Note from Stargelman: This is a follow-up on this earlier feature. Many thanks to MorganTheFay for her incredible work -- she's like a bloodhound, sinking her teeth into every detail and taking it apart bit by bit!

As a sequel to my full, detailed description of the video (the only one to date that has hit the streets!), I have decided to actually give you the shots that are key within it!

Disclaimer/Swear on any Denomination Holy Book Declaration!
I have added this disclaimer for the simple reason I want no mistake as to the legality of them. Artistic renditions are not scans, or screenshots. I had several people who previewed these images, before hosting here, voicing doubts I had done these in the old fashioned way which (although flattering), I realised I might have done too good a job! So without further ado....

These images ARE NOT SCREENSHOTS!!! At no point have I taken a digital picture, and enhanced it in any shape or form! I have taken the painstaking route of pausing the video, and getting pencil to paper, and DRAWING the City, and Imperial Map images. The only spot of scanning was used to put them from paper form onto my PC... which I think you will allow, as I am not going to photocopy it and send everyone a copy!:/)

The three CS images are also in no shape of form taken by any trickery. The way I created these, was simply pause the video on my PC, and then spend about 1 week DRAWING them in PAINT!! That's right... I have not taken any photos etc of the video, just good old, hand/ eye co-ordination with the colour box and toolbox!

I have endeavoured to draw exactly what I see. The layout of the different window boxes have been carefully replicated, to show any words as they are shown on the video (that includes ones that are chopped off as the camera was not straight onto them.) I have also made it visually accurate by making the tabs/boxes/buttons look like Windows made ones too.

I, Morganthefay, Do swear that the above statement is the whole truth, and nothing but, or may Pete smite me from on High!

Ok.. Now that is out of the way... to business!

Note: Internet Explorer 6 may not display pictures full size which may affect text readability. Just use the image toolbar to switch display to fullscreen.

Imperial Map
Imperial map
This drawing of the map in the video is showing the overall layout of the main City in Cyrodil. Note the wheel shape to the layout of the central city, with spokes coming off to smaller satellite towns on neighbouring islands. The city is orderly, and works in different districts, separated by high walls. I would say the centre is the main part of the city. A palace/keep, or such like.
City District, 3D View
City District, 3D View
This was basically a still shot I drew from the video to show one 3D shot of one of the city districts. In the Video, it was demonstrated that this was the lower segment from the main map. The video moves around this area in full 3D, to show the streets, and buildings, and the central monument. This is basically a round pillared construction, reminiscent of Stonehenge in its prime. The buildings are multi-storey, with tiled roofs, and 4 domes around the central plaza. The roads appear to be cobbled, and there is a raised footpath around the buildings. Note those high, castleated walls, with towers on them, dividing up the areas. This is ONE well defensible city!

Things of note here is the actual render window. In it we have a Cell picture map of the area, which Noah talks us through, in regard to creating the land. We can set the land generator to generate the land to certain specifications (not really shown well here, as there was a smaller, harder to see CS screen, which I could not draw :() Note the multiple colours used to show the different cell types, thus giving us a finer difference between the different cells than PAINT REGION in the MWD CS. There are also black outlines on the map, which indicates either a change in land height, or type. (Not sure, as this was not explained in the video). We also have a variety of different tabs on the top. Note the Grass, sound and weather one!

Again, I have endeavoured to give you a detailed rendition of EXACTLY what I can see on the video. This goes down to the parts of letters on the left making up the words! One point I would like to say, is that in the blank white window, there is an image of a male face (bald), which Christiene Meister then promptly manipulates, LIVE with the cursor! It was a sight to behold! I have not drawn it in, as it does not explain anything we do not already see, quality- wise from the screenshots on the Bethseda homepage. As I pointed out in my other write up of this screen, there is the entry of "Demora derek" in red in 2 places. You can now see the EXACT location and context of these entries, without any doubt!

You can see the layout clearly of the different elements connected to creating a character. Note the AGE/COMPLEXION/ HAIR LENGTH slide bars. We are told in the video, we can change the skin colour, and age of the character (although the hair length part was not demonstrated!:() again there was a face in the render window, but I have omitted it. This face was of a white female, with medium length hair. Very similar to the male blacksmith shot... but female. It also looks like EYES can be given particular attention. I have a off-vertical line down the left-hand side, cutting off some of the words on purpose. In the video, it appears the PC screen was tilted back a bit, and the camera was not on the screen in full frontal.
