King Coin: One thing I love about Breezehome is the firepit right when you walk in.

That was an ebony greatsword, pure vanilla. It was the first I ever saw as well.

Mannequin guardians would be a great idea for a villain to have in a mod. You sneak into their house to steal some plot macguffin, and the mannequins all come to life and attack!

Grits: So far I really like all the ebony gear in this game as well. Though I think Hera is going to stick with the elven equipment for now. It is what feels right for her, at least right now.

Those mannequin's moving around is creepy. It is a common glitch though. You can fix it by leaving the cell, and then reentering.

Acadian: That one of the two friendly draugr was almost as good as the bandits tea-bagging. wink.gif

Well, I guess taking a troll to the knee is better than an arrow! Sorry, you would probably have to play the game to recognize the meme.

I think I prefer the simple racks like they had for the KOTN armor too. The mannequins can be creepy.

Now how did that mammoth get stuck in there?

Dealing with a necromancer

Another obligatory Whiterun aurora pic

I created a new character to try out the Imperial side of the civil war. Meet Selene, Imperial Battlemage (She killed two other Imperials getting the Jagged Crown. Oops!)

It is great how an Imperial Legionary can walk right into the capital of the enemy, and the Stormcloaks just make small talk.
Acadian
Luvs mammoths! Thanks for sharing! I was so pleased to see that they were included in Skyrim.

Selene? She looks nice, despite the round ears. smile.gif
King Coin
Great shot of Hera and the necromancer!

I had a beautiful sky the other night. It was cloudy, but in between the patches of clouds, you could see the auroras. It was very nice.

The Jagged Crown, that’s an item Aravi hasn’t seen yet either. I suppose eventually either she or one of my other characters will find it. That’s silly that you can just talk to the cloaks like that and they don’t care. Can you talk to Ulfric? That would be really funny.

This kind of makes me want to make some mods that make NPCs react to your character and other characters. I can foresee some issues with NPCs killing each other already though.
Grits
That’s a great shot of Hera and the necromancer! Wow.

Nice hat for Selene. How funny that she’s chatting with a Stormcloak. laugh.gif
SubRosa
Acadian: The mammoths are neat. They make the ground shake when they come near. That is a good time to run, since they tend to stomp anything that gets too close.

King Coin: You can only get the Jagged Crown by doing the Civil War. It is one of the early quests. You actually can walk right up to Ulfric and talk to him when you are playing an Imperial. I did it with Selene just to see. Part of that is necessary, as at this point in the civil war you can switch sides, by giving the other side the crown. But if you tell them you changed your mind, you can walk right out with the crown, and they will not even try to stop you.

Grits: A girl's got to have her hair accessories after all...

I think the civil war really jumped the shark when Selene walked into Windhelm in her legion armor, and no one batted an eye. That scripted scene with the two Nord A-holes harassing the Dunmer and calling her a spy was hilarious. Selene was standing right next to them in her legion armor, trying to get their attention. "Hello, I'm in the Imperial Legion!" They even continued to ignore her when the scene ended and they walked off.

I had a few similar occurrences while playing Hera and Hrafn as Stormcloaks. Where they could walk up to an Imperial patrol in the wilderness with no reaction. But nothing as blatant as this. I think I'm done trying the civil war from either side. I might restart Selene at some point just to do the College of Winterhold questline. But no more warring.

A close up of Hera

A long vid of Hera clearing out Ilinalta's Deep
Acadian
I’m glad Hera has developed a ranged ability (bow). Given the high speed of spells in Skyrim, they seem to steal much of an archer’s advantage. Nonetheless, Hera did well using cover and quick feet to trade arrows for spells with those mages until she could get her blade into them. Looks like you’re having fun with a big two handed sword!

Yay! Azura’s Star!
King Coin
Oh no! I saw this and totally forgot about it!

Hera looks really good in the Elven armor. I suppose you can make a different character for the Nord hero armor. The damaged eye is good contrast to the armor.

I love this dungeon. Was very creeped out when I found the skeleton at the entrance.

I enjoyed the dual with the first necro. Aravi has finally earned that perk. smile.gif

Aaaand the heads will roll!

That necromancer master almost killed Hera!
SubRosa
Acadian: Hera's been carrying a bow for a long time, but has not been especially good with it compared to her sword. She put some money into training with it though, and started investing some perks recently. Now she is much better. She also bought one that does 25pts of shock damage, which is much better than she can enchant herself (I think she can get up to 16 points damage from her own enchantments).

