In this contest my non existent wager is placed on the red cloaked combatant. All else being equal, he looks to be houses more solidly in plate, whereas the near warrior's kit includes a number of comparatively lightly armored areas. If I see it correctly, there's an unarmored gap between helm and shoulders exposing a portion of neck. These differences in protection should mean that, in a RL fight, Red Cloak will not need to rely as heavily on half-swording and/or pommeling as his adversary. Considering they both sport shields, those techniques might be difficult to pull off. Then again, the near fellow has, for whatever reason, elected to not utilize his near-elbow shield strap, rendering it far less affective (I should think). But what do I know of such matters? Next to nothing, truth be told.
