Just a little more info about that image above:
It's 144 planes, 1 sphere. Took about 25 minutes to render the image at 800x800. 640,000 pixels had to be checked and determined what color they had to be based on where a ray hit, if that point was in shadow, and if that point was reflective. If it was reflective, where the ray went from there, and then blend the returned colors.

That is correct, the sphere is 90% reflective.

Almost had to take my son to the hospital last night. He has what I have, but apparently he had a 103° fever and my mother in law didn't tell me. She gave him medicine and it went away. He's been up my butt since last night and finally went to sleep at three a.m. poor guy.

That's the temp you're supposed to head to the hospital at. But she never told me it was that high. I thought his fever was like mine, which was just under 100.
I got really high fevers when I was a very young too. Are you upset with your mother in law?
I was, but she got the fever down, and he hasn't had one since. Even without medicine now.