This is just the first part of Azura's Star. The really neat stuff is yet to come. This quest was vastly improved in Skryim, and has two possible paths. There is the path Hera chose, and another, that turns it into a black soul gem. Not that any of my characters use soul trap anyway.

King Coin: I really like how Hera looks in the elven armor. She is wearing the gilded version now, which looks the same as the regular version. The Light version lacks the leaves around the shoulders, and does not look quite as good. I think it suits her to a tee. I especially like how her face looks in the helmet, as it gives her head a gentle, rounded appearance.

Maybe Aravi should try out the Nord Hero armor? You can make it at the Skyforge when you finish the Companions questline. Or you can just mod the game like I did to make it anytime, anywhere.

I thought that first, crucified skeleton was creepy too. Especially after reading his journal. Poor guy. There are a lot more sad stories of people like that in Skyrim that there were in Oblivion.

Hera cleanses Azura's Star

Hera and Araena

Hera met up with Borgakh the Steel Heart, and took on Meridia's quest with her.

Acadian
I like Azura’s voice! Of course, I like her voice in OB as well.

When she warned that Hera didn’t have the hundred or so years to wait, I wanted to yell, ‘Wanna bet?’

When the baddie told Hera there was something different about her, I groaned. I was afraid he was try that ‘dragonborn’ line on her. laugh.gif

More good footwork and use of cover with that bow!

‘Guardian of the Star’. I like the parallel to the OB ‘Star Bearer’. smile.gif

Of the screens, I love the first one of Hera and her new friend. Araena seems neat and, with the glow on Hera’s golden armor, she looks ever so much like a mighty Valkyrie! wink.gif
Grits
I love how the inside of the Star looks, before everything explodes in fire. Hera did an awesome job! Nice to see Araena get some company. I had the same thought as Acadian about the hundred years! laugh.gif
King Coin
I think I will have Aravi create Hero armor, or else I’ll just place a set where she can get it.

Screens first: Inspired by Aravi to pay a visit to Meridia?
The orc looks a little funny with an elegant circlet on her head, and a crude haircut like that. laugh.gif

Vid: Cleansing the Star, another good quest. Aravi will get to it eventually.
Good choice, resist magicka will be very useful in this upcoming battle.

That was intense! ohmy.gif I was wondering how long that atronach was going to last. It seemed to whether the attack ok though.

How is Aranea as a companion? I think I saw her in one of the screen shots.
SubRosa
Acadian: Azura's voice does not do much for me in Skyrim. Though at least it is not one of those horrible Cockney accents like Vile Clavicle has. I agree that Hera could wait that 100 years. The Star is really just a paperweight for her anyway.

Grits: I love how the inside of the star looks. I keep expecting to see Superman's dad somewhere in there. wink.gif I was a little bummed that it ended so quickly. Hera never even had the chance to see the whole place.

I have only had one other character do that quest, and Scylla got her butt kicked by those dremora's fireballs. Hera did much better. It helps that she has about 20 or 30% magic resistance thanks to her Alteration perks. I just wish she could have stayed longer and explored a bit.

King Coin: I think you can get most of the pieces of the Hero armor in one of the Nord barrows. Of course I cannot remember which one. It might be in the wiki though. Or you could look through the CS.

Hera won the random jackpot and found Meridia's Beacon in random loot. Otherwise she would not have bothered. But since she found it, I figured she might just as well get it done. Even though Dawnbreaker is just a trophy on the wall at home.

I thought Borgakh looked funny too with almost no hair and the circlet. It gave something like a +30% damage to archery though, and the emerald at least matched her skin.

Areana was a good companion. She uses ice spikes and lightning bolts. With no area effect attacks, she rarely hits you by accident. She does not instantly attack everything that moves, which is nice, so she is good for a sneaky person. Plus since she wears clothing, she does not make extra noise from armor. I think she and Faendal are my two favorites. Of course I always tweak anyone I take as a companion, to make them essential, give them the light step perk, etc...

Hera doing what she is good at

Alduin is hungry

My newest character Ancasta

She is a mage/tomb raider, and I was going for a librarian kind of look for her.
Acadian
Have a cup of decap? Hera can get a job working for Moon & Starbucks making decapinated coffee! She’s bloody good at it. tongue.gif

Ancasta looks exactly like you describe her. You surely succeeded in the look you were going for with her. I really like that simple robe she’s wearing.
liliandra nadiar
Hera: There can be only one!

