Sel jumped out from behind the rock after hearing the commotion.

Damn, you Anthanes. Sel thought.

He was about to join in, but Anthanes had it under control, so he grabbed his levitating shoes and began walking. Maybe he would find someone else to kill.

York saw what the mage had done, he could either be hit by the sword or the spell. Unsure of what the spell would do he chose to let the sword fall upon his armor.

He realised the glow of the blade, it was either enchanted with paralyzation or poison, he couldn't afford to let it penetrate though.

York moved away from the spell and into the edge of the blade, allowing it to hit him, he moved with the blade so it wouldn't penetrate but it threw him off balance, landing him exactly where he'd wanted to, next to his shield and helmet.

He slid his arm into the shield's straps and rushed put the helmet on. York stood with more courage now that his head was protected and now he could block with his shield.

"You would be useless without your pitiful spells coward." York said to the mage with a wink, daring him to strike again

Play it defensive York...wait for him to tire, he can't cast spells forever...

Anthanes grunted. There is always the large area radius fireball... He grinned wickedly as he began chanting again, causing a gigantic ball of fire to shoot from his hands towards York.

"Dodge THIS, fool!"

York ran towards the mage, jumping at him tackling him to the ground and pulling his blade. If he wasn't willing to fight fair with his blade then he would force him to.

"Stupid mage..." York said as he tried to hold him down

"Battlemage." , Anthanes said coldly as he moved his armor-clad knee into York's groin, at the same time slapping him in the face with a gauntleted hand.
