Can I use a picture of a real person as my charcter?

If I say something to an NPC does someone say what they say or do I decide if it goes with their personality what they say?

Hi ImpSnob. Welcome! The first page of this thread contains the necessary info. This is a social RP that stays open (in other words we don’t reset every week or so), so use your judgment with the NPCs. Sometimes I can jump in with a NPC response, but sometimes I’m just busy. Use whatever format you like for your character info. I’d say definitely use links for your pictures if you want to use non-TES images.

This is a great place to ask more specific questions, if any come up. Enjoy!

Hey Imp, if you play Oblivion on the PC there is a (free) mod you can download to play your character at the Wobbly Goblet Inn (in-game).

If you don't have the PC game you can still go look at the screenshots and get an idea what the inn looks like.

The server was down when I tried it just now, (happens a bit with Nexus) - if it doesn't open to the mod right away, try again in an hour and the server should be working.
