Brilliant work with the Tenpenny suite! It sure beats having to blow up Megaton to get it! I think my new character Hecate might go that route.

Molly's gun in that first pic in the Anti-Material Rifle from FONV. I ported that over when I was looking for a ranged weapon that was suitably large for a power armor wearer. The Blackhawk just looked too tiny in comparison.

I guess it would look tiny in comparison! Well, the anti-material gun is my fave in NV, I never knew it looked like that! I've only played NV on the 360, so never saw a screenshot of my character with it - holy cow! I like it with the incendiary bullets, it is the only way I ever made it through the Deathclaw Promentary.


I've always wanted a second house in the Wasteland, so very pleased with this discovery!

I popped in once and talked to the robot, I think the door was open actually. I remember not having to use the console anyway.

I've never seen the inside of it till yesterday, because this is the first time I've played on the PC. Really exciting being able to do so many things I never could before.

Hecate may not be a blonde, but she's got a big sniper weapon, ponytail and a critter pal - so she's all right in my book! Seriously, she looks great and I'd imagine a sniper would be great fun.

Hecate looks Awesome! Is that one of the themes in the Megaton house? I like seeing those shelves filled. I used to fill mine in game using the "Z" - took forever and was really frustrating, lol. Awesome shots!

This is my favorite shot, looks like she's sitting next to Otis! Next favorite was the Nuka Girl sign she was standing under - it looked like her! Didn't Pepsi-Cola used to have a girl named "Jenny" or something?

SubRosa - I really like Hecate (and her gun)! A very cool looking sniper and her adventures look like great fun. As ever I love the old signs – so Hecate’s magnificent pose under the Nuka Break sign is fantastic! I also really liked how you captured the escaping 50 cal shell in Hecate's M110 shot.

Last Chance Camp really is far out there. I can just make out Tenpenny Tower in the distance. Hecate is going to have to go looking for that now.

I saw those Raiders in Enclave Armor before too. After I finished the main quest in the AntAgonizers game they started showing up. I wanted to know how come I had to get special training from the Brotherhood to wear power armor, yet all these Raiders obviously did not!

@ Winter Wolf - Yes, that is that furthest westernmost camp just past Girdershade and a little north. I do like going there to rest up when I'm in that area.

That frontal view of her hat freaked me out when I first saw it, didn't know she was looking like that,



@ Acadian - The Wasteland is really suited to being alone, I especially like traveling alone it at night because it is hauntingly silent; you feel like you are the universe you are traversing - it is so Awesome. When I first started playing FO3 it felt so colorless besided Oblivion; and I didn't think I'd ever like it - but traveling alone at night in that area where that picture is taken is where I first fell in love with this game, with the Wasteland.


@ SubRosa - Yes, they are little more than grunts but can don power armor - good point, and one I didn't think of, lol. I was just so stunned to see the naked Enclave attacking me and then see the raider wearing the Enclave armor - I mean, I thought it was very cool that I'm not the only scavenger in the wasteland, lol. And they took EVERYTHING he had, there was absolutely no inventory whatsoever on the Enclave guy!

Yeah, Misa rubbed some salve on Harold's heart, sacrificing his happiness for the good of the Wasteland. There is only one him able to save the flora and bring green back to the Wastes; Misa told him to suck it up for the good of everyone, lol. He understood, and reluctantly agreed; as did the elder male.

On the 360 I usually killed Harold's heart to get the Barkskin perk; but I think it used to be 10% DR. I went to get it on this game and it was only 5%, so decided it wasn't worth it; decided to be altruistic instead,

BTW, did Molly get the Barkskin Perk chopping him down? I thought you had to be at the heart to get it, but ... never heard of anyone chopping him up before!!!


@ Lopov - Daddy James: That is the first time I have ever traveled with him to the Rivet City after the rescue; I usually just meet him there. But that was a lot of fun - and I was relieved to see he was essential for it, because at one point he ran dead through a raider camp and went unconscious. I really enjoyed the trip, and plan to do it that way from now on.

The Raider - The Enclave was still alive, but had no clothing on, and nothing whatsoever in his inventory - but still attacked me! The raider must have taken it from him, which I found very funny!

There is a place in the DC ruins below Bethesda that has a whole gang of raiders that have slaughtered Enclave and taken all their equipment, but this is the first time I've ever seen it happen in the field. Very cool!

