"I have no idea - Jonacin and Serene have been gone for a day now, and who knows where Niran went." Sel answered.

"And quite honestly, we have no idea of where to go from here."

Arco didn't use much time to reach his destination, he was fast on foot and neared Balmora already just passed Ghost Gate and Caldera. He didn't know really how his friends would look at this, they would be suspicous. He was even unsure if he should get all caught up with his friends already. He neared town and started slowing down, he covered his scimitars with his dark red cloak before walking into Balmora. He looked up in his sack hanging by his left shoulder, it was only the little foods he had left including waterskin and his daedric short bow...

It was late afternoon, he went for Eight Plates where he already had a old friend that might could get him a room. He entered slowly sitting down on a table not to far away from the counter, before he called the owner over...

"I see." Anthanes nodded. "In my experience, if you're looking for someone powerful, they'll find you."

Sel heard Arco's voice and ignored Anthanes.

"Arco!?" he asked getting up and getting closer to the dunmer.

Anthanes raised a brow. The fellow who's supposed to be dead? Interesting. Very interesting.

He watched Sel and Arco from a distance.

Megil came out of his room, feeling much better since he had his rest. he went downstairs and set down by anthanes. He ran his hands through his hair and looked around trying to get bearing on how long he ahd slept for.

"What time is it?" he asked

Anthanes shrugged and continued to observe Arco and Sel.

Arco looked down on the table, well it wasn't easy to get Sel off his back if he denied to be Arco. He looked up at Sel and gave off a little smile...

"Glad to see your still in shape... and alive my friend" Arco said smiling...

"Welcome back to...erm...life." he answered. "You look different."

Sel still wasn't sure that this was Arco...

Megil turned to see what anthanes was looking at and saw Sel talking to a man in a cloak,

"who's that?"

"Well... I'm just going to live with that" Arco replied "The little time I have left" he added, speaking to himself quite low..

"The man who is supposed to be dead, it seems. I don't know much beyond that."

Fenris raised both eyebrows at Arco. "How the hell are ya alive lad?" he asked. "Last i saw ye, ye were deader than a doornail."

Arco suddenlty noticed Fenris, as well as a Dunmer. And another weird looking Dunmer a little in the background. But he focused onto Fenris...
"I'll have to leave that question up to Azura.." he replied to Fenris, he didn't really have much answers that they already knew. Azura had already spoken through Serene about their destiny to banish Arcyakt down to Oblivion where he came from, looks like they couldn't achive that without me, Arco thought to himself...

"But... Are these Dunmer's with you now, replacements?" raising a eyebrow as he looked over to Megil and Anthanes...

Megil raised an eyebrow at the mention of Azura and turned to Arco.

"re..replacements us? no sir, we're jsut tagging along. Well anthanes is tagging along and Azura sent me to join the group. so no sir we aren't replacements just .... reinforcements !?!"

He was rather shocked at being brought into the conersation this early, and stuttered since he didn't really know how to answer.

"Hehe, dont call me sir... No need for that, and you are?" he replied to Megil..

"Sorry uh... sir, but I'm afraid i didn't catch your name," Megil reponded, scratching the back of his head.

Arco smiled at Megil, he seemed like a nice guy. What they could need in the group, was quite unique around here in his opinion for a Dunmer...

"Ah.. The name is Arezt Colerion, but just call me Arco..." Arco replied to Megil... "You know what you have throwen yourself into right? This wont be any simple task, oh.. Guess they already have told you about Arcyakt before you joined the party?" Arco added..

Anthanes nodded. "That they did...I am Anthanes, battlemage and Evoker of the Mages' Guild. In case you were wondering about why I look a bit different, I am only half-dunmer. My...father was an Imperial."

Niran had been sitting against a wall of a small building when he saw Arco pass him.

Niran just stared wide eyed as Arco walked on.

"Yeah." Sel replied. "Jonacin and Serene went to Ald'ruhn, but we never saw them, Celia is upstairs, and Shakur went home - he's a werewolf now."

"I'm curious about one thing though." Sel continued. "you said Azura spoke to you, correct? did she tell you anything that you had to do besides find us? I mean, we have no idea where to go from here..."

Anthanes smirked as he overheared the conversation.

It seems this group is being manipulated by Azura. How typical of her to guide some unsuspecting people into slaying her foes, deeming them 'evil' for opposing her will. I know someone who would be quite interested...

(OOC: Niran's response to Shadow's Question)

"Shadow, if I'm correct," Niran said shaking his hand "I'm out here to think, I can't possibly do so in there."

Shadow smiled. "You're Niran, right? If I might be curious, have you by any chance been an assassin or thief in your past?" asked Shadow. "Pure curiosity. Nothing more," he added, just in case his question might be misinterpreted.

"Not an assasin, no. Hate them. As for thief, not as a career but I have stolen a few items here and there."

"I could tell," said Shadow with a grin. "There's something thievish in your eyes." He looked around. "Well, I'm going inside to see what's going on there. Good luck with thinking."

"I'm not proud of the thievery I have commited you know." Niran said.


"Hold on a minute, what exactly is your profession?" Niran asked turning around and following him.

Konrad looked up from his 'homework, stuffing it into his sack.

"Arco? How intresting..." he whispered to himself, standing up. He walked over to the table where Arco was sitting and sat down also.

"Hullo! This is quite a surprise." He looked round at all the Mers. "So, what is our next plan of attack? I ay we try and find Jonacin and bring the group back together!"

"Jonacin AND serene you mean. what about Shakur? will he be coming too"

"Do you even know what they look like? Stop acting like you know the group incredibly and are the leader all of a sudden!" Konrad exclaimed, standing up from his seat again.

"We would have to wait until morning for Shakur to come." Sel said. "werewolf."

"And Konrad, he was merely saying that you forgot Serene. Don't get angry."

Knrad shook his head. "How do you know Serene isn't Sel's pet sheep? That's ll the information you've had so far."

Niran who had followed Shadow into the tavern came to Konrad's side

"How the hell would he know anything, he hasn't been here long at all." he said to Sel.

"Konrad, he knows that Serene isn't my pet sheep because you told him that she was a mage."

"Did your father never teach you any manners at your little sword school?"

Anthanes just watched and chuckled.

"How do you know sheeps can't be mage's, elf?" He spat next to Sel's foot.

"Konrad, I can't defend you if you go that far," Niran rolled his eyes at Konrad's sheep statement.

"Well, lad, it's because sheep are generally unable to make the arcane gestures and incantations required to cast a spell." Anthanes smiled at Konrad.

OOC: Off for a little due to the consumption of dinner.

Konrad looked back at Niran. "I never asked for you to defend me!"

Niran laughed

"Okay, I'll sit back and watch you. Have fun, man this debate is sure getting interesting. Magic sheep and all."

Sel ignored the spit. "I'm not going to fight a child." Sel said. "Though you could use a beating or two."

Megil shook his head and ran his hand through his hair, he couldn't help but laugh a little at Konrad's sheep comments.

"Sheep or Not Serene is still not here. It was your idea that we get the party together. And since Jonacin and Serene are together and apparently in love i would expect them to be of an intelligent race. But you are right they could both very well be sheep. So Let's go looking for Jonacin, your pet sheep and Serene Sel's pet sheep."