Bandit: Wrong serieeeessss!!! *runs*

*waves to Ancasta* Manage the librarian look pretty well. Shame there isn't a glasses mod yet. tongue.gif
Grits
Ancasta is adorable! She does have a bookish look. happy.gif
King Coin
Two handed weapons definitely get more decaps than one handed. blink.gif

Love your new character. She looks like a spell caster judging by the robes. You'll need to make a new house with lots of bookcases for her!
SubRosa
Acadian: I think Hera's nickname might be The Red Queen: "Off with his head!" wink.gif

Ancasta's robe is the basic College Apprentice Robe. A big improvement over the green bags of Oblivion. I expect she will be wearing one variation of it or another for her entire game.

liliandra nadiar: I figured a Breton would be the perfect librarian. They tend to have the most ordinary look of all the races.

Grits: She is even a book collector too. She has a ton of them piled up in Breezehome and her College dorm.

King Coin: Two-handed attacks do more damage, so that might have something to do with it.

Ancasta bought Breezehome. She was terribly disappointed to find that there is not a single bookcase in the entire house! Clearly she is going to have to upgrade to a more literary-friendly abode. I do not know if I will have time to make her one though. Things have gotten very busy with work lately.

Caution, do not use Night Eye during the day

Ancasta is disappointed that she cannot get inside to plunder Mehrunes Dagon's shrine

I've taken to using this mod for Breezehome, has plenty of book spaces and a basement with a bath/pool and a sauna. *bliss* happy.gif

I've been the victim of Day Eye a few times, it certainly lets you know you have it on. Same with fogs for whatever reason.

Glad to see Ancasta's settling in nicely to the field mage mold and not the bookish, never-gunna-go-out librarian type.
Acadian
Yes, using NVGs in the daytime is painful. I'll bet Teresa has popped out of a dark cave with her gogs still on and knows what it's like as well.

Congrats to Ancasta for getting into the college! Has she selected her major field of study yet?
King Coin
LOL! She looks so disappointed sitting in front of Dagon’s shrine.

That’s a cool mod, making Azura visible. I actually never noticed that she wasn’t… I understand why it wasn’t though, just looking at that picture. It dominates the horizon.

QUOTE(SubRosa @ Jun 20 2012, 07:45 PM) *

Ancasta bought Breezehome. She was terribly disappointed to find that there is not a single bookcase in the entire house!

There are two rather small book cases in Breezehome. Too easy to fill them up though.
Grits
That's a nice renovation for Breezehome. It looks much less cluttered than vanilla. Vlindrel Hall has been great for my bookish Breton, but it could still use more cases.

I love the one where she's sitting outside Dagon's shrine! Azura's crescent moon looks neat under the actual crescent moon. Great pictures! smile.gif
SubRosa
I started up a new character. An archer/illusionist named Andraste. I have not decided on what outfit she will wear. I was going to use the nightengale armor, but the cape clips through her quivers. That looks terrible. So it had to go.

I used the black thieves guild armor for a while. But it seems too dark for her golden skin.

I recently tried the Skyrim version of Silverlight Armor

It seems a bit too bright and fantastical. I did recolor the gems to match her eyes though. I think the black and red version would have worked better for her, but alas, that has not made it to Skyrim.

Or I might just go with Elven. She has not found any yet, or worked on her Smithing any to get a set though. I think she's going to go back to the leather for now.
Acadian
An archer/illusionist? Very highly recommended! wink.gif

Is she an Altmer? She looks great. Love the lavender eyes!

I like that black armor. You are right that the silverlight stuff is too bright and, as you say, fantastical. What about something like the Triss or Vess armors? The OB versions are too busty, but from what I've seen, the Sky versions look pretty good.
King Coin
Love your new character, she has very pretty eyes. I really like the thieves guild armor, maybe Aravi will get the bracers since I think the body set would look a little funny on a Khajiit.

The silverlight is quite fantastic whistling.gif maybe Aravi will have to try it on for a little fun.
Grits
I like the black armor on her a lot, and I LOVE her eyes. Perhaps a different shade of lipstick? Just a thought.

Also, does she really need armor? I'm sure there are great clothing mods for stealth archers, if she's the shadowy type.

I always enjoy when you start a new character, because I learn something when I look up her name. smile.gif

SubRosa
Acadian: Illusion is not as potent as it is in Oblivion. There are no Command spells for example. But its Calm spells can still work wonders when bad guys get too close. Right now that is Andraste's main panic button. Unfortunately some people can be too high level for it to work on.

