Fishing and fighting are some of Jerric’s favorite things. He’s in. mALX, if there are some zones you want to hit first I will look at the maps ahead of time, since Jerric’s random wander method does not tend to fill up the achievement lists. Also he’s never been fishing in Cyrodiil. He is game for that any time.

Same here, I only have one favorite spot, but avid fishermen (like Jerric, hint hint) might have a better idea of good fishing holes than I have, lol.

I've gone fishing maybe twice at most. I'm personally up for another world boss fight, but if everybody else wants to go fishing I'm down for that too. I'm not against it. I'll just need to go get some bait.

Buffy is a voracious hunter/gatherer and collects way more bait than she uses. And her ESO craftibag is bottomless so there is tons of bait in there.

She'll send Rader some bait and some to anyone else who needs it.

Just a reminder:
Ocean: Worms or chub.
River: Insect parts or shad.
Lake: Guts or minnow.
Foul: Crawlers or roe.

Oh, and Buffy loves doing WB's as well - I'm hopeful we'll do some more of those in the future.

I think a WB/fishing trip combo would be great! My only trouble is that I’m short on time Friday nights. I’ll have a few days in mid-July all by myself though. If we don’t get to everything on our next meet, maybe we could plan an extra Guild outing during that week?

Oh, I'm more than glad to do a World Boss for our meet; or just meet at the guild hall and hang - or go fishing -
anything everyone decides on is good for me, lol. When I asked about the World Boss earlier, it was because I like to go practice on them before the meet (and no one had mentioned us doing one this month yet).

I was actually talking about doing the fishing on a different day than our meet; I was hoping we could do a few things together as a guild (like go after that fishing achievement, or go skyshard hunting, etc) - just because some of the most fun guilds I'm a member of all have some group things that they do usually once per week/month (etc) or so.

I was basing it on the idea of having "Fun Runs" once per week/month (or whatever) where we go do something as a group that might help us all get an achievement - even if it is just stealing a full set of armor and getting arrested to get that achievement for getting arrested and stripped of all our stolen goods = anything fun that we can do together.

Or even if we just did a game once per month where one person would hide in Tamriel and type hints to their whereabouts in the chat box and we would have to find them - stuff like that. Just some fun stuff we can do as a group.

Or maybe some other achievements that we could do as a group just for fun = like finding Ma'iq, or the fishing achievement - something like that, just a fun extra type thing from our guild meet.

It's been a while since Hates' has fished anything (no wait, she's started on Vvardenfell already) but we're totally up for some group fishing.

Maybe we can even shoot for the Crab-Slaughter-Crane in Wrothgar. It was (somehow? ??? ???) Hates' first catch in Wrothgar, but she can help with catching a few others.

If so, there is also a dungeon in Wrothgar with a river in it and plenty of fishing spots in a small area with no enemies if you are careful where you stand = Nikolvara's Kennel. Maybe we can hit both places; or if anyone knows any others in Wrothgar?

Thanks to the Gold Edition of ESO, I do have access to Wrothgar. That's something I've been saving, so our guild meeting sounds like a perfect time to do that.

Rader, the 'PM' system in game is a bit. . . cumbersome. You cannot reply to messages; you have to start a new one. In the message menu there is a section for messages you get and another section for sending them. One tip is, when addressing them, you can go to your friends list (or guild roster), right click on someone's name and one of the options will be to 'send a message'.

That is the way I always do it too.

P.S. = Misa can go to Wrothgar! (yeah!)

Has anybody heard from Kaz lately?

She posted a new chapter in her story just the day before yesterday, and has been having a dialogue with Ghastley since then in her story comments.

Kazeara moved (back) to Germany (her native land, or the land of her heritage) from the UK at the time of our last meet; and started a new career there as well - so kind of busy and not much time to play for a while - which may be for us, but for her it is probably a bit of for the work of moving; and a lot of for getting to her homeland.

Oh, well that's good news then! Khajiit is glad she's ok and things are going well for her!

I though I saw her on the active users list recently. Good to hear she's well, if a bit busy.

Anyways, I kinda assumed that everyone had access to Wrothgar and it seems like everyone does? Neat.

Urp. Need a routine medical appointment but the only one within a reasonable time frame available is right during our guild meet next week. So, Buffy will be unable to attend.

She really loves going to them but is consoled by the fact that missing one should be very rare for her. She'll miss the fishing fun but it is really the companionship she enjoys. I mean she has over 500 rations of fish in her cooking supplies - and it is a staple food for her when made into a soup with tomato and millet.

Did you folks know that Khajiit are awesome fishermen? Why, some of his kin in Skyrim can simply reach in the rivers, streams, lakes, and oceans and pull out the fish bare pawed!

Ah, but us Marshfolk are adept at diving into fishing spots both near and far from land to catch fish, even going much further below the surface of the water.


It's a shame Buffy won't get to join us this time, Acadian. The Chorrolites shall make a significant dent in the fish population in her honor.

Buffy will certainly miss being with her friends, fishing. Much better, she thinks, than sitting with boring old me in some healer's office.

Buffy used to love swimming after the salmon in Skyrim to catch them! In ESO, I think it was Jerric who inspired her to start fishing with real fishing gear. Every fish she catches eventually goes into her fave food recipe.

Certainly hope everyone has a wonderful time and look forward to maybe seeing a screenshot or two of what she misses.

Also, I have been inspired by Monkey to start getting us some of those Attunable tables. I'll coordinate my efforts with the rest of you all as far as which sets we all want and also as to which we already have/who's house they are at (so we don't have duplicates of the same sets).

Should we make up a list and cross them off as members get them? I think Monkey has covered the Cyrodiil/Imperial City ones already; I was thinking we might want the ones from the DLC and expansions in case another member doesn't have access to those, or the Fighters/Mages Guild ones? Coldharbour? (the ones that are harder to access)

I almost have enough vouchers saved up to get a set soon; so lets get up a list of those we want and which we already have (and who's house they are at).

I am hoping they will make Mundus Stones available through the Vouchers/Master Writs too; if not it will really limit how many of those I will be able to get for our Guild. I think my next purchase will be a Merchant, and after that I might be able to get one Mundus Stone per every 6 months barring any other important purchases (like if a DLC I want goes on sale or something).

What I will probably do will be to take out the furniture from the interior and put the Attunable crafting stations inside - hopefully be able to keep our courtyard meeting/party spot intact, lol.

I may be a little bit late, but it shouldn't be by too much. Also going to try to finish the first quest in Wrothgar quickly beforehand if that is alright.

My internet just crapped the bed. Will rejoin if I get it going again.

We'll be waiting at the guild hall. Fingers crossed.
