"So much unnecessary fighting." he said, sheathing his sword. Fenris had it under control even without Niran's assistance. Sel sat where Niran was sitting at the fire and helped himself to a piece of nix-hound meat.

"what!?! an attack from behind?" Sasal ponderd on what would his brother do in a situation like this.........

Shadow had sat quietly in darkness a few feet away from the campfire and observed the band arrive. He thought throroughly of what to do next. With serious lack of information and, as Shadow suspected, of power, they would not be able to find and defeat Arcyakt. The fact that Guild resources couldn't help him on this greatly worried him. There were few things that the Guild didn't know about, and if Arcyakt was one of these things, that was saying a lot.
He exited the shadows and went to the campfire.
"Hello," he said to the others. "I'm glad to see that the little band is back together."
He turned to the drunkard with the scimitar and sighed. "Why can't you let these travellers rest? They have gone through the wastes and survived an ash storm. They need the rest. Why don't you just lower your weapon and go get some good sleep? Besides, numbers are against you."

(OOC: Going to sleep now, goodnight.)

hearing someone talk to him broke his concentration with the battle
Sasal staired at the man an said "what? an ash storm?" stared at the man talking to him, as sasal stoped dead in his tracks to speak.........

"What a character." Sel muttered to Celia. "Maybe he'll be smarter when he's not so drunk."

"Yes. That's right. And a rather nasty one by the looks of it. Their clothes are filled with red ash and sand. You must see it. Be a nice chap and give them a rest, will you?"
Shadow glanced back at Niran and Fenris, wondering if they would stop fighting as well if the stranger decided to back off.

Sasal looked at his sword said "rest!?! with those filthy ashlanders!?! you must me insane!" and soon after he passed out off all the flin , still clutching his sword in sleep....

"Well, that's nice," said Shadow with a smirk. "If he disliked these Ashlanders so much, why would he come here in the first place? Oh well, we better give him some sleep."
He turned to the others.
"I hope you fared better than me. I tried to get some information my own way, but unfortunately I could find out almost nothing. The only clue my contacts had was that Arcyakt might be connected to the Ashlands. Not much of a catch I'd say. So what do you have? I'm all ears."
He sat down near the fire and began warming his hands.

Sasal mumbled through his helmet saying" damn ashlanders..grrr.. ill tear them.. to flin..."

"Megil is captured by him, I was as well. He's in a dwemer ruin, though I'm not sure which one." he replied to Shadow. "Have some nix-hound." he said, holding out a plate.

OOC: good night.

"Arcyakt, pah! sounds like....... the village..... than me.... and my.... brother used to.. make.....fun.....of.."and sasal went back to sleep

"Thank you," said Shadow, accepting the meat and biting into it with great appetite. "I hope it wasn't blighted," he added rather cheerfully after downing the first bite.

"Nutbag of a mer," Fenris muttered, looking with annoyance at Sasal.

*hiccup* Sasal got up and said "sorry about the attack earlier...i was drunk as soon as i got off the ship from mournhold, due to my bro... never mind, im sorry"

"so, what brings you all to this part of the ash desert? looking for some one? or perhaps a item?" Said Sasal as he took off his armor and helmet...

"That was the fastest sleep after a rough night I've ever seen," laughed Shadow. "You must be used to this kind of life." Then he continued with a more serious tone. "But if you think you can just waltz in here and hear all there is to know about us, then you are more naive than I thought. We don't go about telling strangers our stories."
How do I know he's not a spy of Arcyakt? There's something suspicious about him... he thought while helping himself to some more of that Nix Hound.

"im just a wanderer no need to be so tense and uptight about it your travels" said sasal as he downed another bottle of flin; he mumbled to himself "this stuff is gonna kill me some day"
