My Sunday was a little different than most this time.....

I WENT TO AFRICA!

The plane ride was tedious, but I fit a window seat! Some view like these were nice:

Two days before we went in our safari, my friend and I climbed to the first base of Mount Kilimanjaro!

These are some fantastic pics Kobby! Awesome! It is so beautiful, I would never have imagined - but it was deadly too. That one bull elephant looked ready to charge, and the lions/hyenas/monkeys/hippo - GAAAAAH! Awesome, Awesome pics !!!!

Looks like a beautiful place. Too bad it's such a rough place to live because of the rival groups who have been fighting over it since I can remember and the diseases.

The animals are definitely more interesting than anything you'll see in Arkansas.

We saw a baby elephant. According to the guide, it was no more than a few days old. Apparently that's rare to see on a safari

The scenery is gorgeous! That sky is beautiful!

The scenery I saw there is something I'll never forget. Pictures can't describe how beautiful it is there. You've gotta see it with your own eyes to really experience it.
