Otik raised an eye to athanes, "I say she's not a spy becasue, Like I told jace who is out side somewere, Megil is somehow related to the Sylphs becuse this one is his half-sister.

"Who knows MEGIL is still on our side? He's mad..."

Otik rolled his eyes and pulled out his bow, "Okay how 'bout you sit down and let the lady talk or else I send an arrow through your cranium? YOU were the one killing ashlanders and attacking tons of people before you "lost" your memories and "changed" sides. mMgil only killed one person and that was on accident for all that I know. At least mad is always evil."

"Damnit, I'm growing impatient. York, I'm taking my army to the front gates. I want you to have a closer look at the weakpoint in there wall, but don't let them see you. Report back to me when you are finished." Osano said. He took his army out from the coverage of the hillside and made them completely visible from the gates of Ald'Ruhn. They were, however, just out of spellshot and arrows would fall weak at that range.

Osna stood in front of the army and looked at the town. You will fall soon.

Anthanes sighed. "Do I have to explain this yet again? Or is it just a tradition of "Ooh, he's more intelligent than we are, let's kill him" practiced amongst nonbattlemages?"

"do you want it to turn into 'He's more powerful then us lets kill him'? Well at the moment it's not, at the moment it is one of those 'He's an annoying battlemage who won't shut-up'! Besides I already told her the bases of our defence and the rough sizes of both armies, I just brought her here so we could smooth out the wrinkles! She could go back to Megil and tell him "they are doomed because they bicker and wont work together." Otik was panting impatient

Shakur Got tired of waiting around in the bar, and after walking out of the bar, he felt a great presence. The bells of the front gate rang, and soldiers gathered near the gate. Shakur walked to the gate, and spoke to some superior officers. "I am-" Shakur was inturrupted by the large orc, who said "your fame has beaten you, sir Ir Shin. Ehat exactly do you want?". Shakur was flattered by the Orc, though war isn't about who can make their soldiers flattered. "I want permission to speak to their general, for we deserve speach in this war. I will not need assistence or this gate opened, and I will go alone" after Shakur said, the Orc repying quickly with "I see, well, go over and do your buisness. After all, I'm not the wise and strong Ansei.". Shakur used his ring and levitated over the wall. He floated to the ground and then started walking towards the army. Only intelligence served him now.

Sel noticed Shakur leaving, so he grabbed Shakur's god-given item, dropped his pack and ran after him.

He saw Shakur levitate over the gate. Why was he doing that? It didn't matter because if he was going into enemy territory, he would need his item even more.

He climbed to the top of the wall and jumped down on the other side.

"Shakur!" Sel shouted, running after the ansei. "Wait up!"

"Sounds like the time has come," V'anul said, breaking off and heading downstairs, he roused the Armigers, before him, and they, disapearred in a flash of light. Fenris headed outside, undaunted by the disapearance of the Armigers. It was nearly Night once again, and the sky was dark with clouds. Ominous signs. Tidings of the battle to come no doubt. "To arms!" The Nord shouted. "PREPARE FOR BATTLE!" he added in a tone that shook the walls ever so slightly. Enough to scatter dust from them.

The Tongue frowned and headed to the the Gate, and waited. Anara meanwhile, made her way downstairs, her body aching. The first sign of the coming of the night and the change. She striped the armor off her form, and waited. Her breathing grew heavy in anticipation.

Outside, Soldiers quickly moved into position. Most with the discipline and order of the Redoran forces and the Imperial Legion. The less militant fighters, those from the Mages, and Fighters Guilds, the local Morag Tong chapter, and the priests of the temple were less impressive in getting into posistion.



One of the Mages cast a levitation spell on Sel, causing the Dunmer to leave contact with the ground. Just in time, too. If the spell hadn't been cast Sel would have fallen into the spiked trench hidden under the ash around Ald'Ruhn.

When Serene heard the loud call from Fenris she turned to Jonacin saying:
"Ok I might as well try to help the mages and commoners to garther toghether, they have a right to defend their homes and families. Maybe I can lead them...."

She turned to the others:

"Anyone care to help out? Celia? Anyone?"

Konrad had stepped into the bar just in time to hear Serene.

"I'll have a go." he said, stepping towards her. "After all, my mini army helped round up all the people in cyrodil." he told her with a grin.

Konrad!! Serene smiled. very good, let´s go out and scan the situation outside, I imagine the people already have begun to prepare ......I´m sure Jonacin would send out others to help later on.

She went outside and heard Konrad follow.

As she hjad imagined there were rather a lot of people outside, the well trained army of Fenris´were easy to spot whilst the commoners of Ald´ruhn were merely scattered around the big open place outside Skar. The temple-priests stood in a group looking rather calm ..the mages were not so calm they were running back and forth twisting their hands not knowing what to do...

There was a lot of work ahead for Serene and Konrad.....

Anthanes ran out of the tavern, drawing Fearstruck. He followed after Fenris, taking up a position next to him.

