Looks like a good caliber/gun, if only I could get it. As it is, I at least have a theoretical chance to get this one in .17HMR

My Dad wasn't kidding when he said the 5.7 round would hit the target well before you heard that pop. That's a fast little bugger!

Yeah, and I believe Hickok says he pretty much has to hold right on target so it looks like a good round

Ok, I gotta say something about this. A man in Sweden just used his legal hunting rifle to defend his family when a gang member of merely 16 years pulled a gun and opened fire upon the man's family. The man quickly took his rifle and shot the young guy in the leg but get this - the man defending his family with his legal gun IS NOT BEING PROSECUTED!

This is HUGE considering we're in Sweden and not Texas! I cannot stress this enough! This is incredible! Normally the young guy with an illegal pistol would go scot free and the family man would already be behind bars and his guns taken away and destroyed! But the fact that the 16 yo is being prosecuted for the illegal firearm and attempted murder and not the man for defending his family -in Sweden - incredible.

I'm almost speechless, guys. Almost being key cause I have so many things to say about this. This WILL set a precedent that you CAN in fact defend your life WITH LETHAL FORCE if your life and the lives of your loved ones are directly threatened like this!


Like someone once said: as soon as anyone pulls a gun on you, age goes out the window.

Well it sucks that things like that have to happen before politicians find common sense, but hopefully it’s a sign that your government is saying “ENOUGH!” to the bad elements in society.

Oh, lets not go that far; they are not clamping down seriously on them. It's not the politicians doing anything here, it was the judge who said this man was just defending his family.

And maybe something can potentially happen to the man defending his family at some point. But the fact it hasn't happened yet, and maybe not ever, is why I react like this. Normally someone calling the police on their neighbor out of spite is enough for the cops to throw them in jail and take their guns, I have so many reports on this. But now, actually using his gun in active self defense and nothing happens

Well hopefully it will wake some folks up.

Not wanting to go into much detail unless Khajiit PM:s, but I hear more and more people speak up about having something pewpew related for self defense, and that is surely a first.

Good it's easy to field strip. Same goes for my Beretta which is great in case a BB gets stuck.

One thing I like about green gas airsoft guns is that since the green gas also contains synthetic oils which helps with lubrication, so you don't have to field strip it as much.

Now I just need to sight her in and she'll be ready for deer season!

Well, at $40.00 bucks a box of 5.7 ammo one has to be selective on when to shoot it, plus I forgot to bring it heh heh heh .

Well, it's hard to see but it's not an autoloader but actually a straightpull i.e a manual repeater. And it's not a rifle but a shotgun. But still.


Lets not get carried away however. Just because the law says I can get it, the police may say I can't. Go figure.


This is btw another straightpull shotgun I can legally get with a 30 round mag if I can find one

Yeah, a straight pull is a continuation of a bolt action but without lifting up the handle prior and then down again after. Same kind they use in biathlon (skiing and shooting). Quite fast to operate, really.



Something to just get off my chest. They made autoloading ARs for hunting illegal again because they use "military magazines". Well, how hard would it be for the manufacturer to alter the design just slightly so hunting ARs can't use them? Btw, I can still use "military magazines" in a straight pull which like I said is quite fast to operate. A bad guy wouldn't hesitate to use that if that's the only option.

I can also buy a leveraction shotgun with a seven round mag, but I can't have more than two in my pumpaction. Both are equally fast to reload.
