Niamh in Skyrim looks more terryfing, she looks more mature, at least in my opinion. Great shots, especially the first one, I really like her 'blind' eye and a war-paint! I imagined waking up in the middle of a night and that face staring at me...

BTW does she wear clothes when entering cities?
Heh, yeah I get what you mean completely. She's kind of Mr Hyde to Oblivion Niamh's Dr Jekyll, if that makes sense, although the distinction is perhaps more blurred in some ways.
She is certainly a much more random and unpredictable proposition, and her looks betray that for sure. You would definitely want to handle with extreme caution, if at all.
She is fundamentally the same age but her life and lifestyle are far more harsh and additionally the body she is in is an outward sign of her much more fey inner nature, this I think makes her look more worn and beaten about.
That and the fact she's got even less interest in personal hygiene than her Oblivion incarnation.
Though they are the same person, they represent different aspects, this Niamh is basically all the really nasty bits, but in Cyrodiil those are balanced by a more reasonable, if troubled and rather depressive, outlook. There is a kind of feedback loop between the two aspects however which means that some of one incarnation leaks into the other, tempering it to a greater or lesser degree; sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse... It's more marked with each visit, though not necessarily in a positive sense.
She actually doesn't go into settlements that much and tends to slip into them at night, and leave in the early morning. The shots of her in solitude were rare ones. This time round she is even more feral than before and it's more than likely that the Solitude trip was her last into a large settlement pretty much ever.
She does not wear clothes. Ever.
And she doesn't care either. Comments and abuse are, or were, certainly in abundance but for some reason she pretty much gets left alone, even by the guards, who are by and large just glad to see the back of her - (and indeed the front, although not one of them would ever say that to her face, lol).
She tends to get served because either the shopkeeper is to taken aback to react, or is to busy ogling to be bothered.
Not that that will be an issue any more...
