@Rihanae - Lissa's eyes and hair - just beautiful. When I saw her I immediately remembered an old song called "Green Eyes", popular in our parts which is about a gorgeous looking woman with green eyes. Her hair looks so dynamic compared to vanilla static hair. Good job.

Thank you! I unashamedly spent a lot of time getting her right. Skyrim makes my vision of her a LOT better than Oblivion could (no h8 tongue.gif)

Jensa and Stenvar are on Solstheim.

Ash fall.

Stalhrim.

Ash fall is eerily gorgeous!

Here's some early shots from Lissa's Skyrim beginnings...

GHOSTBUSTER!

You guys are DEAD... well, you are already dead... you get my point.

Beautiful.
Renee
Cool, she looks relaxed in that final picture. Look at her, just chilling up there. Chilling, not chillin' smile.gif I love the GHOSTBUSTER pic; Lissa in action. You go girl! laugh.gif

Grits: Mmmm look at Ash Fall, that's so lovely. smile.gif I love those out-of-focus shots.
Acadian
Wonderful to see Lissa in action - she looks great! That looks like Golldir with her. He's one of those 'lost puppy' followers that just sits by themselves in a dungeon if you don't take them along. We try to find 'homes' for them. Golldir is enjoying hanging out as a Companion in Jorrvaskr - it seems to suit him and he does swing a pretty mean axe. smile.gif

Me too. I'm sort of addicted to Skyrim, and I have lots of screenies. Way more than I get around to posting. I need to be like Lopov, who seems to set aside quality time for picture-posting.

Thanks, folks! Jensa’s circlet is from KD Circlets Redone. It’s a little fancier than her usual choices, but it was a gift from High King Ulfric so she always wears it. I suspect he did not want Jensa to represent him to the various Jarls wearing a sweaty old headband with her court attire. tongue.gif

Rihanae, did Lissa start out in the abandoned prison? Punching ghosts, yikes! Beautiful is a lovely, peaceful picture. Very nice! smile.gif

Acadian, I love Buffy’s screenshot for December! It’s always a delight to see Buffy. This month her ponytail steals the show. happy.gif Jenassa looks great styled in chitin armor. Now I realize I’ve probably been mistaking Mjoll for Aela in some shots. Mjoll looks heroic in ancient Nord armor! I love that she’s wearing the Aetherial Crown (I think), and the gems match her armor. Buffy is such a boon to her friends.

Here are some shots from Jensa and Stenvar’s latest Solstheim adventure.

This elf bed is not going to survive us.

Since the war Jensa Stormblade is generally suspicious of elves, but she likes Aphia.

Where there’s a will… (Jensa is not very good at puzzle doors, even when the puzzle is “Pull This Chain.”)

Get to the point, mage.

We’re not on Solstheim any more.

Strange skies over Nchardak.

Home again.
SubRosa
The elf bed does look rather frail. I don't think it would survive Jensa's breasts! laugh.gif

A great pic of Apocrypha!

Freaky green cloudy aurora skies! The End Times Are Nigh!

Ahh, back to a nice, homey blue and purple aurora. smile.gif

Acadian
Grits, the adventures of Jensa and Stenvar in Solstheim looked like great fun! I laughed so hard about the ‘elf bed’. laugh.gif I think I’m in quite a minority in very much liking the ‘puzzles’ in Skyrim. Normally, any dungeon ‘puzzles’ send Buffy and I straight to a walk through. Happily though, the Skypuzzles are simple enough that even Buffy can sort them out. embarrased.gif I love how the Nords used animal totems in so many of their puzzles. ‘Get to the point mage’ – spoken like a true Nord with a Sword. viking.gif And yup, that chitin armor looks perfect on Jensa. happy.gif

Edit: Oh and thank you for the kind words on Buffy's screen of the month. I just looked at yours and - Wow! Not only do Lil and Jerric look delicious, but the colors of the sky and leaves are magnificent. Wow again!

The Ash fall pic is just perfect. And Stalhrim - great choice, it's Lucius' favorite type of armor as well.

QUOTE(Rihanae @ Nov 30 2015, 11:56 PM) *
In the Ghostbuster pic almost looks like Lissa will grab the ghost by its sword.