"Let them come..."

Jonacin stood when he heard Fenris' shout. He drew the Blade of Eternal Ice and ran to the wall, standing on the battlements above what he deemed the weakest part of the wall.

OOC: Kiln, if you wanna come through the weak part of the wall, you have to come through Jonacin

Konrad looked around him after following Serene out. A young Dunmer passed him with a small doll in her hand and ran off somewhere.

"Hmmm, this is a big job. I'm gonna hel pfor a bit then as soon as possible hel pkeep that gate closed." he resolved, ushering a woman to where the girl had just gone.

Serene went to the mages urging them to help gathering the women and children together, then she activated her shoes and levitated over the town to see if someone was crouching somewhere just oit of fear, what she did not wish was that panic would spread through the population..it would be devastating.

She was not sure where the women and children would be safest...better ask Jonacin she thought.

Seeing with pleasure that Konrad really did a good job trying to get the frightened folks together and also trying to calm them down, she wondered why he offered to help her...as far as she knew he did not like her..but nevermind he did a good job and that was it

She went over to Jonacin asking him where to put the women and children....

Konrad rounded up a group of lpaying children and sent them to Under Skar. He had sent them to 'some house place begining with R?' as he was new to Morrowind.

He walked around and sent a few more children in, then drew his blade and put the item by it, making it sharper than anything he had ever seen.

He sheathed it again and stuck his head into the inn, calling for last orders and getting to Under Skar.

"Hrm... I'm going to have a look. V'laash, acreus, mothanah!"

The battlemage chanted and there was a loud "SHKREE" as a cliffracer soared down, landing in front of the Half-Dunmer and looking down with it's head as though bowing. Anthanes put a series of grenades on his belt, slung his bow over his back, and had Fearstruck in it's sheath as he lept onto the back of the cliffracer and flew away over the walls, overseeing the enemy army.

OOC: I thought we already had all teh non-combatants safely barricaded inside the Redoran Council Hall........

IC: Jonacin took his eyes off the enemy army and turned to Serene. "Get any non-combatants that are still out here into the Redoran Council Hall"

Konrad fiished his duty, and headed back to find Serene.

"Well, I've got most f them safe in that R place. There was only a few stragglers."

OOC: Wolfie! you know women and children! Always too curious to stay put, besides there were youngsters at the mage guild and in the temple who now came oozing out on the styreets

Serene nodded...."Yes Sir !" she said to Jonacin with a smile, then added:

"You take good care of yourself my darling.....please!"

Then she continued shoving pepolr out of the streets and away to Redoran Council Hall.

At the Hall Satyana, the daughter of Sejo Athyn Sarethi, together with her friend Nadina Venim,were of great help, they organised food and drink to the commoners, also calmed them down....

Serene was very glad the two young women were there! She knew the from before and oddly enough the two of them were friends despite the former feud between their fathers..

Hrm...There's a lot of constructs out there. Let's make a change to that.

Anthanes grinned as he took out his grenades, throwing them down left and right. This was followed by explosions hearable all over Ald'ruhn. As the smoke subsided, several constructs were destroyed.

"Death from above, semisentient animate tin-cans!"

OOC: Bob, Shakur is going out to Osano to try diplomacy, quit screwing stuff up

OOC: Anthanes must be blind if he can't se him walking out alone towards the army then

[ooc: For all he knows he might as well be going to his suicide by exposing himself to them. Now stop criticizing whatever I do.]

Night fell, in its entirey, and the Redoran guards asigned to guarding the Skarr had rounded up the last of the commoners and gotten them locked safely in the Skarr. Among them Miner Arobar, one of the Redoran council men. Fenris supervised this, before heading back to the front-lines.

The other Redoran leaders were out in the city. Armored, armed and ready. Acting as captains of sorts for the battle. They knew the horrors of battle. Thats why Fenris trusted them, while in Balmora he had taken full command. Hlaalu were not warriors.

Anara headed out into the streets, in her Werewolf form and armed with her spear.

As Anthanes, having exhausted his grenade supply, returned to town, he spotted Shakur walking to the armies. What in the void is he doing...? Hrm, wait... Maybe he's trying to negotiate... Crap.

Anthanes grinned sheepishly and decided that it might be best for his health to stay in the air for a little longer.

After making sure all was under control Under Skar. oh and thank all deities that Miner Arobar also was there! Serene decided to take part in the battle, most actively. She went over to Fenris as he being the ultimate leader ans asked him for an assignment. she knew Jonacin would approve of this and besides she wante d to fight by his side..IF something terrible would happen...then they should both be part of it..somehow how stupid it may sound..she wanted to be with Jonacin all the way to the bitter end.

Konrad leapt down from the wall then sat down, leaning on the gate. When the time came, he would help with some others keep the gate closed.

Fenris glanced at Serene with a slight smile. "Do the job of a healer, heal," he said simply. "Though, i know fortification spells fall under the school of Restoration, so a few fortifications to soldiers strength and such would likely be appreciated."

