I had it before and I forgot what I sold it for but they're buy back is really bad so I won't be getting rid of it anytime soon. I am looking at a couple of 44 Mags or a rifle AR or AK...we'll see smile.gif .

Well, happy [gun] hunting!

Back again? Hi-Point's back. Tell no friend.

Wonder if I'll get a copyright strike now? biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

I went to the range for the first time since November. As you can see I dropped one low. sad.gif I moved my Eotech up a little on the rail. It is more comfortable aiming with it there. But I had to sight it back in afterward, which took a while (and I lot of bullets). Still, it was good to get back on the range again after so long. I am feeling a lot more comfortable with the M4. It feels very natural now.
mirocu
Dropping one like that is common. Feel free to blame it on lack of concentration or a dodgy round biggrin.gif

If .30-06 ammo was cheap I would get more shooting practice too. Still have the .22LR repeater though so I guess I'm good. I like that rifle but I wonder what life would have been like if I got the takedown version of the Ruger 10/22 with a 30-round mag....
Dark Reaper
Here's me shooting my Judge at a Nuclear Zombie. I tried to hit the nuke first took a few rounds but managed to hit it. As for the man himself...He ded biggrin.gif .

Oh, dear. That looks like a very certain rocketed man of sorts.

This is almost as bad as Activision censoring the No Russian mission in the CoD:MW2 Remake due to political issues.

Eh, Khajiit thinks it’s way worse. We shouldn’t discuss it here but if anyone is interested, PM us and this one will share his thoughts.

This is the only Colt .45/Colt .45 clone I can ever get

But get it I shallst! It's a CO2 powered .177 pellet pistol that uses dummy shells. You put the pellets into the shells and load them into the gun. You don't have to remove the shells in order to reload if you don't want to; just open up the loading gate and load the pellets right into the shells.

I plan to get it when I've sold off a couple other airguns. One I've sold but not gotten paid for and one has no offers yet.

Nothing wrong with that. She's a beaut!
I still have my Hi-Point .45ACP and when the 1st of May comes around I'm either going to get an AK (WASR or RAS) or if its cheaper either an AR-15 or a .45ACP Hi-Point Carbine.
mirocu
The carbine is actually one Hi-Point firearm I kinda sorta want... biggrin.gif

And I sort of lied; I can get a real powder burning Colt in 45 caliber, but it has to be a black powder one so no cartridge using Peacemaker.

Yes, I misspoke slightly. I meant black powder cap and ball revolvers. I can't get cartridge using ones kvleft.gif

Revolver Ocelot from the classic game Metal Gear Solid. His firearms of choice were Colt Single Action Army revolvers.

Thanks and to answer those whose thinking it (Yes I can read minds over the net). No I won't be getting a bump stock, I have no intrest in fully automatics or items that simulate full auto, I like semi-auto firing cause I can control my shots and have better accuracy.
SubRosa
If Prince T'challa used a gun, that would be it! laugh.gif

I wouldn't want a bump stock or full auto either. I would rather put two rounds where I want them, than thirty where I don't. Even the military rarely uses full auto anymore. Mainly just for suppressing fire. When they want to actually hit someone, it is semi.

Would full auto be useful in close quarters combat?

Some people advocate it because you are sure to hit something. Other people say no, because that something is bound to be someone you don't want to hit.

That’s what I would worry about, unless I was in a straight up urban warfare situation where I knew only enemies were in a building I was about to enter.

In most urban warfare situations there are civilians hiding all over the place. Even when a city is officially evacuated, there are always people who refuse to leave.

Mostly, full auto is good at, suppressing, close quarters and cover fire.

Old school iron sights cool.gif.

In related news:
I've upgraded my rifle by putting in a quad rail (which was a pain in the ass to put on) and an angled grip.
IPB Image
mirocu
Looks swanky! I would personally keep the foregrip as it was, but I guess you get a better grip with the new thing smile.gif

I've always wanted to try the angled grip, well looks like I'll get my wish.
SubRosa
The new picatinny rail looks like a big improvement. I don't know why they still make AR15s with the older style 'ribbed for her pleasure' handguard anymore. rolleyes.gif Given how much more useful picatinny rails are, and now m-lok and keymod, it's a step in the wrong direction. If the rails start to dig into your fingers, Magpul makes these little rubber things that fit over the rails. They came with my Sig, and I found they make for a more comfortable grip.

I read up on how to change out a handguard. Yikes, that really looked like a pita!

Removing the hand guard was easy putting on the quad rail was a nightmare. But now my rifle looks totally BA.
SubRosa
Oops, I did not mean changing out the forgrip, but the handguard. I always get those two names confused. I was looking at a S&W AR10, but decided against it because I didn't like the M16A2 style hand guard it came with. I looked up how to replace it, and said to myself "Oh hell no!"

I think this is why I like the Hybrid AR-15 as it already had rails for fore grips. Still I love my new rifle and can't wait to shoot it.

I have just sold an airsoft; a battery powered Ingram Mac 10. I'm also about to sell my CO2 pistol that I sold earlier but wasn't paid for. And when this is all said and done - clicky

Man that's a sexy revolver happy.gif. I know there's a type of airsoft pistols (probably like the ones you have) that look and feel JUST like the real thing but instead of bullets its those plastic pellets and the magazines require CO2 or some kind of compressed gas. My Brother-in-Law showed me one from Japan it was impressive looking.

It's perfect! Or... It would be if the hammer in its resting position met up with the frame. Basically the only thing I have to complain about... kvleft.gif

I don't know if my guns can be mistaken for the real dealz, but they sure must come close. Steel built, semi- and full auto options and they are quite heavy. No gas to drive the mags though; you have to wind up a spring. Bit annoying tbh.

The AK-47 even has real wood in the butt and foregrip; not selling that one btw smile.gif