I recognize the 2nd pic, it's from that quest where you have to fight against a horde of undead and face their summoner at the end. That is one tough battle, especially at higher levels.

Lissa in one of my favorite poses in the last pic.

The Elf Bed is a great shot with an even better caption.

Aphia and her husband whose name escapes me right now, are a great couple.

Jensa doesn't need to be good at pulling when her dear one can get straight through. tongue.gif

The pic with Neloth sums up my thoughts exactly.

Perilous skies over Nchardak - is that vanilla?

The Moon over Solstheim never looked better.

I started to ask where that nice bed was, I've never seen it in game - then I saw that she was in Solstheim; I've never played the DLC, so that explains why I've never seen the bed, lol.

I'm in love with Aphia! That is so funny !!!! I'd love to hear the rest of her dialogue, lol. Most def opening up those sound files and listening to them, lol.

That place looks freaky! Urk! I'll never forget when the sky turned green in Florida - you better run and hide somewhere, it meant a really bad hurricane was about to hit.

Great shots!

Recently I've been playing a new character who I plan to incorporate into Lissa's game (somehow!).

Her name is Aryana, and she is a Breton shock mage. She started off really adorable, blonde hair and pink lips, but as we have travelled together and I got more of a feel of her character, I realised she is actually quite 'retro'. She is quite unconventional when it comes to her style and, in contrast, she is also the sweetest person you could ever meet.

She's currently progressing through the CoW storyline.
Acadian
Welcome to Aryana! I looked at the scrrenshot of her before I read your description. My first thought was 'shock mage'. And sure enough, that's what you've got her doing!

And she looks great, by the way! tongue.gif
SubRosa
Aryana is really striking! I like the lavender theme she has going.
Grits
SubRosa, it is a good thing there was a native of Skyrim in Raven Rock to make Jensa’s chitin armor. I don’t think the Dunmer have a letter for her cup size. ohmy.gif

Acadian, Jerric is always tickled when he gets to work out a barrow puzzle. He holds it as proof that his brain is less pickled than a draugr’s. biggrin.gif

Lopov, that green sky over Nchardak was a case of Jensa’s game screwing up. The Apocrypha sky followed her back and persisted for about half of the dragon battle. Then it suddenly blinked to a clear, black, starry Solstheim sky. Her game is ancient and much abused by my careless mod handling, so she sees a lot of strange things. This one looked cool. laugh.gif

ghastley, yes that’s Neloth’s summoned Ash Guardian. I think the game was struggling then, so the shading was probably off. It normally looks like the big Pig Pen cloud.

mALX, we get orange skies around here that are scary as hell. It means there’s a thunderstorm coming fast and go inside right now. A storm with hail is no joke!

Rihanae, it’s great to meet Aryana! She is lovely. I look forward to hearing of her adventures. smile.gif

Jensa has been on the move between Solstheim and Skyrim lately. She’s helping ‘that elf’ (somehow she and Stenvar know which elf she’s talking about, even when they’re mostly called ‘that elf’ by Jensa) excavate a Nordic barrow. She’s not a fan of digging up the dead, but if someone is going to wake up Ahzidal the Destroyer she figures there better be another Destroyer handy to deal with him. Here is another welcome home sky over Windhelm.
TrisRed
Aww thanks everyone! Unfortunately the mod I'm attempting to use to get her into Lissa's game isn't working properly for me sad.gif Times like this I wish I was CK savvy tongue.gif

Wow, this is absolutely beautiful! Is that sky mod added or vanilla? I don't use any sky mods and I find the vanilla skies can sometimes be quite breath-taking.
Grits
I use the mod Purity for weather, but that sky may be possible in the vanilla game just looking a little different. It’s the green aurora on a partly cloudy night. I’ve also found the vanilla weather can be quite spectacular. wub.gif

Sorry to hear of your follower mod troubles! Here is a tutorial if you want to take a look at making Aryana in the CK: link. A simple follower is not as hard as you might think. smile.gif

Edit: added link.

Wow, those are some creepy green Windhelm skies. Has Ulfric's cook been serving beans at the Stormcloak barracks again? biggrin.gif
Acadian
Grits - Great night shot at Windhelm! The area right around the stable almost looks Christmas cheerful with the carriage and cheerfully lit windows. Then the green sky centered on one of the moons looks rather eerie. What a neat shot!

