E3 2005 Coverage

Bethesda Softworks officially presented a first demo of Elder Scrolls: Oblivion on this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) which took place in Los Angeles from May 18th to 20th. The good guys of Bethesda Softworks have prepared a 25 minutes demo of the game which was shown in a special meeting room that only people with appointments could get in.

Stargelman and Alexander had the extraordinarily good fortune of being invited, and thus to see the demo in action! We also met some of the developers and got a few interviews that we present to you on this page and the Morrowind Summit!

GameStar April 2005 Issue Coverage

In late February 2005, the German gaming magazine GameStar featured a long article on Elder Scrolls: Oblivion with many new facts and news about the game. Even though the article itself was very impressive, there was something even more impressive in the mag: a DVD containing interviews with some of the game's developers and producers, as well as first looks at the new Construction Set and some shots of what parts of the game will look like: parts of the Imperial Capital, a dungeon, some outside shots.

For legal reasons, we cannot offer this video for download, nor can we offer any still frame shots from it. What we can do - and are doing - is to offer you a detailed (and I mean detailed) description of all there is to see, as well as hand-crafted images reflecting some of the things to be seen in the video.
