Niran picked up his sword and sheathed it, turning around he followed a tunnel back to the entrance of the cave.

He had been thinking as he walked . . .

Niran had not returned from getting his sword, and a long while had passed.

OOC: megil, I knew that but my character didn't know if a town was around.

Sel almost told Otik that they were on an island....

"Nah." he said to himself. "He'll figure it out soon enough."

Sel had a strange fascination with the sword...he would need to test it out before destroying it.

Getting it from Jonacin would be the hard part...

a boat arived to the island. with the boat; 10 orc soldiers,5 Guards of the duke and in the center of the unit, Sasal Bearing His Black ordinator armor with a writ in hand. thus beconing sel to turn him self over to the empire

"Yes, you would like that, wouldn't you?" Sel spat at the guards. "Your empire is manipulated by anyone with enough money." he said, putting his hand on his sword hilt. "Like the Cammona Tong." he said accusingly.

He berated himself for not doing anything about his suspicions of Sasal. He looked around to see the stunned expressions on his companioins' faces.

"Don't help me." he said to them, not wanting any of them hurt on his behalf.

He waited for the guards to make the next move.

Sasal gave an order to the orcs in an orcish tongue, and every orc summoned a dremora lord and they all drew their dardric dai katanas and commanded the dremora lords then the dremora lords summoned more dremoras acompanied with a lizard like creature that has not been seen in these parts in a while, a dragon. soon the dremora mounted the dragons from oblivion and were all in a attack formation awaiting Sasal's orders. as the summoning was complete, the dukes guards that came to escort sasal from a camp at a daedric shine, they were discusted by the daedra summonings

"What is this..?" Arneth questioned as he saw several guards appearing summoning Dremora, his expression was very supprised and confused. He stood up and faced the leader, in the Ordinator armor...

"What's your business here?" Arneth said, quite taunting really...

Jonacin stood when he saw the summoning advancing on them. His Shehai flashed into his hand. "Looks like we have a nice little skirmish on our hands here people" he said, lossening his shoulders with practice slashes of his sword.

"Indeed we do," Megil said standing up and jumping backwards onto a rock, drawing his bow and knocking an arrow into it.

"I have been wondering where that man went. he vanished when we left the camp."

Suddenly a blade was at Megil's neck, it was an ebony one. Easily recognizable as Niran's.

"Now Megil, lower your bow."

(OOC: He's gone evil! )

"what the f***, can't you see we have enough problems as it is without your stupid antics. put your blade down Niran," he said slowly lowering his bow.

Jonacin heard Niran speaking behind him. He glanced back over his shoulder and saw Niran with his blade against Megil's neck. Suddenly he spun and slashed downwards with his Shehai. When it hit Niran's ebony blade, it sheared strauight through it. The blade of the sword fell away, and Niran was left holding a hilt. Jonacin placed the tip of his sword against Niran's throat. "Now Niran, you are going to explain what the hell you are doing"

"Thanks Jonacin," Megil replied as he hopped down from the rock. He then turned to look at niran, curious as to what he was doing.

Sel shook his head at them. There was a dragon sitting right in front of them, and nobody seemed to care. Niran had drawn his sword on Megil - the first stupid move - and Jonacin had now left Niran defenseless.

"In case you haven't noticed," Sel began. "There is a dragon and an army of dremoras in front of us."

Honestly tough, Sel was glad that they were fighting amongst themselves and not for him.

OOC: I....I was...about to...post in the word games...*sniff* and...they aren't....ALOWED!!! WAAAH!!!!

Niran didn't respond, instead he just stared in surprise at Jonacin and Megil. His eyes darted from his broken sword to them, and back.

"Good job Jonacin, Sel told you not to fight for him. Now, if we have to fight I don't have a sword. I was merely stalling your involvement in the fight, and I will continue to think of ways to stall it even if you have broken my sword."

(OOC: Hehe . .edited, I don't want him to be evil at the moment.)

IC Otik wandered around the island looking at the sea and desided to return to camp.

"yes i see that, looks like they have it planned that you not escape this time Sel. whatever they are after you for. But perhaps they will help balance out the sides," he pointed to the three creatures that now emerged from the water and landed on the boat.

They were sylphs, only in the sunlight they were almost like pale glittering saphires as the sunlight passed through them.