Rihanae - Good luck with importing Aryana into Lissa's game. smile.gif
Grits
From Jerric’s game. “Say, Mojo, would you like to buy some dragon bones?”

The Old Orc got in on this fight. I love the wainwright's neighborhood. biggrin.gif
Renee
Yes, that Old Orc does join in sometimes, I've noticed this too.

How many dragon shouts does Jerric have nowadays?
Lopov
@Grits - Now that's a lot of bones to sell. laugh.gif Beautiful sky over Windhelm.

@Rihannae - as others have said, Aryana looks great. Even if you don't include her in Lissa's life, I'm sure she'll do fine on her own.

Vampirella has completed the Dawnguard quest line (first time I've done the vampire side) and I added Arthmoor's Castle Volkihar Rebuilt so she could clean the place up. Valerica's moved back from the Soul Cairn, so she'll look after the place, while Vampi is gone.

Vampi has acquired Ilinalta Den, and Serana tried to help clear the rubble.

Finally, this is why she moved there
Acadian
Ghastley, that makes great sense to try a mod on the castle if you play the vamp side I'm sure. And like yourself, Arthmoor has a topnotch rep as a modder. smile.gif

Vampiella has nice. . . boots. wink.gif

What a golden catch - Serana sweeping the floor! laugh.gif

Ahhh, what a nice view indeed. happy.gif

"I'd like one of those...and one of those..." BWAAHAA! Great outfit !!!

Now, is that the good naked or the bad naked?

Oh man, it is gorgeous!

Grits
Renee, I’m not sure because Jerric has multiple games with different profiles. This game is fairly new so I’d guess he hasn’t found many Words yet. He found a lot on his 300+ hours PS3 game. Also he doesn’t use the dragon souls he collects to unlock whatever Words of Power he finds. He’s not the Dragonborn and usually doesn’t have this many dragons in his game. ohmy.gif Jensa has my oldest ongoing game on the PC, and she only has a few Words left to find and thirty-odd spare souls in the bank to unlock them..

Lopov, it’s great to see Lucius! He looks awesome in his stalhrim armor. What a great catch with the frost troll! Blackreach matches Lucius’s armor! biggrin.gif

ghastley, great holiday suit for Vampi! I see her boots shine in the Ilinalta cleanup picture. How funny to see Serana wielding a broom. Beautiful sunset over the lake. Ilinalta Den’s secret entrance and lack of windows make it a perfect vampire hideout.

Here’s a picture of Sofie Mikkesdotter, Braith, and Sofie’s dog Trouble camping in Lost Knife Hideout. Sofe still lives at Breezehome and Braith has her cabin by the lake (Lakeview Manor with just the small building), but they spend most of their time on the road. I think they’re about to get serious about helping to rebuild Helgen.
Acadian
Grits what a great shot of the girls and Trouble camping. The little touches at the campsite are marvelous - map, lantern, etc. happy.gif

I love Lost Knife Hideout - great fun for a sniper to clear. Buffy normally logs eight kills before she even leaves the area where your girls are camping. Only Potema's minions in Wolfskull cave present a better sniper playground than Lost Knife Hideout. biggrin.gif

That camp site looks like a good one. There can't be many places with that much clear space, and level, too!

How much player choice do you get placing everything with that mod? A lot of the ones I looked at have a set pattern, and just havok settle things on uneven ground.

So did Sofie and Braith find the eponymous knife? smile.gif
Grits
Thanks, folks! Braith and Sofie’s camp is entirely the work of Chesko’s great Campfire mod. Once you place the tent, the mod fills in the rest of the items in the set pattern including whatever worn equipment such as shields and boots that you have chosen in the MCM to be placed when you use the bedroll. Indoors you get the bedrolls, etc without the tent. Sofe’s tent has two bedrolls, but you can craft a tent with however many you need up to the limit. More bedrolls change the arrangement of the other items.

It’s rare to find such a big, level spot to camp. The bandits had even provided food, drink, and a nice fire. Sofe didn’t even need to light the lanterns. After the final battle in that location it was very nice to have an effortless campsite back by the entrance.