Andraste is indeed an Altmer. They have become my favorite race in Skyrim. Not because of anything stat-wise. I just like how they look the best.

King Coin: As usual, I did not get the actual Theives Guild armor. I just made a mod that makes it craftable, unenchanted, and with the same stats as leather armor. It has a good, no-nonsense look to it. Like something any commoner might wear. In fact, I think it would look good in Fallout too.

I used the Mystic Eyes mod for her eyes. I like it, because it does not replace the vanilla textures. So it plays nice with other eye mods.

Grits: Unfortunately, the game only gives us what, 5 lipstick shades? I have a mod that gives more color variables, but it adds so many (hundreds) that I usually do not use it. Because you asked I turned it back on to change her makeup.

She does need armor, at least at this point. Her archery is still low, so a lot of people tend to get in close and wallop on her. Besides, I like how a lot of the armor looks. The regular clothing in the game is pretty blah. The clothing mods are terrible. Well, unless you like maid outfits or the porn-star look. rolleyes.gif

Its funny you mention my character names, because I learn some things too! I have had a lot more fun with character names ever since I started using ones from mythology and history. Some of them I know in and out, like Kirke, Medea, The Morrigan, Babd, etc... But ones like Ancasta or Tomoe Gozen I had to look up.

I found a cape remover for the nightingale armor

So no clipping with her bow and quiver

Andraste hangs out with the local skank

She also visited the local MAC counter, and found a new lipstick.
Acadian
No command spells. Ouch! How about paralyze and invisibility? Does Andraste have any options for direct damage besides her bow?

The Nightingale armor looks pretty good for her. I'm glad you were able to pull the cape to solve the bow/quiver clipping.

Big win on the new lipstick! It compliments her eyes wonderfully and softens her just a bit. Great choice!
liliandra nadiar
Andraste huh? She planing on starting a rebellion/church? tongue.gif

I went hunting around Skyrim Nexus last weekend for some light armors, I found several that work without being (too much) a chain mail bikini.

There's the Imperial Investigator Armor which is my leading favorite.

The Leah armor is nice, though a bit OP, not bad if you want to have one armor for the whole game (it has several pieces and quickly gets upgraded to the armor cap), still it looks nice

My thief/illusionist uses the Dark Wind v3 w/shirt, it isn't able to be tempered by default, but it looks very piratical and the 'low' AR is not much of a worry when she never gets into a protracted fight.

The Thieves Guild Duelist armor, is a more solid, practical feeling version of the Karliah armor mod. Though I don't have anyone using it at the moment.

Oh, and Acadian, Invisibility is still around but Paralysis is now an Alteration spell (with Mass Paralysis one of the Master level spells for the school). And while there's no 'Command' class, Fury works wonders as long as you can cast is from stealth. Bethany cleared out a room of four undead and a necromancer by fury'ing the 'mancer and letting him take out the undead before she slipped her knife in his back.
King Coin
I love the way that armor looks! Another we might try. Although I have to admit Aravi looks best in the rough looking armors.

Her eyes are very striking. It's the first thing you notice when you look at her.
Grits
I love the new lipstick! She still has the beautiful definition and shape, but with a softer look that complements her eyes.

I like the Nightingale armor without the cape. Allek looks a bit Batman in his, so he switched back to Thieves Guild armor when he needs it.

A sunny day in Falkreath!! I almost didn’t recognize it. Very nice! smile.gif
SubRosa
Acadian: As Lil said, paralyze is now alteration. Both it and invisibility need a skill level of 75 to cast them now, and can only be learned by joining the College of Winterhold. Andraste does have an absorb health spell, but she has not used it in ages. I'd rather concentrate on her Illusion instead.

liliandra nadiar: Andraste is only planning on Victory. wink.gif I saw the Imperial Investigator outfit yesterday. It does not do anything for me though. The texture quality is just not very good. It is all grainy looking. The other ones are way too modern-looking for me, especially with the short-shorts, and bare tummies.

King Coin: The nightingale armor has always been one of my favorites in Skyrim. It completely covers your character it is actual armor. It also looks like it is made from nothing more fancy than leather, so anyone could make it. So long as you had the skill and artistry.

Grits: Allek as Batman! laugh.gif I am trying not to snicker, considering that he is your thief.

My Falkreath is always sunny. I made a mod that improves the weather everywhere. It makes the game much more fun.

