Viz media's Sailor Moon uses that in their version. Speaking of which I'm still PO'd that Walmart's stop selling the dvds while I was just ONE DVD AWAY from owning the whole series -_- .

Amazon has them but not many. Well I get paid week after next so here's hoping.
So. Had a proper listen to OhMyGirl's new song Dolphin and eh... It's not bad per say but it's not Liar Liar, Remember Me, Closer, The Fifth Season or Secret Garden, is it now? Is it?
I guess every group needs some filler. Or maybe I'm just stuck with the songs I like and can't get past them

Well it’s a well known fact that you don’t usually prefer newer things. *sips coffee*

The other week, I unearthed a work previously unknown to me, Gennady Rozdestvensky's "Suite for Orchestra on the Film Music by Alfred Schnittke". The music is delightful, and the performance (conducted by Rozdestvensky) a hoot. It starts a bit tame, but quickly morphs into a grand entertainment. Be advised that there are a couple of brief audio/video dropouts near the work's beginning and end. But they spoil the fun:

Just discovered this solo song about 15 minutes ago from when Jerry was doing solo stuff after Layne Staley died and before Jerry metaphorically and literally got the band Alice in Chains back together. Sounds so sludgy. I love it.
EDIT: Looks like it was being made before Layne Staley died but was released after he died.

If I had "Tunes While Driving" playlist, this would be at the top of the list. Another Cantrell solo.
Julian Bream, one of the master classical guitars of his day, has passed at age 87. I've been listening to some of his shorter performances, including this one:
I've loosely kept an eye on the musical development of young prodigy Alma Deutscher since she was little more than a toddler. Just the other day I noticed a video of a Dec 2019 Carnegie Hall performance of one of her orchestral works. She, now in her early teens, gives a brief introductory speech before the music begins. Most impressive. The transition from 'chaotic' opening sounds into its first melody makes my eyes mist, closet inner-romantic that I sometimes am. I get a kick out of her 'warning' us not to be scared by the 'ugly' opening. Compared to a decent portion of modern 'serious' music her opening isn't all that jarring.
Despite a few flubs and the cello/bass section being a little too small in number to provide the weight a few attacks/passages require I like this about as well as any third I've heard, better than a good many.
Saw the name DaHye on a video which sparked up a memory of a former BESTie member. And sure enough; it's the same DaHye from that group. First I didn't recognize her but as soon as she smiled, I did. Haven't heard from any of them in years now. This song is apparently a remake but a good one.
As Easter is coming up strong, I decided to post two vids that remind me of this time. First video reminds me of when I got this job in 2017 at this time of the year. The second one is just Easter!
Heard an old favorite the other day and for some reason couldn’t help but smile and think of our Decrepit.
Grateful Dead- Casey Jones *warning: drug reference.* Decrepit- this song reminded me of you purely because of your enjoyment of playing train sims. I do not think of you as one who is high when doing so, lol.

In order to lure out Reaper from his hiding spot, here is Ashen!
Vicuña needed a lot of Iridium and Zircon for her Champ gear, so Clark went mining. It took about 60 jewelry surveys to get enough grains. That's a lot of mining!
I’ve been wanting to look into these artists since starting the Old Gods podcast. It’s good stuff! Eerie!

While many Kpop videos have roughly 2-3 million views, this dance practice video with BLACKPINK has over 353 million views! Like... what!!?? It's not even the polished video, only a practice one!