Further down the beach one of the sylphs was rnning up to Otik,

"Oh you must hurry," she said holding on to his arm, "the others are in trouble." she began to pull on him as she began to run in the dirction of the camp.

Sel looked over at Megil. "Did you not hear a word I said? I said not to fight for me." He sighed. It didn't matter, either way, he would be taken into custody and found guilty. Unless...

"I enact my right to a trial by combat." Sel shouted at Sasal, who was walking away.

Trial by combat was a duel to the death between the defendant's champion, and the prosecution's champion. The winner won the trial, for it was said that the gods gave the defendant strength if he was innocent and death if he was guilty.

"I will be my own champion." he declared, hoping that the opposing side wouldn't name the dragon...

Celia's eyes widened in shock when she saw Sasal accompanied by armed men. "Whatever is the meaning of this?" she muttered to herself, and gasped as a dragon seemed to appear of out of nowhere.

However, she became distracted by Sel's declaration. Combat? Trial? What is going on? She still did not understand the situation. She ran to Sel's side, crying out, "What are you doing? Why do these men want you?"

Sel knew he would eventually have to tell Celia, he just hoped it would be in the far future.

"I..." Sel began, trying to think of the words. "I killed the man who killed my sister." he finished, hoping she wouldn't think less of him.

Celia raised an eyebrow. "Well, that makes sense. If the man killed your sister, than he deserves to be punished! No sense in feeling guilty about that, silly Dunmer..." She tilted her head and gestured towards Sasal. "But, what does that event have to do with these men?"

and after

ARG i ahte it when i do that >.<. second time sigh. *slaps himself*

"As you wish Sel," he nodded his head and the sylphs glided silently back into the water.

"they will remain, just incase things go wrong." he then stepped back and let the duel go on.

"The man I killed was Cammona Tong." Sel replied in answer to Celia. "Apparently they have enough of a foothold in the empire to avange their dead."

He noddded to Megil in appreciatiion.

"Cammona Tong? Oh! I remember hearing about those terrible people... At least, that is what my parents have always taught me..." She patted Sel's shoulder. "Well, I assume this is personal, so I do not mind if you fight."

Suddenly, she tweaked his ears rougly, her face stern. "As long as you do not die on me, m'kay!"

"These people come up here with a army to take down one man that killed a member of the Cammona Tong..?" Arneth admitted, he had ecountered those before in his early times in Vvardenfell..

Sel rubbed his ears. "That hurt." he protested. "And I don't think that dying is an option." he said as he stood, awaiting Sasal's answer - apparently, he was the rankiing oficer.

"Boy, you're plain nuts," Fenris muttered. "I could easily have wrecked up those summoned dragons for you. Wings are a umbrella seller when fighting one who can command the winds with a shout," Fenris said with a grin. "But if you insist on getting your ashen boat handed to you, go ahead."

He couldn't help but laugh at Fenris' rambling, but soon went serious.

"Then they would just come again. This way, it's settled, one way or the other."

Otik got to the rest of the group but hadn't seen the dragons yet "I go off for one minute and then the next thing I know I get tugged to the group. Now whats the big idea?" soemone in the group pointed and Otik turned to see everything "sheet What happened and who'd you all piss off!?!"

Niran had managed to move away from Jonacin, and he walked over to the group of guards, and jumped at them. Holding his dagger in hand.

"Ah glad she found you, Well i sent for you in case we needed help, but since they are here for Sel and he has declared trial by combat, it is now a duel and we are not to interfere."

He told Otik,

"But by the looks of it, we don't need to worry at all and we can just sit back, as Niran is going to bring them all down with that butter knife of his," Megil remarked as Niran launched himself into the group.

Falx made his way to the room, not bothering to return the cliche'd stares that everyone gives you at a inn.

After making himself comfortable he waited for his, "company"...

Konrad laughed at Niran, eyebrow raised.

Arcyakt finished resurrecting the last of the constructs. After teleporting them all to his castle, he went there himself, taking Osano as well.

He looked in the mirrors for the first time in a long time - Falx's mirror no longer showed that of a grave.

Everyone else's showed some sort of stand-off. Arcyakt shrugged. They could get out of it. Instead, he looked into Falx's mirror for a long period of time, studying the knight.

Arcyakt laughed after a long period of time. "He doesn't know who he is!" he declared to nobody in particular.

Smiling, he walked through the mirror, appearing outside of Falx's door.

He thought for a second, and walked through.