Shakur turned around as Sel and watched as he caught up to him. "Sel, I know you have items that will help, but no sword sharpening or cunning wit will help me. Only pure intelligence will, so give me that later" Shakur felt bad about turning Sel down for now, but he was sure Sel would understand. Shakur smiled and turned, walking toward the enemy. He shouted "My enemy is my brother on the fields of war. We of Ald'Ruhn want to end this as peacefully as possible, and though we know little of you, we would like to understand more of this fight". May Leki let this enemy be intelligent.

"Whatever." Sel said, walking over the traps with the levitation spell that was unexpectedly cast on him.

Sel looked around, trying to find a place to fit in without having to take orders - he didn't find one, so he pulled out the shoes that Serene gave him and levitated over the wall.

(As Drizzt would say lol) Sel was going to "hunt the head" At least one of those generals would fall today.

OOC:Sorry guys I just got back late tuesday night and didn't feel like posting yesterday...

York assembled his army just out of range of archers, he didn't know about the mages though. He was after one man during the final battle, not victory. When the battle started he would search for Selenil while he commanded his troops to break down the weak point in the walls.

Osano was already in position, he was too impatient. If only two batallions attacked this city they would surely fall, even with the number advantage the humans were more intelligent and able to strategise for themselves during combat.

York stepped away from his troops and sat down to have a bite to eat, he took only two constructs with him, surely none would dare attack him outside the fence...

Anthanes smirked seeing York seperated from the main force from his vantage point on cliffracer-back. Anthanes muttered a spell to turn himself invisible and the cliffracer flew around in the air above York, much like any racer would.

Sel stood high in the air, looking down. He couldn't tell who it was, but someone had split away from the group. He landed a short ways away and switched out his levitating shoes with the more favored boots.

He Looked out from behind a rock. Was that York?

That is York! My luck must be getting better...

He sat behind the rock where York couldn't see him and sat, waiting for an opportune time.

The cliffracer circled over York. Anthanes grinned as he spotted Sel and gave him an invisible wink.

York sat there, eating and waiting for the moment when he and Osano would attack. He hoped Osano would wait for Arcyakt and Alton but if he attacked early, York would help.

He lifted a piece of bread into his mouth and drank from a bottle of mazte. It was a good enough meal, even if it had to be his last. As he sat there he felt a strange presense...like he was being watched.

After a few moments he stood glancing around looking for a hiding spy,

"Come out and face me coward!" York yelled loudly

Anthanes smirked. Activating his reflecting ring, and softly casting a Slowfall spell, he jumped off the cliffracer, landing softly and without a sound on the ground just behind York. The cliffracer continued circling.

Shakur became impatient and repeated himself as he got closer to the enemy general, Osano. "My enemy is my brother on the fields of war. We of Ald'Ruhn want to end this as peacefully as possible, and though we know little of you, we would like to understand more of this fight" he once again yelled, hoping he was not walking into a trap.

York waited for someone to attack, his armor was full this time, the steel armor covered his body including a helmet and his prized shield.

Anyone attacking him would do but mostly he hoped to see Selenil again, he was still unsure of if he'd escaped Sadrith Mora alive. He decided it was nothing so he turned back around to eat.

OOC:Is your guy invisible Bob or should I see him?

[ooc: Invis. Also, assuming he takes off his helm to eat?]

OOC: He eats through his helmet, for he has the power of osmousous.

[OOC: Sweet Samurai Jesus! Run for your lives!]

OOC:Just assume he put it on when he stood but took it and his shield off when he sat down Bob. Mainly because I wasn't thinking about it...my pain meds suck.

Anthanes smirked as he took a position behind York. He unsheathed Fearstruck and stabbed York in the neck, negating his invisibility.

The blade ran past his neck it barely scratched him, he shuffled to his feet and spun around.
Blood ran down his armor as his shield and helmet lied on the ground.

"A brave foe to strike a man from behind." York said glaring at him

He pulled his blade and readied himself to fight.

Hrm... The paralyzation enchantment didn't work... Arcyaktan protection?

The battlemage smirked. "Head-on, from behind, they all look the same once I reduce them to ash with mage-fire! V'laash heghum sharmatzkam!"

A large burst of fire shot from the battlemage's finger to York.

The fire came extremely close to York, nearly hitting him as he rolled. He hadn't realised he was fighting a mage, he had taken him for a swordfighter.

ARCYAKT! Help!

"Oh a coward and a mage..." York laughed at him hiding his fear

In all reality he hoped Arcyakt would arrive and help him fight off the mage, he could do sword fights but not anything to do with magic. York circled around his opponent, stalling until he could think of something better to do.

"V'laash rathoya fondigumah!" , Anthanes chanted, pointing his finger at York's left arm while he slashed at the right arm with Fearstruck. No way he'll be able to dodge both... Oh, the joys of paralyzation magic.
