Everything but the water sounds good to me; but seeing as it is following your Hot Wings on Monday Night = sounds more like penance, lol.
I make a very unhealthy dip from on package Philadelphia brand Cream cheese and one medium jar of Marshmallow Fluff whipped together. Once it is made you slice up apples to dip in it; and it is hugely addictive to eat. Expect to love every bite of the pound you gain from that "Healthy" apple treat, lol. My children beg for it every year for a snack while waiting for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners to hit the table, and usually clean it out before the meal is served;

Ate today's Xmas Day lunch with my brother at one of two local Oriental all-you-can eat buffets (which also features some non Oriental entrees). Same eatery we ate our Xmas day meal at last year. Boy was it good! Boy did I overeat!!!!!!
First up, a pretty large salad plate. Mostly same ingredients used in my own supper salads. Except this restaurant salad tasted scrumptious, rather than mediocre to crappy as my homemade salads tend to be.
Second, an overfull plate of various Oriental entrees over a bed of white race. Egg Noodle Soup and a roll. Eaten with chopsticks.
Third: Ham, fried potatoes and lima beans. I hit bottom partway through this course but manfully stuck it out to the not-at-all bitter end. Yummy.
No dessert of any sort, as is my practice. (They have an excellent dessert bar, as my brother can attest.)
Water to drink as always (except at breakfast, when I drink milk).
My one complaint is the same I voiced last year. Whatever oil(s} (???) the restaurant cooks its Oriental entrees in is overly sweet and bland for my taste. Our other Oriental all-you-can-eat eatery is appreciably better in this regard, though the quality of its food does not equal where we ate today.
The food so overwhelmed me that I napped from shortly after returning home (1300) until circa 1740!
Tonight's supper consisted of a toasted whole-grain bread slide with butter substitute. I'd have done without altogether except that my migraine preventative doses require food and/or milk. As I've only enough milk for tomorrow's breakfast, bread was the logical choice for accompanying my medicine.

Your Christmas traditional (Chinese Restaurant with your Brother) dinner sounds wonderful; and it is so good to hear you really enjoying your meal so much! Really sorry about you having to suffer the migraine afterward though.
** That migraine actually could be caused by eating at the Chinese restaurant; because they are known to load their food heavily with MSG flavor enhancer. (MSG is well known to cause migraines).

Hmmm...I think you misinterpret something. Or I said it wrong, which is just as likely. I suffered no migraine from my Xmas Day lunch. The preventative mentioned is the same I take twice daily (morning with breakfast, evening with supper) every day of my life to help prevent attacks, or at least reduce their frequency. What happened after the meal is that it so overwhelmed me I napped the afternoon away, then after my minuscule "supper" for medicinal purposes and a little web usage (including posting my previous update here) ended up napping much of the evening too, and still got a decent if short of ideal amount of overnight sleep. (It wouldn't have been enough had I not napped so much during the day.)
UPDATE of sorts: Alas, Walmart was out of eggs during my Monday grocery run. The section they are housed in was empty!!!!! No eggs for poor decrepit me this week.

I jumped back up in the past couple days, much to my chagrin. Since I have been back home for Winter Break, I haven't been able to work out like I want to (although the impending end of the semester cut into work out time then as well). The past couple months or so has seen more dessert consumed than I should have been having. Luckily it hasn't been detrimental like it would have been in the past, but it is still a bit frustrating. So I have stagnated on losing the last 5-10 pounds that I want to get rid of for months. It finally caught up with me a bit, so I am going to cut back again.
I went to the juice bar near my house for both lunch and dinner, which I go to regularly when I am back home. Had a Strawberry Chicken wrap for lunch, which had several different veggies and feta cheese in a garlic wrap. I hadn't ordered that in quite a while, so I figured it would be a good time. For dinner, I had my favorite item from the juice bar, a smoothie with banana, honey, non-fat frozen yogurt, and soy milk. Both were quite yummy. I am considering doing it again tomorrow.

Not too bad with the cream and sugar and from sprinkling a little cinnamon in the brewing basket on top of the coffee. Cinnamon helps mask any unpleasant taste.

Tell me about it! Weighed myself just prior to today's shower. I'm 4-5 pounds heavier than I was last weigh-in, which occurred last Monday, several hours prior to my big Xmas Day lunch. As I've done no splurging since that lunch, most if not all my gain surely came from there. It doesn't help that I can no longer get in daily walks due to too cold weather.
As for my "normal" daily diet, it remains pretty much the same as always. Oatmeal with banana, cinnamon and sweetener along with a grass of skim milk for breakfast. Soup or occasionally a Wowbutter sammich for lunch, with half a Fuji apple for dessert. Salads for supper with a hard boiled egg on the side for supper, with the rest of my Fuji for dessert. No sweets (candy, ice-cream, cake, etc.). No junk foods (chips and so on). Nothing to drink that isn't skimmed milk or water. No between meal snacking. Boring yes. But once I sufficiently winged myself off most unhealthy foods and drinks I find I have no cravings for them whatsoever. That said, there are certain foods I don't dare take a bite of for fear of becoming immediately addicted again. And of course foods I allow myself during occasional restaurant "splurge" meals but won't allow in my house.
