(OOC: you guys posted while i was posting time for veric to meet serene me thinks)

Veric

Just as Cerpin was being led away to his room the very cup Veric was drinking from cracked, indicating something had gone wrong. He knew exactly what happened, he watched it through Death's eyes. "Vomica Cruor? I'll have to give that a try sometime," Veric said under his breath before addressing Sadril.

"Please forgive me, I have something to attend to."

Sadril again simply nodded in answer.

Veric vanished, as he often did, in a flash of light to the spot Death had last existed; a few feet from where the lifeless Telina now lay. He looked from her to what seemed to be Serene engulfed in mist. Veric stepped over to Serene and knelt by her.

"Perhaps I should take you as my next trophy, hmm?" He asked her tauntingly, unsure of whether or not she would respond.

Serene, in a completely cathatonic state

Serene heard a voice next to her but her brain did not respond, she looked at Veric, not recognising him, not recognising anything, a perfect victim for anyone.....she didn´t care what happened to her, she had just killed one of her oldest friends, who more than once saved her own life.....Now there was nothing left fo her in this world anymore, she could as well die here and now..

The voice asked if it should take her as a trophy.....she heard the words but did not understand the meaning of them

She just looked at Veric......with dull and empty eyes

OOC: He could easily take her.....if he wants to! She wouldn´t react, but how he would transform her into something evil.....that´s another thing he might succeed.....and then again he might not, but he could try....that would be the meanest...to turn Serene into evil and send her after Brianna!!!!!!

Veric; By Serene

Veric smiled at the thought of the great Serene being completely out of it after killling one of her friends. Could she be so devestated as to... "Do you know what your name is?" Veric asked, trying to get an idea of what sort of state Serene was in.

Telina, getting worried

Telina heard what Veric asked Serene, SHE, Telina wwas now the person who looked through Verics eyes, she could see Serene, frustrated, devastated, and Serene did nothing.

Telina reached into Serene's mind again, and with the strong telepathy she had learned from Baladas, she talked to Serene. Serene, up...GET UP, I'm coming back, but you must hold off for yourself in the meantime.

She turned towards Haldin, a tear ran down her cheek. "I cant stay, I must go back and help them"...she kissed him, and then, felt her body, flet it as clear as the light around her itself, she closed her eyes, and moved towards her body.

OOC: Telina is coming back in a hurry, but in the meantime Serene must defend herself.

Serene, just sitting there

OOC: She can´t defend herself right now! She is empty, her soul has sort of left her body..or at least it is hidden somewhere



"Name????" Serene just looked at Veric...."I ....I am Empty....I..have No name"

She pressed her fingers against her head.....it was aching, there was a voice inside it telling her to get up.....get up to where? Serene did not understand, she just moaned, the headache was terrible!

Veric

"You don't have a name? Well would you like me to give you one?" Veric asked Serene jokingly with a chuckle, thinking back to when he renamed Telina to Death.

Serene, still catathonic

"Give me what? A name...what is that?"

Telina, have awaken

"Oh now you wont, her name is Serene Vantinius Sarethi, and she is my friend...you want her, you need to defeat me first, and you wont find me so easy this time",her red eyes burnt with fiery hatred towards Veric, Telina could feel the powers of the Vomica Cruor spell build up inside her, she'd rather not use that spell, a bit too evil and horrible for her taste.

"Go back to the shadows beast", she spat, holding her sword, that now shone with a white light too bright to watch at.

OOC:Yes, she is now Telina the White...kinda Gandalf like, only not with the beard

Serene, a tiiiny bit alive

She heard a voice she recognised....and saw a woman all familiar to her....but it was probably just a dream, Telina was dead, by her own hands, she, Serene had cast a strong vomica cruor at her friend...so the lady in front of her must be a ghost or a fairy.....

"I....am Serene Vantinius Sarethi?" she whispered as some faint color returned to her grey-white face

Her head ached terribly.........she fell down again moaning...

Telina, straining herself to the limit.

Telina was relieved when Serene showed some progress of regaining her sanity, she managed to get control, she lifter her body up, while still holding Veric in her vision. She made Serene float down towards teh group, and made her land softly before Briannas feet.

Bree, help me, send help, I cant take this man alone...I'm just up the ridge, she said. She was drained, and felt mroe tired than she had ever felt before, that last telapathic control there, had drained her much, her muscles were aching, and sweat was pourng down her back and face...but still she defiled the monster of a man who stood before her, even though killing him was hopeless.

Brianna

Why Brianna wasn´t astonished when all of a sudden Telina showed up and shoved the apparently lifeless body of her mother before her, really puzzled her. She instictively knew what was to be done, so she quickly covered her mother with her cloak and hurried after Telina

Are you ok Telina? Are you by your own senses or is this a trap? If not I´ll help you out if it is I´ll kill you for good i promise!