"Alton!" he exclaimed, thinking to give him an identity, and make the knight think that he was a friend. "You have to help!"

Sel

"Niran must love me more than he admits, to fight for me like that." Sel remarked dryly. "Could we get some paralyzatin before he kills himself?"

(OOC: Don't even try it . . I mean you can. However, at the moment Stendarr is possessing Niran, and using him to spare Sel's life. )

"Alton!?" Falx questioned, "Who in Stendarr's name are you!? After Falx mentioned the word Stendarr his mind opened up several doors, "Stendarr?.. God of mercy... Legions... Damn, none of this makes sense!"

"Good sir! I do think that you might have me mistaken with another.. individual. But alas, if someone is in the need of help, I am here" Falx tried to make himself sound stronger then he appeared, after all he was in... well he still hadn't a clue.

"Are you okay" Falx scanned the man, "What would be the problem, you seem uninjured"

"ahh I see but who are they? dremora lords with dragons!? I thought that all of them were extinct!"

" I don't know who they are, from the Empire I presume. As to the dremore and dragon, As summoned being I don't think they are considered living, and are probably weaker than the originals. As to being extinct I have no idea of it, I'm sure they lurk in the shadows of this world still."

"ahhh So we get to sit back and watch the show?"

"Well i wouldn't sit back, i'd be prepared for anything that may happen after the trial by combat. Such things have rules you know, Not evena god can intefere with the trial. But after it's over all chaos may break through"

"What ever you people are fighting thats threatens whole Tamriel as you say, then I'll have me by your side" Arneth said, looking at Megil as he cleaned his sword and stepped up by his side...

"Niran, putting a blad to someone's neck will always be taken as a hostile action. Especially when it's your blade against the neck of a person you openly hate"

Osano watched through the mirror that Arcyakt had stepped through curiously; ready to step in if needed.

Sel watched as the dremoras held Niran still, keeping him from another outburst.

He also saw one of the Duke's guards approach him.

"I will be my emperor's champion." he said, drawing his claymore.

"Fine." Sel replied, ready to get it over with.

Sel stood there, watching as the dremoras formed a circle around him and the guard. The young dunmer wiped the hair from his eyes and drew his sword, waiting for the guard to make the first move.

Megil climbed atop some rocks to see over the dremora and watched the duel from above.

Niran couldn't tear himself from the grip of the dremora.

"Hey, bastarde!" He spat at the duke's guard "Ever heard of me, you know. Killed a few guards, Niran's my name. If anybody's wanted for murder, it'd be me." He once again tried to break the dremora's grip, but failed.

Finally, some of the dremora left him and circled around Sel. Niran used as much might as he could muster, and pushed the rest off.

Jumping backwards he made a swipe with his dagger at Sasal.

with a sadisic look, a cut across his cheek and a few yelled to the guard in combat

"hold your ground soldier! hold out till sel cooperates. Untill then, they will not leave this island alive untill sel leaves to the imperial city with my army!"
sasal soon had the island surounded with orcish battlemages,dremoras, and dragons.

Sasal soon borded the boat the island on a impirial boat with the guards, leaving the young guard scared, yet determined to stand his ground....

The young man ordered the orcs in their tongue to patrol the intire island with keeping an eye on the group

soon a camp was set up for the orcs and Dukes guard station just out side of the range of the camp. "and dont even think about teleporting out of the island, these orcs are casting spells covering the island! the spells are similar to the force that keeps you from levitating out of mournhold, but you cant teleport out, and if my orcs catch you casting spells of any kind, hehe, you'd better hope the dremora catch you before the orcs do........." and with out another word the orcs were swarming the island

Guys he thought, stretching the tendrils of magic to the others. I may have to flood this island. If it does, hold your breath and don't fight the sylphs.

Megil turned to Sasal.

"We will not be taken captive, you here me. I hope your orcs are wish to die, becuase you chose the wrong group to mess with." He turned to the tides, and began yelling.

"EXCITATE VOS E SOMNO, LIBERI FATALI SOMNUS NON EAT. EXCITATE VOS E SOMNO, LIBERI FATALI SOMNUS NON EAT."

Immediatly the sea seemed alive, as sylphs emerged from the sea all around the islands. they ran ashore ,they transparent bodies glittering in the sun and began to cast offensive spells against the orcs and dremora. some turned to their giant and impermeable serpentine forms and began to attack the dragons.
