, but if we want to make it completely right (as how we say it), it'd be "Želim ti vse najboljše za rojstni dan" or just "Vse najboljše za tvoj rojstni dan", the first sentence means "I wish you all the best for your birthday", while the second omits the "I wish you" part which we often omit not just in this case but in conversations in general.
