Well, technically he does have two eyes, only one is elsewhere and sees everything, so it's not like he misses out on depth perception or anything

That depends on the translation and interpretation. For instance, in the version of the Poetic Edda I've got, in the Voluspa the seeress says "I know everything, Odin, where you hid your eye in the famous well of Mimir." So it can be interpreted that the eye still exists serving as a conduit, and so in effect, still "sees".
Itīs still not in his head, thatīs what I meant

I'm irritated by my neighbor. Dude is running for state representative and he lives across my house. His campaign tactic is going around playing his song every day every hour for over 2 months now. Not a problem.
My problem is the lack of care his family has for their little puppy. For weeks his cute puppy, whom I named Toto, was running loose in the street in the morning while I went to workout. I even joked with my girlfriend that if they don't close their fence and take care of the dog, I'll kidnap him for myself lest a car hits him.
So today I go to take out the trash and who do I find laying beneath the trash. Dead!!?? Toto! His fate? Ran over by a car!! Because someone didn'tppatch the fence up even when their dog kept begging to come in.
