Aww, thanks, Renee! I do have that screenshot from her pure vanilla very early days in Oblivion. She's had to evolve over the years via mods and changing games but I think she is still fairly recognizable.

I actually don't quite recognize her in that pic, although I remember it from very long ago. I do like her original look too btw. On the topic, these are three of my favourite Buffy pics.

@Acadian - Aren't our characters the polar opposite or what? Buffy has changed worlds and look several times whilst Lothran has basically remained the same ever since 2007, and in the same world!

Lothran is a symbol of Vvardenfell and the rock is the one that floats above the island.

Waterfall and Bowgirl were Buffy's second look. Spellgirl was her third and final look in Oblivion.

Didn't Lothran have different hair color in his early days? But now he's got platinum hair?

If he did, it was before my time. I only remember him with the blonde hair.

Yes, he had blue hair first and white hair later. It changed sometime in 2012 I think.

How well Joan of Arkay in Affront resembles the Historical is astounding. You did a very good job with her.

That is what I was hoping people notice. When I rolled Joan long ago I had a picture of the historical Joan to guide by. If you place the historical pic alongside of Affront or Austere, the likenesses are there. I even got her tiny chin to jut slightly ahead of her round face.

Yes sir. It's called... um, what is it called guys & gals? I forget.

I tried to get you to use this mod when you did Thaldorn Manor, but the window mod requires All Natural, which you were leery about.

Immersive Interiors by SomeWelshGuy. A classic.

Yeah, and it doesn't just add see-through windows, it adds looks into whatever street and buildings are outside which is really neat. The outdoor scenes are just dummies, they aren't the actual area outside, but it's still a nice illusion.

I had an idea to add generic NPCs which wander about out there, just to add even more immersion. I have no idea if this would work, or if they'd simply fall into the void.

That's a really interesting idea. In all the years I've been using Immersive Interiors that idea has never occurred to me. I'm half tempted to re-install the mod and try it myself now.

EDIT: I apparently don't know how to spell the word "me".

Danke. There are no vanilla birds! Only bird sounds. Maybe it's been awhile since you've played the vanilla game, but yeah, there are no birds, which used to bug me when I played purely on consoles.

That bird is from Betty's Birds & Crocs, which is the older version of Betty's Animal Planet. I mostly added BB&C for the birds, and made all the crocodiles passive. I've got several (Maybe 4) bird mods in my game. Even with all those add-ins, I'm still not 100% satisfied.


It might be Renee Gade III herself who does so.

Time for some Lady Saga pics. I gamed with her a few sessions in October. Now that it's November I'll switch to Joan of Arkay, although I won't be playing OB so much anymore because it's cold enough outside for Skyrim. One of these days I'm gonna trip over my own shoelaces with all these games / characters. Somehow I stay true to them all.

So in this gaming session, Saga was somewhere on the Gold Coast I think. She has a tendency to wander a lot, rarely picking up quests. Anyway, this session finds her sneaking up on a bunch of bandits. Since she's mostly an archer, I bet y'all can see where this is going....