Acadian, Lost Knife Hideout is also a favorite of Lil’s. happy.gif Sofe had taken down five bandits from stealth before Braith stood up and started trading insults with the two that guard the high ledge on the right. One of them fell into the water and Braith jumped in after her, where of course they couldn’t actually fight. It took forever for them to move to a place where Sofie could tell which of the swimmers she was supposed to shoot! Sometimes Braith is more Nord than Sofie is. biggrin.gif

SubRosa, they didn’t find it!! Looks like they’ll have to wait 10-30 days and go back to look for it again! laugh.gif

ghastley
Next time we go there, I'll have to see if there's room to park a Wagon! It should be impossible in an interior, but inquiring minds do silly things. biggrin.gif (not mentioning driving underwater).

I've made the _0 version of Vampi's outfit, so the next screenie will likely have her dialed down to realistic proportions, and less likely to fall out. I've improved the collar shape, too. Then I just need to find some better boots, as her current ones are just mage boots with a bit of extra polish. She needs some heels, but not the point where they'd be lore-unfriendly on their own. Riding boots, not stilettos.

I watched the vid on that mod, that thing does so much more than just camping; it is awesome!

Vampi has finished building the Orc Stronghold and is busy doing other quests while I try to replace her boots. She's happier now she's lost weight and had her collar refitted, as you can see over in the Where Am I thread. Which reminds me not to tell you what else she's been doing. biggrin.gif
Grits
ghastley, that Lost Knife landing would be an exciting place to bring the wagon now that we know it doesn’t float. ohmy.gif I like the heels on the various Witcher outfit boots. They have a nice, chunky heel that make them look like riding boots rather than bedroom accessories. Vampi looks great! I admire her new outfit and proportions.

Here’s a small assortment:

These guys must know Jerric’s tailor.

Pretty pretty Paarthurnax (from Julia’s game).

Dar-Ma picks up her new wagon. (The wainwright's house has since been restored. smile.gif)
SubRosa
You had me chuckling at Jerric's tailor!

The moonlight dragon is great!
Acadian
"Ah, come share a bottle of Honningbrew mead with me." - The siren's song for Jerric I should imagine! biggrin.gif

Parthy does indeed look very cool under the two dragon moons!

That wagon mod suits Dar-Ma so well!

Your graphics look great in all your shots. goodjob.gif
Renee
That Paarthurnax pic is pretty. Wow, a wagon. What mod adds that? I found a wagon mod awhile back, but it moved way too fast and crashed my game like 20 seconds outside of Whiterun.

Isaac the White arrives in Whiterun looking good, but nearly goldless. But then, an idea. When a man is desperate, he goes for desperate measures.

I am not too proud to beg, my darling. Watch me. I am good.

Take pity pretty lady, can you spare a few Septims?

I aint askin' for much.

Sure, mock the out-of-town beggar, like everyone else. You may mock, but I made my share today.

santaclaus.gif

The dialog option in the second-to-last shot was achieved with the excellent "Be a Beggar" mod. My former beggar / wizard-in-training couldn't help but return to his former life, just for a day.
Acadian
Renee, I think these are the first close ups I've seen of Isaac - you did a fabulous job with his face/beard/hair! And the goldless wizard falls back on his former occupation to turn a few septims. biggrin.gif
SubRosa
Isaac always makes me think of Isaac Bonewits.

If he is anything like some of the other beggars, Isaac might be rich. Some of my characters gave thousands of septims to the beggar in Windhelm who teaches sneak!
Winter Wolf
Awesome pics Renee! I can always hear the 'spare a coin for the infirmed' running in my head at moments like this. laugh.gif

And that last pic. Wow! Chills down the spine. Such a contrast and a great angle of shot.
Lopov
As Acadian said, you did a great job on Isaac's looks, he looks like a beggar and a wizard at once.

Love how he puts on that ragged outfit and goes begging. laugh.gif Now he can buy himself a pair of shoes. wink.gif
Grits
Renee, that wagon is from ghastley’s awesome Khajiit Hearthfires mod which is on the Nexus. It’s lots of fun. Here's the Chorrol thread about it: link.

I love these pics of the White Wizard in his beggar mode! You did a great job with his face. He has interesting looks.

They may call it Saturalia in High Rock, but in Windhelm it’s a White Christmas. ohmy.gif