Oran sat in his small cell pondering what he was doing here. Arygon had told him Stay here until you understand you're armour. Oran didn't understand this but Arygon told him that he couldn't leave until he understood.

Pilthan, Following

Pils eyes followed Brianna as she ran off, and he raised an eyebrow. "Someones in a hurry."

Taking a sweeping step away from the tree, he ran after, his hand on the hilt of his sword.

From what I've observed - heck, I'm probably going to get beat up again.

Cerpin

Farewell to you too. he thought sarcastically when Veric just disappeared after showing him to his room.

The room was more than comfortable, and gave him an excellent chance to reflect on everything he had seen from travelling with the group and planning his next few actions upon returning.

It also seemed that Rahvin was not completely dead; he had spoken to him earlier, during the argument with Death...

He made himself comfortable on the bed and rested his eyes for a bit.

Rahvin

Soul trap? Then you'd have to kill him. I'm not so sure that i want the body to be killed. I know I said something about it earlier, but I'm against it now. Those gloves he wears though, do you think they have something to do with this? I don't remember much of how he stole my body because I was as high as a cliffracer, but I sure as hell never owned any gloves like that. Wait...didn't he leave one with Serene?

His thoughts were jumbled and moved quickly; he was after all, merely a bundle of thoughts now, it seemed.

Veric

Veric's eyes shone with joy when Telina seemingly resurrected herself. "You must have some good friends on the other side to bring yourself back to life like that," then the irony of the situation dawned on him and he said with a laugh, "I guess death really did release you from my control didn't it? I admit, not even I foresaw you coming back from the dead."

"I may be a beast, but I do not hide in shadows. A duel we shall have."

OOC: i guess you can win... but make it through the use of a nice litte trick like the vomica cruor spell. never lose sight of the fact that veric is more powerful than any one (even two or three) of you. it will take a team effort when you eventually take him down


Sadril

I can take a guess. I tend to get lost sometimes though, I don't know why. Sadril thought as he began to silently walk towards where he thought Cerpin was staying. Serene may have one of his gloves, but she isn't here, is she?

Ragoth wandered through the snaowy woods of the Skyrim north, The air is good here, I hate trees, prehaps I'll stay a little longer. Ragoth walked in a cricle then went west toward a large passage way door, entering it he saw that it lead hundreds of meters into the darkness. How interesting, I want a puppy, this should be fun. Ragoth ran down the passage and stopped when a Fire Atronauch stepped around a bend. Ragoth's blade came up into the things chest, it resonded by blasting him with a fireball. He winced but decided that the thing would have to die. He dived on top of it, and heard some thing crack (it's neck broke) Ha! ha! ha! Blood!! Ragoth slashed at the thing until it's head was severed. Throwing away the head he laugh maniacally. Then turning and walking down the tunnel he found a trap door. He lifted it a little so that he could see what was happening with the room.

OOC: I told you he was insane... He's going to watch this up coming fight.

Fervus Noctus, time to speed up.

When Veric appeared, Fervus had gotten close enough to see things clearly enough, but he was still to far.
,,Curse it. I'm never going to be on time like this." He growled and stopped. He raised his hand and fired his mark spell that erupted close to the small group of people. One moment later, he recalled.

,,I take it that you are somehow healed, lady?" He said to Telina before facing Veric.
,,I don't know who you are, but I don't like your smell and apparently this woman doesn't appreciate your prescense either. May I suggest for you to take your leave? Or, as someone I know prefers to say it: Get out of my face or I shall totally beat you up!"

Fervus raised his staff and got ready to summon some reinforcements. Maybe he should settle for a nice Dremora this time.

OOC: yes, this will be an long one.



Telina, smiling as the reinforcements come.

"Dont worry Bree, this is not a trap, death have been banished, and I have returned as Telina the white, there is no way I would kill you", she smiled. as she loaded up a frost spell in her hand.



Telina

"So, not a beast eh?...only a beast could want a pregnaid woman dead for no reason, only a beast could torture me like you did...oh yes you are a beast of highest quality, so let me know your name, before I have you run through".

Incancra Forsynfringa, the frost spel flew straight towards Veric.

OOC:LSure thing Shogun, I know Telina is not powerful enough to kill him, but defend herself wont be a problem....the teamwork have begun, I'll finish him off(kinda) with a nasty frost spell, when you think it is the time for him to get banished away from Telina&co.



Telina.

"Indeed my friend, I have returned back from the state of Death, so let me reintroduce myself, Telina Delvanni, the white wizard, now let kill this bastarde before he do us all".

OOC:Sorry, I just couldnt resist her being the white wizzard, Gandalf is just so cool

Fervus Noctus.