@ Renee - BwaaHaa! That is the Chinese Stealth Suit with an Enclave power helmet, The odd thing is, I am not changing her hats out; just using that glitch and I never know which hat is going to show up on her head - that is why I keep taking snapshots of it, lol. She looked like that, then when I stepped outside the house suddenly she had the druid hat on, and when I spun the camera to get the front I was shocked to see that frontal face on the hat,

You prompted me to look it up on the Fallout Wikia, and the Raiders in a massacred Enclave camp are one of the random encounters. But the Enclave guys are supposed to be dead! The first time I saw it when playing The AntAgonizer, one of the Raiders had on a suit of Enclave power armor, and an Eyebot helmet.

Molly didn't actually chop Harold down. She just killed his heart. She did get the barkskin perk, even though it was only 5%. Combined with her two ranks of Toughness and Tribal Powered Armor, she had a DR of 79 when I retired her. Bullets pretty much bounced off her.

So my naked Enclave was a glitch of a random encounter? Darn, I wish I'd snapped a screenshot of it then!

How do you find out what your DR rating is? I can find my rad resistance rating, but don't know where to find the DR rating.

Click on the Items button, and it will be up at the top, next to caps.

The exact description of how to find it is described under one of the Enclave camps for that region - the Enclave clears the roaches for you too, lol.

Lopov- the Roach King Throne is due west of Temple of the Union, or slightly north-east of Minefield. I always follow the road from the TOTU either north or south while wandering, and thus always miss it.

It is really hard to find, in spite of being right out in the middle of a wide open area. It is also east of the big power station with the three chimneys. You can see them everywhere in the north-eastern section of the map.

OMG, I've never been high enough to train them - never seen the whole town turn out like that! That is awesome! Still, my fave shot has to be Sniper; what a great shot that is! The Wasteland has so many beautiful moments, you have captured a lot of them with your camera!

Wadsworth was making a mess so I had to fire him

I have managed to disable him before, and may again since I keep coming home to find the tricycle back out in the middle of the room and the door Gnome tipped over and bumped way away from the wall.

I'm working on my submission, just having a trying day here so far, haven't had time to fool with it.

Okay, here it is - after I got in taking pictures I found some stuff I forgot and/or need to fix.

(1) Forgot to clutter the living room shelves with my Nuka Cola Trucks and pre-war books

(2) Noticed for some odd reason my stove is the size of an "Easy Bake Oven," probably clicked on it by accident when I was trying to shrink something else, lol.

(3) For some reason the first aid kits are respawning - so no safe storage in them! They are set to NOT respawn, really don't know why they are since none of the ones in the Wasteland ever do!

Also, the chems I placed on top of the Infirmary and Chem Lab stands - they are all respawning too for some reason. That was one of the reasons I never got the themes before, because Moira sells you a bunch of junk on your desk and it would respawn and bump your collections out of the way. No way to fix that other than delete them in the Geck.


All in all though, I really like it. Thinking of adding a hatch up to the roof and re-setting up my bar-b-que/table/and chairs up there like I had in my first Megaton mod so I can sit outside without the residents asking what I'm doing sitting out on my own deck. (Or Sherriff Simms's son going out of his way to tell me his Dad told him not to talk to strangers). That roof deck was one of my favorite things in that last mod.

Thank you all so much, I appreciate that a lot! I really like that living room a lot; actually do come in and sit down on that couch now.

I added the screens along the wall of the tub area for privacy, and would have stopped there; but Wadsworth wouldn't stop coming in there and puffing his jets while Misa was testing out the tub. I finally ended up having to put a screen across the front to keep him out; (which makes it a little less easy for the player to just run in to use that infirmary).

Wadsworth coming into the Player's bedroom and blocking them in there has always bothered me; I tried putting a bedroom door in to keep him out of there; but it looked awful and ruined the ambiance. I thought about moving that screen across so it blocks Wadsworth from both the master bedroom and bathing area, but then it would really hinder the Player from accessing their own bedroom.

I used to jam him into that spare bedroom and shut the door, but - really like having that office and sitting area in there now, and having it opened up - looks nice as you come up the stairs instead of that closed door.

Seriously considering setting up a pod and command line that the player can send him to his pod and he'll shut down till activated like that Mr. Handy in Georgetown; so you can wake him up for a hair cut or something.

Either that or adding in a closet under those stairs to jam him; and just open the door when you want something from him.

Does anyone know, are there any mods to stifle Wadsworth or get him out of the way till wanted? Or keep him from boxing the player into their bedroom?

@mALX - your house looks great too, I first noticed the naval cot - I like them more than ordinary beds (in game, that is), and very good idea to add one to your house. And Dogmeat got his own house inside the house!
