The marsh looks lovely. Though of course I am imagining all the mosquitoes. That would be a good place to use the setrace command and turn into an Argonian...

Hey, I know for a fact you're going to enjoy the time off by retreating a bit and enjoying nature's beauty. We all have that need to just get away sometimes, you know. A cottage is the perfect place.
Yep. Ever seen Daniel Zedda
self portraits? I was always interested in artistic photo taking instead of the average bathroom(shudders) selfies people take. I just need some good quality camera work and some knowledge in photo taking skills and I'm set.

Jun 27 2014, 09:42 PM
We’re feeding him all of the moles, voles, and chipmunks he can catch.

I did catch Mr. Grits and The Girl feeding high fiber bread to the deer, which is not at all good for them. We had a discussion about people food and wild animals and I also mentioned that the damned deer have eaten just about every plant I’ve tried to grow over the years while fastidiously avoiding the weeds and so I was not going to buy bread for them. Then I pointed out that the only thing worse than piles of deer poop in the grass was puddles of deer poop. So the fox caught in a digestive event in the middle of the lawn was quickly blamed on the high fiber bread!
You’re right, ghastley, even the barred owl could not take this guy. We need eagles!

In a LotR movie they would grab the fox and walk away with it instead of using the eagles..

I have a new bed! I went out shopping yesterday, and after looking all over, I went back to the very first one I saw. It is an Amish built queen-size made from cherrywood. I am looking forward to the extra space, especially for my toes. My feet always wound up sticking off the side of my old Full size bed. I went all in, and bought a new mattress as well, and even new 1,000 thread count sheets, and a new uber pillow.
Here it is with the matching night stand, without anything on itAnd with everything on itIt sits up really high. I am glad I got the bunkie board instead of box springs for it. Otherwise I would need a ladder to get into it!

That's a nice choice, Sage Rose! I almost brought one like it ten years ago when I went on a similar bed hunt, but found another one that I liked better.
Yay for Queen-sized beds! Much better than the full, especially when you have cat(s) that insist on hogging the entire mattress. And yet, they don't take up as much space as a King, which is especially valuable when you rent. Most rentals have such small bedrooms! I'm so spoiled with my own bedroom in our townhouse - it is actually two smaller bedrooms combined into one and called the "second master bedroom" - it spans the full width of the house and is actually larger than my mom's "Master Suite" bedroom!
But my Queen bed looks just as at home in this bedroom as it did in the 11x11 foot bedroom I had at the time I purchased it.
I did notice the cat bed tucked into the new nightstand! I bet Freya and Spots approve!
