Do mods have to say "click" when they close a topic? It seems to be a bad habit.

Yeah but those north irish are mean i hear. Fighting the british for their land back and all. Go Irish people. Im Half scottish, 1/4 irish, 1/4 cherokee.
Wolfie
May 23 2005, 11:19 PM
Well you'd fight them two for tearing your country apart. They completely destroyed our culture and practically made our language exticnt. I'm Irish, yet i can barely speak/understand the Gaeilge!! everything is as Bearla now over here.

Hopefully SG6 isn't listening in on this but.... Pick up your weapons and fight for the good of Irland. Im coming to help.
Wolfie
May 23 2005, 11:27 PM
My weapon would be a katana. And i would fight, but all that's going on is terrorism. There''s no way i'll ever get myself involved in that.

Wow, I definitely see shades of TES forums here in the locking comments...
Wolfie
May 23 2005, 11:37 PM

minque
May 23 2005, 11:39 PM
Hey Jona: YouŽre 25% native american? woah.....me likes that!
Wolfie: Of course youŽre not going to be a terrorist....ni way but you mustnŽt speak too lightly of death.....as Jona said ther should be some places in Iraq that would make you and maybe the rest of us to think twice, iŽm sure......
Hammergand
May 23 2005, 11:41 PM
I did not expect anything, it was merely an observation.
Though I could say that I could have expected more forum-mimics of TES, for that reason. :paperbag2:
Wolfie
May 23 2005, 11:41 PM
Possibly, but my belief is that death is just the end of one journey and the beginning of another

May 23 2005, 11:55 PM
Here's what's after death: This world. Your family, your children, grand children. Your friends' children
Here's what Heaven is: leaving this world in ebtter condition than as it was when you entered it
Here's what Hell is: leaving this world in a worse condition than it was when you entered it.
There, afterlife. See? great isn't it? Also, more definitions:
Soul: The memory of you that lives on in people's minds. Your lasting advice and guidance of other people that will help them make the world better as well.
People fear death so they want something tangible after death. Well, I think the enxt generation of people is tangible enough.

But what about other afterlife's? I'm pretty sure people have different views on afterlife. What about those who believe in reincarnation, etc.?
Wolfie

My dad's one, too! And he doesn't truly believe the whole afterlife thing, either... :ashamed: People have different views whether or not they are part of a specific group...?
Wolfie
May 24 2005, 12:08 AM
I believe in an afterlife, but not the standard christian one.
Hammergand
May 24 2005, 12:09 AM
You're a Christian but you don't believe in Heaven?
Those are direct contradictions to me.
Wolfie
May 24 2005, 12:11 AM
I'm not your standard christian
and i never said i don't believe in heaven, i just don't believe in the standard one that the bible and whatnot talk about. Call me a heretic if you want, i don't care
