Probably seeing the crazy wizard fall from the sky for the first time - I go to explore the area around Seyda Neen for the first time, and someone falls from the sky screaming. Priceless.
1. Finding out the levitate 100 points amulate wasn't constant effect.
2. Mishearing a guard. (I thought he said screw you outlander).

I've done that with the Vivec guards. I thought they were saying, "Viva el Vivec!" or "Viva la Vivec" or "Viva Vivec" when I first visited there...
The funniest moments are when you overhear conversations of the NPCs. They say some really weird/cute/random stuff when you're not too close to them, especially the humans and some Khajiit.
Oh, that one time in Ebonheart, the guard was like, "What do you think of Ebonheart?" or something like that, and I fell through the stone dock into the water as soon as he said it.

Agh!!! He said the password to my trapdoor I put there....sorry.
The time i decided to use the console to copy myself as a Werewolf.
I ended up with another Werewolf, standing straight up, swinging my sword at me and yelling Altmer insults (My WW was a Altmer).
Hilarious bug.
Oh, and there was that time i set my jump to obscene levels, indoors, and jumped, ripping out of the cell and into Blackness.
Then things got WEIRD. My character began to slowly fall apart. And compress. Heh. Woops. Wich i still had the screenies.
Some other stuff i can't rember. too.

Even as a super-powered character, I still jump at ancestral ghosts...
I was working my way through a tomb north of Molag Mar one day, when I turned around and saw a ghost right up in my face... I lay with the sound off and radio on, and it scared the bejeebers out of me lol.

Me too! Then again,
anything in a game can scare me, depending on whether they catch me by surprise or on the music and sounds are turned on. Ooh, the ghost in the Gateway Inn in Sadrith Mora scared me so much that I stayed away from Sadrith Mora for several game days. Not to mention that Corpus thing that Telvanni lady wanted me to kill! Ugh!
One thing's for sure: I'm never helping anyone who wants me to fight against Corpus-whatever-zombie-things ever again!
The Manor FULL of corpus Beasts you had to clean out in that one Redoran Quest scared the hell out of me even as a Khajiit (and thusly, using the night-eye ability of the Khajiit).
Brought back memories of resident evil....well kinda.
No zombie dogs.

That happened to me too! What cave? I was at the one where you kill Dagoth Gares.
Other ones that happened to me:
Killing Vivic in five attack without takeing any damage.
Getting stuck in Ghostgate(As in the actual wall.) No comment...
Getting stuck inside a wall in the Factor estate....(Seeing any patterns?)
Falling though the same section of ground in the ashlands, near the Quarra clan, over and over and over again. Anyone what to know what it looks like down there?
Finding out that Keening kills you... :paperbag:
Utterly destroying Almalexia and vivic with my Lvl 49 Vampire.
Making not once but twice(!) the same weapon with "Cast when used" instead of "Cast when stricks"
Getting freaked out when playing my Lvl 49 Vampire (Again) by some random guy who came up behind me...
I cant really think of anymore right now.

Another one that happened to me.
After I beat Tribunal one of the High Ordinaters tryed to kill me because I was wearing a set of their armor when talking to one, as Azura talked to me. :< So I could not do anything as he whouped on me for 30 seconds. Luckly I did not die.

1) My first time playing, I deside to walk to Balmora. My sis convises me to take a swim while I'm fallowing the caost. All of a sudden I'm atached by two sluater fish, I try to get away and more show up. I can't get to sore, I barely manage to crawl up on this rock, and all I can do is sit there and cry because I a- only have a dagger I can't use very wel, b- have no potions and am almost dead, c- they wont leave so I can't sleep, d- forgot to save. I've hated slauterfish ever sense.
2) My first enconter with a Dark Brotherhood assasin. I had just made a new character and was like lvl 3 when I took a nap near Seyda Neen. Unbenounced to me the dangers of having resently instaled Tribunal. I awake to a stange noise and am confrunted by this guy in black calling me a thecher (sp?) like it was his woods or something, he then trows a dart at me which takes out half my health so natualy I run into town screaming like a little girl. As the chase continues he, not I, kill a villager, yet I get the bounty! So now I have a assasin and three gaurds chasing me needles to say my death was swift and bloody.

With my first character Gerrit (a wood elf thief) I had stolen Fargoth's ring from the stump for that one Nord guy in Arrile's. As I walked past Fargoth he exclaimed "I THINK YOU'RE A THIEF-" I nearly jumped out of my skin and ran from whatever guards I thought might be after me at the moment when I looked at the bottom of the screen (bad hearing, I keep the captions on) and read "-because you've stolen my heart". To this day I still flinch when I hear that from any Bosmer NPC.