Calm spells keep those Spriggans friendly

Grits
Go ahead and snicker, it gets better. By the time Allek earned his Batman costume, he had joined the Dark Brotherhood. That was another uniform that got immediately stuffed into storage. He wears the Mourners Clothes and black Fine Boots when he goes out killing. So yeah, the superhero kit had to go!

I love that armor in white! It looks like Andraste is on a road trip. What happened in the fart picture? Is that a fire atronach? Beautiful colors in the Moonrise picture! That one is my favorite.
King Coin
Moonrise if my favorite of the bunch, but dog farts was pretty funny! laugh.gif The pose of the dog and the wide eyes of Andraste makes that pic just perfect!

Aravi is going to have to try the Nightingale armor and the thieves’ guild armor. I spent quite a bit of time on Nexus last night and was disappointed by what was available. I found one set that looked pretty good and didn’t give Aravi DD breasts, but there’s a very noticeable gap where the ankles are supposed to be…
Acadian
Thanks for showing me what a SkySprig looks like. Yay, another elf who appreciates waterfalls enough to drop her clothes for them! Moonrise = Pritty. Was Andraste trying to light the dog fart with a fire spell? The white armor looks great (so does the darker armor for non-snow). Great capture of that arrow in flight! I’m guessing that’s Clavicle Vile’s Brooklyn Barbidog? tongue.gif
SubRosa
Grits: I like the Mourner's Clothes. They did a good job on the armor in this game, but the regular clothing is kind of blah, at least for women. The lower class peasant stuff is alright, but the upper class clothing is just bland. I really miss Oblivion's Tudor-Era gowns. sad.gif

That was indeed a Flame Astronaut in that fart pic. Andraste walked over to pick up the salts, and Barbas just plopped right down beside her. It was just begging for a picture.

King Coin: You can get either Nightingale or TG armor in the vanilla game. Either by doing the quests, or just make a mod that makes them craftable. That is what I did, since I do not imagine any of my characters ever doing the TG questline.

Acadian: That is the Brooklyn Barbas dog himself. He is one of those things that is hard to avoid in this game. Sort of like In-Laws. Pics do not do the Skyrim Spriggans justice. They are filled with glowing little beelike things, that are always swarming around them. They also have a tendency to walk right out of trees, which is really cool. Up until they attack you.

How did he get so big?

Andraste tries on a bandit chief's armor

She will stick with her nightingale gear

A vid of Andraste lending a hand to some orcs
Acadian
Those giants are pretty cool! I like Andraste’s snappy pose as she ponders one.

The bandit chief armor looks good. Methinks I agree that the Nightingale is a bit nicer looking for her. Still loving her beautiful eye color; especially now that you have that softer lip color.

Vid: Yay, Malacath! He is so cool! Yamarz has a personality that is similar to that encountered when first meeting Mazoga; however, I think ‘Zoga’s got more stones than this hide-in-his-hut fellow. Okay, he’s dead now; Malacath was right. Good job Andraste. Now, did she leave Volundrung there because she could not take it or because she has no interest in such things? I suspect the latter. As you recall, Buffy couldn't even lift the darn thing in OB. tongue.gif

I also liked Andraste's display of illusion as she calmed those bears instead of killing them. Does she have the blood of a stringy forester somewhere in her veins? wink.gif
King Coin
Holy crap! We open with her bounding down a mountain!

I know of this quest. Aravi came across it too. We put it on hold though, and if she does it, we probably won’t record it.

Well… Aravi would be disinclined to help such a rude orc. The cave looks familiar! That’s where I took the screen shot of Kharjo in his armor at!

LOL! So much for the chief! I wonder what happens if YOU get the hammer. Does Malacath get pissed and kill the orc?

Nice hammer. Too bad Andraste will have no use for it.
Grits
I love that picture with the giant! Each of them pondering the other. smile.gif

The first time through that cave, I could not find the way out! It was ridiculous. Those really are giant sized steps!

Chief Yamarz is not a friendly guy. I like how Andraste Calmed the bears. I thought she was going to heal them! laugh.gif She didn’t seem to enjoy having Malacath’s voice in her head. That was a neat view of Volundrung with the moon. It seems fitting to leave it on the shrine.

SubRosa
As I mentioned in the Skyrim forum, I decided to try out a new type of character, who dual-wields daggers. I have a basic background already. Eris is an orphan from the Imperial City, left in a garbage heap with the umbilical cord from her mother still around her neck. Her life did not improve much after that. She was educated in the penal system, and was eventually sentenced to life working in the Butcher Bay mine for murder. She paid a prison mage two bottles of skooma to do a shine job on her eyes, so she could see in the dark. Later she escaped, and fled to Skyrim with a bounty on her head. (Any guesses which shaven-headed, knife-wielding anti-hero she is based upon?)