,,I don't like killing but from what I've heard, this man deserves it. I'll help, and so will my friend." Fervus spoke and summoned a Dremora with a Dwarven Claymore.
,,The Breton is your target." He simply ordered the Daedra and turned to Veric again.
,,Ready?"

Telina.

"Ready as ever, let us kill him".

OOC: Telina and Veric will probbly be moved out of the range of the others, since Veric kinda wants to kill her off now...dont think he like the idead of Telina getting abck, and insult him as she do so

Ragoth watched a a Demora was summoned, I should help the wo... A deadra! Ragoth dived from his trapdoor toward the Deadra, but hit the dark-cloaked socerer first, " Sorry, prehaps I should.... Kill you!" Ragoth dived and hacked the demora at each shin-plate, slid underneath and stopped, laying on his back next to the Dunmer.

Telina, shocked.

Telina watched as Ragoth jumped on Fervus, and killed the summoned Dremora. "What are youdoing...are you stupid or something, you fight the wrong person", she yelled at him.

She drew her crossbow, aiming at Ragoth..."Get the Oblivion out of our way".

Fervus Noctus, annoyed

,,Now please, didn't you ever heard about waiting for your turn? Now I have to summon something again." The Lich grumbled angrily.
This time, he settled for a Winged Twilight.
,,Just stay in the air, you want to take out the Breton, but this fellow here might get a bit aggressive if you land." He told the creature and turned to Ragoth.

,,Just stay out of the way. We're busy here." He told the man and then directed his attention at Veric again.
,,Now where were we? Oh yes, we were going to hit you and you were going to lay down dead."

Ragoth stared at the dunmer... Hadn't he killed the Deadra? Oh, the dreadra was helping kill the man he had knocked over. Ragoth turned slowly and saw an older woman standing farther back, not that she matters Ragoth thought as he continued turning around, the Dwemer armour was really slowing him down.

OOC: Tellie... I knocked Veric over...

Telina

"Here you go", she said, as she took his hand and lifted him up.

"Are you with us...or against us...and yes the Dremora was helping us", she said with a wry smile.

Ragoth accepted her hand in getting up, the armour was a bit too heavy. "So your killing... A flying... that sorcerer over there?" Ragoth's head followed the Wing Twilight as it flew De... mor....a....

OOC: Do like this when you post.

Telina, talking to Ragoth., make it bold text, and underline it...so much easyer to understand.

"Yes, I am killing that evil sorceror there, and if you're not with me...then you are against me, so if you do not want to help, I suggest you get out of my way".

"Fervus, give me some magic support...I'll need both magic boosting and healing".

Fervus Noctus, helping Telina.

,,Right, healing comes when you get hurt. Any special requests for the boosting?" Fervus replied while he began with a fortify strenght and speed spell while also channeling a small portion of his extensive Magicka supply into Telina. He ended with a shield on both of them.

He didn't quite like the way how the strange man was looking at his Winged Twilight.
,,Oh, great. Is it just me, or is everyone in this plane insane?"

Ragoth ... somewhere

Ragoth looked in wonder as the Deadra flew around. I should kill it... No! I have to kill the other sorcerer over there first! Ragoth drew a second long sword, blaning his hands in an ancient technice " If anyone else would like to start this....

Telina, getting ready for teh big battle

"That would be nice....but also if you manage to massively intensify my magicka, intelligence or willpower, would be even better", she watched as a magic shield enclosed around her....she really started to like this lich.

She tightened the grip on her sword, and also aimed her crossbow towards Veric, and started to carefully walk towards him.

Fervus Noctus, boosting and stuff.

,,Your wish is my command." The Lich joked and performed the spells she asked for.
,,And now, let's get started." Fervus slowly began to walk forward while holding his staff in one hand. The other hand was ready to launch out a draining spell that would seriously harm the Breton's strength, speed, willpower and Magicka. Well, at least the spell did that in theory. Fervus never took the time to practice on anything else but rocks.

Brianna, wanting to help out

Brianna hadn´t interferred in the fight so far, she knew Telina would like to cope by herself as long as possible, but she was watching from behind, she had cast a weak mist-spell on herself so she could easily hide in the shadows.

Now she was preparing herself to use the ultimate spell.....her mother´s specialty, the "vomica cruor" but she would use it only if Telina wanted her to..

Telina, I´m prepared, just say the word and I´ll cast the vomica cruor-spell....I´m right to the left of you...in the shadows, seen by noone!


Serene, waking up

Serene opened her eyes, she was lying on the ground, under Brianna´s coat.....it was chilly and she did not feel comfortable at all...

There was something .......

"A glove.....oh....where did that one come from?...Ahh I know now"

Serene sat herself upright and looked around, where were everybody?

Telina, waiting4Veric to react

No...not yet, do it when he dont suspect it, I will try to keep his focus fixed upon me...that will give you a chance to finish him.

