilds and none of the others were EP. Every time I took a resource it would have been nice to claim it, but I couldn't - had to leave it for someone else to come along and claim it.

(so = really happy we are EP!)
