I am currently working on a plug-in for a Training Dummy because I did not find one that I liked out there. I am using a creature as the training dummy with a script i wrote that is working perfectly keeping me out of combat and allowing me to stop practicing and quickly repair my bows damage then go back to archery practice To work around the arrow issues where you cannot retrieve the arrows back. I have written a few more scripts to go with The Training Dummy mod.

Nevertheless, take in mind this mod is still a BETA

Tweaked the scripts for the arrows fixing a bug with the arrows, where when you got down to 1 arrow you had to keep going into the inventory to reequip the arrows when they are added back to your inventory. When adding the arrows back to your inventory they are automatically equipped.

Added a script to the bow where when you equip the bow it added 1 training arrow to your inventory and automatically equips it. All arrows removed from your inventory when the bow is unequipped

Fixed knocked back issue with training dummy from critical hits by removing the weight from the arrows, removing all spell affects, and tweaking the speed of the arrows.

The Training dummy for now is a Goblin that I written a script for to keep it out of combat mode and to just site there and take a beating without losing health.

*Note I can’t seem to kept the Training dummy from being knocked back when a critical hit with a arrow is done

The training arrows does 0 damage to any target you hit with them as well as replaces itself by adding a new training arrow to your inventory when it strikes a liven target.

**note if you miss and hit a none liven object the arrows are gone forever ( I cant figure out how to get the arrows to stay in the world after you launch them.

Instead of doing damage the Training bow restores 5 health points to the target.

***note Even though the bow heals damage instead of doing damage it is still considered a hostile attack

I am looking for new NIF files for a skeleton for the training dummy as well as textures for it .

I need a chain doll version a spell practice version and the two target versions

That way once the I have it set up the way I want I will replace all the said objects in the game with my training dummy versions
