This game, along with Shadowgate, Uninvited and Maniac Mansion, supposedly uses
lateral thinking, i.e non-logical reasoning to solve the puzzles. Some are easy, like yesterday when I found that notebook and upon further investigation revealed that something had been written on a page which was then torn off. By using the standard detective method of rubbing a pencil on the page that was under it I found out what had been written. That was an easy puzzle, as long as you know anything about detective work in games and movies.
But I can�t figure out how to proceed now

Only detective game I can think of that I'v played in recent times is L.A Noire. Loved that game, driving around in a nice car listening to 40s radio. Then solving brutal murders
