Anyhow, hello to all. For a very long time I have simply lurked here and enjoyed the wonderful stories so many people have freely shared.

As I imagine happens with many, I go through phases with the games I play and the fan fiction I read. Currently I'm back on a Morrowind kick after burning out on Skyrim.. In a mood to do some reading I came back here and immediately found that I was continually greeted by error messages when attempting to access Fan Forge. In particular.. I'd love to be able to read The story of Treydog chapters 1-8 since I gather this is where they are located...
No matter the browser I use, though, (I even tried IE since I have no plugins on there that could possible cause issues).. still no dice.

Did something happen to Fan Forge, or is it simply something at my end? My apologies if this has been asked before, I looked around and also tried to use Search, but the system won't let me...

not psychic, it is your profile name that I took as a clue. Darkness Eternal and I have discussed the book "Immortal Blood" at length; it is my favorite in game book and if I am not mistaken it is his too.

Darkness Eternal's characters are so complex, and he writes them so well that they are impossible to forget; you feel as if each one is someone you once knew. He wrote a prologue for his Raven & Draken characters that gave me chills and made me want to cry at the same time - He is an amazing writer!.

Yes, yes, it was Raven in particular that caught my interest. As good and bad as it may sound, she reminds me of myself!

Refugee from and still contributing member of the official forums. Long time Elder Scrolls fanboy, having played all five main titles on PC, the first three at release, Oblivion beginning in 2009 and Skyrim in 2012. Ongoing 2K+ hour modded Oblivion play-through, currently inactive due to prolonged illness. (I'm much better now thanks.) Likewise I have an ongoing but inactive Daggerfall play-through. Bought PC Elder Scrolls Anthology last year and hope to start modded Morrowind and Skyrim play-throughs down the road. The only non ES game I own and attempt to play with any regularity is Minecraft.

Non gaming interests include reading, mostly history and fantasy, and listening to classical music, though my hearing is so shot that has become a less viable option.

I'm likely one of the forum's oldest member and certainly amongst the most decrepit. Spent 22 years in the military, then worked retail sales until I applied for early Social Security late last year.

I've had the TES Anthology edition a couple of years but other than installing and a quick couple of hours play it had sat neglected.

I started playing Oblivion 2 or 3 weeks ago and loving it. Pretty much just off exploring, taking in the sights and collecting ingredients for my potions.

I've been enjoying the oblivion forums over at Bethsoft, but with changes afoot over there i was pointed here as well

Yeah! We have a new resident Khajiit! Under "My Controls" in the upper right of your page, there should be a place that says "Add new Avatar" (or some similar wording). It is easiest to have the image you want on your computer's photo gallery, and just browse your computer to add it.

The image you use can't be any larger than 90 X 90.
