WOO HOO! This is AWESOME! By the way, it took me a week of pulling my hair out to get them to all go to bed like that, lol. They also all eat together at 2PM, if Jerric wants to join them!

When Jerric said he was going to help himself I thought he meant to a bed, ROFL! Vinja sleeps upstairs behind the bar, he can wake her up for food/drinks/sundries/a book for Darnand/or a bed in case he doesn't want to go into his suite, lol.

It is so exciting to see a character I know there! Did Jerric go to the Suite to sleep? It has an extra bed for Darnand or Lildereth. If he's with Abiene she can sneak out the backdoor in the morning and act like she is just out smelling flowers, lol.

Did Jerric run into Clark? It is so exciting to see characters there!

Jerric found one treasure so far (but not Clark, lol). He checked out the secret door right away for Abiene’s access! Then in the basement I thought he was going to help himself to one of the occupied beds. Jerric also spent some time hanging out with the horses. I love the big grain sacks and actual water in the trough!

I absolutely love the inn. It’s gorgeous from the road, and it really seems to invite you in. Inside it has that warm and cozy feeling but it’s also spacious and airy the way you put in the raised ceiling and all of those windows. Plus, five blondes talking about mudcrabs! Awesome. I’m very excited to have all of those services available. You did an outstanding job!

Jerric is in the upstairs suite. He thinks the other rooms are very nice, but he needs extra room for all of his manliness. Right now he’s sitting there thinking where he’s going to put his stuff. And yeah, Darnand gets the smaller bed.

I LOVE that shot of Abiene sitting under the tree, that is where the Dunmer woman came and sat too - I think she works at the Chorrol Stables, she drops in and sits there from time to time.

Abiene has been spoiled after being with Jerric, no more Bretons for her, lol.

Oh, the last time I went there, when I was leaving I found Sapphire grazing in the front yard of the Inn. Before that I've caught her over there behind the Inn grazing. The gate is closed every time, I guess she is jumping the fence. She just thinks the grass is always greener, I guess, lol. But if she escapes you can lure her back in with an apple or two in your inventory, there is a barrel full of them along the corral fence.

The Wobbly Goblet seems like my kind of place. If those Nord blondes are not strangers anyway

I should point out that Jerric had recently consumed a Cure Disease potion when that shot was taken, so no horses were endangered in his sharing of their water supply.

minque, the Wobbly Goblet is the name of an imaginary tavern near Chorrol that Grits uses as the site for her RP thread of the same name in our RP forum.

mALX (with some help from ghastley) made a wonderful mod to support the RP by providing the inn in game as an Oblivion mod. There’s a link and discussion in our mod announcements forum.

For PC screenshots in Oblivion, you’ll need to enable screenshots in your Oblivion .ini. Find the line that says bAllowScreenShot and set the value to 1 (for yes). Then in game, you can hit the print screen button and it will capture and send a screenshot (BMP) to your game directory. The shots can then be loaded to an image sharing site and linked here to post. There are plenty of tricks using the command console to help improve your screenshots, such as commands to toggle the menus off etc.

Even without the mod, Serene can pop in or out of the RP for a drink and chat!

To take screenshots, go into your "Documents" folder. At the top are subfolders, go to "My Games." Inside you should find "Oblivion," and inside that look for the "Oblivion INI"

Open that up and scroll down the long list till you find a heading that says "Display."

Under that heading you will find this:

bAllowScreenShot=0


You want to change that so it reads:


bAllowScreenShot=1


Save and close it out.


When you get in game, anytime you want to take a screenshot, just press the "Print Screen."


When you exit the game for any reason, always clear out your screenshots before starting the game back up again or you will lose them. To do that, go to:

Computer/C:\/Program Files/Bethesda/Oblivion

In the Oblivion file you will find the screenshots. Highlight them and move them to a folder (either into your picture gallery or you can put a folder on your desktop to move them to, etc).

If you take pictures at the Wobbly Goblet, upload them and share them with us!


Also, if you have FRAPS, it doesn't just do movies, it does screenshots too, and they don't disappear if you go in and out of the game. Those are stored here:

Using Fraps, you can switch between making vids of your gameplay and screenshots - very easily, even for someone as nube with computers as I am, lol.

You might find that you need to use FRAPS to take your screenshots, instead of the other method. On some people's systems, such as mine, the regularly taken screenshots come out in black and white, and skewed diagonally, because of problems with the video drivers.

If you're only doing screenshots, not movies, then Fraps is free. The trial version only has restrictions on the movie recording. However, it doesn't appear to save its settings. I may upgrade just for that annoyance to be fixed.
