Let's hope it doesn't develop into something bad that make them unhappy...

Rayne seems to forget that Almalexia also took part in that treachery.

She also forgets that, in a way, Sethyas is Almalexia's ex-husband.

My favorite part of the last few updates was the glint in Rayne's eye after talking with Barenziah, and the conversation that Seth and Rayne have when she gets back. Something about that just felt truly great.

Yes! Another update! I'd love to see more, but I know you're busy. I know exactly what that's like. I'm still glad for every new bit of this story I see. This one was really good. The quote at the end summed it up nicely.

This update was a really thoughtful and reflective one. I actually tend to like those sorts of updates because it allows for deeper and more poetic prose. Again, it's good to see more from you.

Hooray for introspection. It was satisfying to see how deeply Sethyas understands the socio-political motivations of the power-hungry Mournhold elites and his centrality to the furtherance of their schemes. His past has certainly taught him how to be careful, a lesson I hope he doesn't forget in the coming days.