Here is Eris

I could not use the completely shaven head with her, because of this weird texture glitch. It happens with all the races too.

So I gave her a little more hair, and tried out the thieves guild armor

I have not had the chance yet, but I plan to try out this mod to use with her
Grits
Riddick!! Woo hoo, I love it! biggrin.gif
SubRosa
Yep! I have been getting in a Riddick mood lately. I think I might watch Pitch Black later tonight.

I gave her the Khajiit night eye lesser power to simulate the shine job on her eyes. I still have to decide what she is going to do for a ranged attack. Bow or Magic. A bound bow would be neat, but I understand that is really high level. I suppose I could mod the game to make it lower though...

The goggle mod is a no go however. It makes the game crash when I start up. Even with different versions of the mod.

I found a mod that adds a bound dagger spell. One of the best things about it is that Eris can hotkey a regular dagger, which will appear in her right hand. Being a spell, the bound dagger appears in her left hand.

Eris takes on Embershard Mine
Acadian
Eris has neat eyes, and I’ll bet she saves a lot on hair care products! I really like that thieves armor. That is a great idea to keep her left hand for spells and summon a bound dagger there as needed! Brilliant!

That vid nicely showed how the daggers work – she’s good with them. If I’m correct, also displayed her custom ‘eye’ fix to see in the dark when needed. Nice footwork with the bow also.

Grits
Eris looks like so much fun! I love her shined eyes, and the bound dagger is perfect! smile.gif
King Coin
I think I'm going to do a dual dagger character here for the thieves guild. That looked like a lot of fun. Conjuration looked like an excellent pairing for that as well. I've had trouble with seeing in the dark at times when I'm not playing Aravi, the night eye is just too useful. The shiny eyes are excellent in that way. smile.gif
King Coin
oops.
SubRosa
Acadian: I like that thieves guild armor too. I think Eris is going to have to upgrade soon though. She recently passed level 20, and suddenly she is taking a much greater beating in fights than she used to. I think she is falling behind in the Elder Scrolls arms race.

I used the console to give her the Khajiit Night Eye power. Along with the background story of it being done by a prison mage of course. I got the eyes from Mystic Eyes, the same mod that Andraste's eyes were from.

Grits: The bound dagger is really powerful at lower levels. I am not sure what the stats are (I never really looked). But it might be the same as a Daedric dagger. It is starting to get a little weak now that she is level 22 though. Same with Valdr's Lucky Dagger.

King Coin: The whole dual dagger idea has been a lot more fun than I had hoped for. Conjuration levels up extremely fast when you are using bound weapons. . That is Eris' highest skill, more than One-Handed in fact. The perks for the bound weapons require really low skill levels too. The highest is 50. So it is very powerful in the early game.

I modded the game to give Eris a bound light bow, with the same stats as a hunting bow

Eris puts her fist through a Spriggan's head

Doing what she does best

Sneaking up on some Forsworn

Eris meets her first Briarheart

Eris sneaks up behind a vampire

No more vampire

Guess who is next?
liliandra nadiar
Eris. Doing her part to prevent a population boom. One neck at a time. tongue.gif
King Coin
Movarth's going to have a rough week. Eris hasn't met a neck she doesn't like to cut has she?

My first time playing, I used bound weapons a lot and it was a blast. I'd really like to play another conjuration character. If I do a dual dagger character, they will not be summoning weapons.

Acadian
Nice looking bound bow. And bound arrows too!

Spriggan smashin’ – I take it that our round-eared Eris is not a tree hugger. wink.gif

Sneaky double daggers!
SubRosa
liliandra nadiar: One neck at a time... biggrin.gif I have to remember that one.

King Coin: The whole scene in Morvath's Lair was just perfect. Eris sneaked up on and killed every one in there one at a time, without getting the attention of anyone else. Pure Riddick.

If you do the bound weapons again, I found some mods on the Nexus that fix a lot of the issues. There are several that make the One Handed enchantments work, one that makes the Bladesman perk work, and even one that replaces the dual dagger power attack animation. I am using them all now. The power attack is really amazing now.

Acadian: The Bound Arrows are a neat touch. They even stick around after you kill someone with them. Although you cannot pick them back up again. Eris is definitely no tree hugger! Her idea of a Calm spell is a dagger across the throat!
