Don't know if I posted in this or not but I will anyway.

Most of you probably don't know or remember me, but it's been nearly a year and a half since I last posted on the forum. I was writing a fanfic called Skor's Revenge, but a family member of mine passed away and I had to deal with that so I stopped writing and posting on the forum altogether. I just wanted to say that now I've come back and I plan on writing again. But I won't be continuing Skor's Revenge. I know some of you liked that story but I've completely lost interest in, don't worry though, I have another story and character that I'm working on and will probably post it in a couple weeks. So see ya around the fanfic section if you happen to go there from time to time.

Hi I'm Syradd I got introduced to this site by a friend on here as I've gotten into the Elder Scroll series and I couldn't find anywhere positive to talk about the game and my character. I couldn't really get into the bethsoft forums haha.

My character in Oblivion is called Evalin, and she is a scholar with the mages guild who's mission in life is to uncover the secrets of nirn. She was inspired by a character from my favourite movie, but she is also very different. I'm thinking about writing a fanfic/diary for her, but i'm not sure as i'm not very confident with my writing skills at the moment haha.

Yeah im pretty big on sports, mainly football (or soccer lol I'm english haha). I do laot of swimming, to; but that's pretty much it. I'm really into adventure games, like Uncharted and Tomb Raider, although I've only played the newest one. I'm not huge with RPG's but i find the elder scrolls kind of mix my favorite genre with the RPG, which I love.

As to writing, there are a number of folks who will be glad to help out. Check the Writing Process thread as well as some of the stories already posted if you are looking for general guidance. Other than that, PM a writer whose work you like and ask if they would mind looking over your words.

Thank you for the advice! I will definitley take it into consideration I think with me I'm very much a 'practice makes perfect' kinda guy. I think a diary style fic will suit me first as it feels more personal and less like a literary master piece haha

Hello folks. I'm Luna1945 or just plain Luna. Just a bit to introduce myself. I'm an older than dirt Mom, Grandma and wife. I love rpg's and I always play single player games. Some of my favorite games are TES Oblivion and Skyrim. I haven't played any of the others. I love the Assasins Creed series and the Thief series, which I hear has a new Thief coming out next year.
I play on the xbox so any mods are out for me. This is probably a good thing because my pc would probably explode if I even attempted a mod. Not very pc savvy.

I started reading the female archer stories because that is always my character. So much talent I found. Now I just go on and on lapping up all the wonderful characters and stories. I feel like I know so many of you without saying a word. Sort of shy here.

Well I suppose I'd better introduce myself for everyone not over at Bethsoft.

The name's Callidus, I'm a huge fan of Oblivion, a big fan of Fallout 3, and utterly despise the games that followed the two of them, for various reasons. Decided to join up here because this place been mentioned more than a few times, and I used to read Acadian's posts about his character, that and half the faces from the Oblivion section at Bethsoft are already here, so it's almost like a change in scenery Over at Bethsoft I write far too many stories about a neverending string of characters, all of whom are shortlived because I only play Dead is Dead, so no doubt I'll end up doing the same in the Oblivion area here.

Also play a bunch of other games, between my 360, 3DS and my really-not-meant-for-gaming laptop.
