The other ones act like they would punch out anyone they saw eating chocolate because it would show weakness.

I am not into that kind of tough women, all scowly and with a strident voice. I mean, sure it is cold in Skyrim, and you have to fight wild beasts - but you have to go home sometime and act like a girl.

And time for another extract from the diary of Terenna Calmenin.

Dear Diary

I was helpful today! Erandur said he needed somebody with my set of talents to help him solve the problem everyone in Dawnstar is supposed to be having with bad dreams; I wasn't getting any bad dreams myself, just my usual visions of fire and bloodshed that I see when I sleep, but apparently everyone else was and it gave them trouble sleeping, so they wanted it stopped. I don't blame them, and I usually get grumpy when I don't get much sleep either.

So we went to an old building called Nightcaller Temple. People there were sleeping, and when we woke them up they weren't nice so we had to make them sleep again. Some of them were mages like me and they all cast lightning spells at me, which hurt and made me sad, but then I sent fire back at them and it was alright because fire makes bad people go away. [Mustard's note: I hate lightning spells so damn much!]

Erandur wanted to destroy a staff in the temple, which had supposedly gave everyone in Dawnstar bad dreams, so we went down through the temple to destroy it. At one point I had to drink a potion that put me in a dream, and I saw some of Erandur's old friends during it, and I walked to the other side of a magical barrier and opened it from the inside. When we went down some more, and wemet Erandur's friends, only they didn't want to be friends any more so they started fighting. Boys can be so silly sometimes! All they should really do is pretend to be friends but then talk about them behind their back, as that way nobody gets directly killed as instead you drive them to suicide or an eating disorder!

Anyway, they were hard to kill and didn't want to die [Mustard's note: seriously, that fight was absolutely impossible; I'd already lost count of the amount of times Terenna had died at that point, and the only way I actually managed to complete it was to open the control console and switch God Mode] but they died soon, and then Erandur said itw as time to destroy the staff. He was about to, but then I heard a voice in my head telling me to kill him because he'd use the staff to kill me, so I did. You should always trust the voices you hear in your head. They only say good things and if you don't do what they say then they get angry and that's bad.

So now I have a shiny new staff that eats dreams and makes bad people go away. Forever. And it is good.

You hate getting hit by them or using them?

I gotta say that quest in Nightcaller is without a doubt one of the trippiest videogame experiences ever. wacko.gif I used to think Mario and Luigi eating mushrooms all the time was pretty trippy. Bethesda actually puts us in the midst of the trip itself, though.

Being hit by them; it drains Terenna's health and her magicka and as she's got the Apprentice Stone it can kill her really, really, stupidly quickly, whilst she can do next to nothing about it. So bloody annoying...

And yeah, that quest was weird at points.

But did you scowl while you yelled? ROFL !! I know you didn't, your face is in a perpetual smile!

Thank you so much for these tips! I have wanted to try a human character just to test out the different face mods for females. After seeing how pretty Jensa looks, I may send them anonymously to King Coin for his human girl character. She has a frightening face, scares me just looking at the screenshots, lol.

That's because on my phone, I can't see who wrote what clearly, and when I got on the computer, I didn't bother to check my work when I responded saying mALX was mean. I was really confused on why you were like "What? She's not mean!" and I'm thinking "But Lydia! Dragon shouts!! Pack mule!!"

For clarification, mALX is the one suggesting giving Lydia a Creme Egg, and I (Colonel Mustard) am cataloging the numerous ways in which I abuse Lydia. Draw your conclusions as to who of us two is being nice from that.

Yeah, I know that now.

Sorry, mALX! You're not mean!!! Mustard is!!!! XD
mALX
Just to clarify, I wanted to give her the Cadbury egg because I thought she was PMS'ing by her "personality" and hoped the chocolate would...help her mood. (before I "shouted" her off a cliff like Mustard did).

In Oblivion I found at least 100 ways to kill the Adoring Fan. In Fallout 3 I found at least 300 ways to kill Moira (especially effective viewing through VATS). in Skyrim (thanks to the shouts) there are unlimeted ways to kill Lydia.
