No worries, friend, I'm also quite busy as of late, Character Updates on Beth is basically the only thread that I can't stay away from. These forums are more calm, easier to follow up so I'm more here these days. I bascially use only messenger on Beth. And I don't like Skyrim section at Beth while this one here is friendly.

Lopov, great screens. Capturing the magic of casting a spell in the act makes for some wonderful shots. And Loypuur has Aelwin tagging along in the IC? I notice he likes the SI beggar shirt. Wonderful sky and sunlight at the shrine of Julianos. And the journey of a thousand steps begins by crossing that long bridge.

Ooops! I was thinking the patchwork shirt from the SI. Yup, the beggar's shirt is Cyrodiil; rare and interesting looking shirt and weightless as I'm sure you know.

I found this shirt for the first time with Loypuur. I checked later on UESP and read that there are four but none of them is worn by anyone. Shivering Isles adds few more if I recall correctly.

Mirocu, those are wonderful shots of Lothie in the SI! I see he is still carrying his club (and I know he has Snowflake tucked away somewhere). Why is it his last trip to the Isles? Buffy pops in there sometimes; she is still trying to figure a way to help those trying to topple the little dweeb in charge.

That trip was last summer and now he has another weapon which he enchanted when he got back from Bruma. I know you´ve seen these pics already, but thanks for your kind words!

It was his last trip there simply because... he doesn´t like it anymore. It´s not that he´s afraid of any of Sheo´s minions but the place creeps him out in a way that is hard to explain. Nowadays he just wanna be in Cyrodiil. No alternate dimensions for this white-haired dark elf no more

They´re more powerful than I thought! Usually their summon time exceeds their health and they end up victorious. Plus they summon their own summonee

I know you're talking about summoning them from SubRosa's wonderful mod, Witchcraft, but in Buffy's world, the natural ones are rather like NPCs - they have the same foes so we find them fighting bandits and ogres all the time. And you're right, they're pretty stout.

That is one of my fave shots of Miss Buffy!

Gonzoguns did the awesome make-over on Vilja, I love it.

That mouse in the screen is the Wasabi mod, which I started out using for screens of Alix the Mouse - couldn't stand the mod, so I made my own Alix the Mouse mod - mine is bigger than Wasabi but smaller than a rat...wait, I've got a vid of the one I made.


This is the mouse mod I made, he's bigger than Wasabi, and I gave him his own unique squeaks and special AI package/special moves he does. Somewhere 3/4 of the way into the vid you'll see him fight a bandid (throws them like 5 feet, lol) and his "after kill" action. (however, he won't fight every enemy, he'll fight one or two and then drop out of the fight and watch you - without warning. Maxical has been caught unaware that he had decided to sit out a fight in a room full of zombies).

I modeled him after Vilja so he chatters a lot as he follows you, random squeeks (he has about 8 random squeaks, 4 different injured squeaks, a couple angry squeaks, etc). He does the angry squeeks if you ask him to wait (and throws a fit, demonstrated in the beginning of the vid). He is attracted to sweetrolls, if someone is carrying them and passes you he may follow them for a short distance. He swims underwater, heals himself, and can be summoned with a ring.

Thank you so much Lopov! No, I made that party inside Janus Hassildor's bedroom suite, lol. He LOVED it! He went around talking to each of his clones, really enjoyed them being there!

I did the same thing in the Dark Brotherhood sanctuary - cloned a second Vicente for screenshots. Vicente HATED his clone, spent all his time trying to kill him, lol. I got a bunch of action shots with Vicente in combat if I can find them.


I LOVE these Arena screens! Match 2 is my favorite, blurred with action, but that is how it would look if you were there watching the fast motion! Tied for favorite with that was bowing for the fallen opponent - that was Awesome!

mALX, loved seeing Alix in action. I remember what a speedy and stout little fellow he is! Love his little victory dance after dispatching both those Grayland baddies!

I want that mod! GIMME!GIMME!GIMME!

I love him, got where I left Vilja at home in Skingrad with Eyja and took Alix out with Maxical everywhere. He is the perfect follower/companion for her, suits her personality as well as the Unicorn does for a mount.

If you've used the Unicorn for a mount when doing the main questline, you'll will know EXACTLY what that means, lol. It means he will add random excitement to your game when you least expect it.

Example: Even though he is in the Player Faction, some NPC's still take exception to Alix's presence (maybe because he's a rat with a high aggression level).

1. The Skingrad guards on the East gate attack him the instant he spawns through the gates. (I have to enter Skingrad by climbing the hill under the bridge, not spawning through the gate closest to my house there).

2. The Orc sisters that own the Inn in Skingrad attack him the second he enters the upper floor, running up the stairs to come after him.

Of course, Alix is set to be essential, which means there is going to be a dead NPC. I'm not sure if you get arrested for his crimes (since he is Player Faction) or not, because I always reloaded the last save before entering (or darted back through the door/gate so Alix would follow - got used to having to do that with the Unicorn).

Alix as he looks now can't be given away, either. I used Wasabi's skin on Alix because (it was smooth and I loved the color), but Wasabi's creater refused his permission for its use in any mod but Wasabi. Really made me mad, because now in order to give Alix out he has to either look like a regular rat or he can look like one of these, I'd have to change his fur over before releasing him:

Not as pretty. Now, if you are handy in the Construction Set, you can nab Wasabi's fur just like I did, I just can't give it with the mod. The whole reason I didn't upload Alix to Nexus was because of that fur issue. I didn't want him looking like a scruffy rat. Mr. Silka does Awesome animals, I was going to ask him to make me a mouse skin like Wasabi's, but everyone is in Skyrim now in the modding community, hard to pull them back to Oblivion.

WOO HOO! The Black Queen quest! Finally we will find out what it was supposed to have been all about? I finally got up into that area, and the chest was empty! I was imagining some unique weapon or a treasure of massive proportions for all the work it took me to get up in there! Lol.