Do only male Wood-Elves say that to other male Bosmer? Because I've played a female Bosmer and I never heard that phrase from any male Bosmer, even if they had a high disposition.

Wow, I guess this is why many people seem to hate Bosmer, especially the males.

The funniest thing I saw was when I started finding guards floating everywhere in the river through Balmora. When your game gets somewhere around five hundred and fifty days old people start to wander into places they aren't meant to be and die. In some towns the silt strider guys have fallen off their docks and died, same with boatmen...hilarious but at the same time so sad.(Maybe I'm just weird to find this funny but its funny to watch people kill themselves by accident in Morrowind.)

The funniest moment of mine has to be when the playing the mod "Black Mill". I had this poor guy called "timpy" following me, and he was a corprus stalker. Anyhow, He was um..a little faster than normal corprus stalkers. Well, for that matter, he was REALLY fast. But poor timpy also had a limp........now ya'll should try to imagine a corprus stalker travelling really fast, and I can tell you it is the most hilarious thing you will ever see! Poor Timpy...
Another funny moment has to be at the entrance to Galom Deus. That stupid Vampire Woman who turned around, saw me, and walked straight into that pit of lava......all I could hear was her screams.......heheheheheheheheheheheh!

Hahaha, I had a citizen from Balmora follow me all the out near the lava pits while being constantly under dominate, I was trying to relocate him to a Daedric Ruin where I was building a population of "kidnapped" Balmora citizens (getting back at House Hlaalu for kicking me out for sleeping in a bed) And I jumped across a lava stream and forgot my low hp companion couldn't do the same. Needless to say he burned to death.

I had a imperial orc and I was in a bunker in some imp town (The one with Darius in it) and some imperial soldier blocked my way and kept on saying...
"Why are you away from your post?"
I couldn't move at all and he...wouldn't...shut up and If I attacked him I would be pwned instantly due to all of the guards in the room. I had to reload...
Also, I find it kind of odd that everyone attempts to kill you if you pick up a fork in a tavern.

I declared war on the Empire. Yep, I recruited me an army too. They were all very obedient till the Domination spell wore off. Still I did eventually eliminate every guard (though I don't recall If they respawned I never revisited cities after I devistated them) and every person I decided was a member of the Imperial goverment, had a grand battle with the Duke of Morrowind, and killed anybody who decided to attack me (which wasn't very many, I went about bribing the Dunmer t high disp. so they wouldn't fight me when I killed). Eventually I got bored and attacked the Empire friendly house Hlaalu and eliminated everyone in the Hlaalu canton and everyone in the guild house in Balmora. I went on killing every non-elf citizen then started on the Bosmer and finished with the Altmer. Needless to say I freed Vvardenfell from the Imperials on a 2 day (real time) conquest.
But that just wasn't enough. I went to Mournhold (I used the console commands to instantly transport myself there) and put on a "disguise". I destroyed the Dark Brotherhood who were trying to rub me out on behalf of the King no doubt by behest of the Emperor himself (that's how it was in the char's mind anyways). Realising Helseth to not be the man I thought he was I started a secret campaign to eliminate him. I acted as a follower doing a few simple killings and quests then the right moment came and he revealed himself. I slew him and his host of guards and named myself King. I continued the temple quests I hard started earlier continuing off from meeting Almalexia. I did her dirty work and was betrayed. I defeated her and came to a conclusion. The Tribunal were traitors, uncaring about the people of Morrowind (the Dunmer I mean). I went off and killed the inhabitants of the of the Mournhold temple (after meeting Azura) and then killed the Archanon and any Ordinator I came across as well as everyone in the High Fane. I killed Vivec and named myself a god. Realising I had compition I went off and performed the back-door way of beating Morrowind and met Yagrum Bagarn. He helped me and I killed him then I killed everyone I came across in Tel Uvirith including Uvirith himself, his daughters, and the door guard. I went off and got keaning and sunder. I killed Dagoth Ur and everyone in his fortress and wiped out the competition. I continued a compaign agaisnt all Sixth House members and after a few weeks I had rid myself of every one. I killed all of house Redoran for revering the temple then I killed everyone near the temples in house Telvaani.
After that being the Undisputed ruler of Morrowind I turned my attention the killing every last bandit, and that took quite a while. I killed off a few dunmer who I considered loyal to the destroyed temple by talking to them and hearing their temple supporting dialogue.
Tel Morain will later go to Cyrodiil in the upcoming Oblivion game and conquer the Imperials and anyone nearby.
I thought that was all pretty funny
