Hey, everyone planning on joining The Great Hunt That Shall Live In The Hearts Of Men, Mer, And Beast For Many Eras To Come (copyright Khan), are you guys OK with running into a battle, ambush, or general spot of bother? Just so I don't take up people's time they'd rather spend at the festival.

Nope. An ambush by bandits or marauders would be great. I hope you don't mind the idea that might Lycus take the survivors who ambushed him, Khan and any other hunter prisoner and setting them to be prey on a manhunt with nothing but a few rusty weapons to defend themselves.

Yes, Abiene didn't pay attention when she was moving around healing her. (She was supposed to stay behind her, but she's still not so good at following directions.) It's not at her throat or anything since Maxical can still see her life sign, just closer than Maxical would consider safe.

@ DE - the Poison thread is almost over; as soon as the assassin spills her guts both figuratively and then literally after Seth gets through with her - we're out of it, if I'm not mistaken.

@ Blackie - I don't know, Eyja asked Abiene and she didn't know. My characters have had no chance to find out, you can make one up if you want unless Grits has something planned for it.

Agree with Liz on this one. Free time is something a lot of us on here don't have very much of, so a post can hang pending till the person can get back on. Over on the poison thread there have been 24 hour gaps in posts - just depends on how busy the other person is.

Black Hand: No one knows her name. Whatever you say will stick! She doesn’t have to provide full disclosure either, I’m OK with Abiene not getting the whole story. Abiene just had the spot she wanted, but I don’t have other stuff that needs to come out of her mouth. From my end it’s more about Abiene dealing with darkness than getting the facts. So in other words go wherever inspiration takes you.


Lol, must be a vampire thing. Abiene will be staying at the inn through the festival back in one of the regular guest rooms on the second floor. Also she'll show up in the tavern once she gets her teeth unblackened.

The Thalmor remind me of a certain political party in Germany in WW2. The Indiana Jones movies were based on actual research that the political party did into the Occult. Mostly to confirm their own 'superiority'. So I did draw my inspiration from that.