"I'm gonna kill you now breton, I will not hesitate to use my full powers against you".

OOC:Yes, she is powerful, but not like Veric.

Flint ironwood, close to Serene (together with the rest of the pack.)

,,Hey, looks like she's alive again. Feeling better?" The Breton spoke while he looked at Serene. Now where did this Fervus go? Wasn't he supposed to look for Serene and instantly come back? Then why was he still gone?

Flint shook his head. It wasn't any of his bussiness. His bussiness was staying alive with the rest of the group in case that killer Breton returned.

Brianna

Ok....I´m here just give me a sign when to cast the spell



Serene

Serene smiled faintly at Flint..

"Yes, I´m much better now thank you" she said, still wondering what to do with that glove

Telina.

Ok...I'll do that.

She shot the bolt from her crossbow, and tossed the crossbow away, running towards Veric, intent on chopping hs head off.

OOC:I'll be off in a few minutes, work tomorrow.

EDIT:Shogun, when youget on...just start the fight between Telina nad Veric...I'll reply tomorrow.

Ragoth dived ahead of the Dunmer girl, hit her with the blunt side of one ebony broadsword. Then he proceded to jump with the blades in a X toward Veric.

Telina, angry!!!!

She got hit by a Ebony Broadsword, and felt one of her ribs crack..."What the Oblivion did you do that for", she said,a s she fired a fireball after the man who hit her.

"Fervus, some healing please".

OOC:Ragoth better watch out

Fervus Noctus, healing.

,,Right." Fervus muttered and cast a healing spell.
,,If this guy keeps interfering, we'll never get anywhere."

Telina, back on track.

"Thanks Fervus, I owe you one", and then she started to give chase to Ragoth.
Just hope he dont do anything stupid.

Ragoth in midair in front of the sorcerer brought both blades down, carving thier X in the air, and he baegan the upswing that would dig under the man's ribcage.

OOC: too many attacks to keep track of.. kinda gotta be cheap for this post

Veric

"This is a bit unfair, don't you think?" Veric asked jokingly to Telina as he doged a barrage of attacks. His movements were too agile for a mage; he was obviously using fortifying spells or enchantments to allow him to keep up. He took a large leap backwards and landed nimbly on top of the boulder everyone seemed to be gathered around, preparing on offensive spell for the next person to advance...

Ragoth hadn't counted on the man being so enhanced. " So you... A puppy!... are a skilled mage then!" Ragoth turned both blades set in a hacking stance. He dove for the mage once more...

Veric

"Mage is an understatement!" Veric yelled as cast a powerful lightning spell at the charging crazy person, hoping to stop him in his tracks.

Ragoth fell, lighining searing him through his armour. He sat smoking for a moment before dragging himself to his feet "You.. I hate trees... fetcher!" Ragoth dived so that even if he was hit with a spell in the air he would make contact with his blades.

OOC: Shogun you're really going to have to put him down. He's insane... thay don't think like normal people and run away.

OOC: what do you want me to do? i cant exactly tie him up, and there is no way veric would take him to his castle.

Veric

Veric cast a nice shield spell as soon as Ragoth hit the ground. And when he was flying through the air, Veric shot a mediocre fireball right for the man's head. Veric knew that a spell wouldn't alter his trajectory much so he hoped (well, in his mind, knew) his shield would absorb the majority of the attack--if the man hit.

Pilthan, Nonchalantly Chatting and Hanging Out

Pil watched the fight, casually checking his sword as he did so. His face was emotionless, cold, but he actually found the fight humorous, save the beserk man was getting his behind handed to him.

Pil could use a blade, but the little fight he had with Telina not much time ago had worsened his self-esteem. He had been beaten so easily.

He looked at Brianna, whom he'd followed on a suspicion that she was off to do something crazy. He now thought his suspicion confirmed.

"For a moment, I thought the lunatic over there might be a skilled duelist," Pil muttered to Brianna, "Then I realized - no."

Having already drawn his sword, he made his way through the trees, trying to position himself behind the fight, should he need to flee from certain death.

(OOC: So what if he's a coward? He doesn't have any reason right now to help anyone, he's just acting stupid. )

Ragoth jerked as a fireball hit him, then his first sord met with serious resistance. He rebounded off the shield and brought both hands down in a massive overhead swing.

Veric

The next attack was going to be too strong for Veric's shield (not his best spellcrafting, mind you) and he was forced to draw his blade. But again he feared for his lack of skill in the terms of melee combat, so simultaneous to Ragoth's blade metting his own, Veric reached out and quickly called out, "De sono mijn."

A command humanoid spell, hopefully effective against one so weak-minded by madness, would not only serve to soften the blow but to turn this man against Veric's enemies.

Ragoth

The blades slowed as the command spell came into effect. There were tiny swirls of madness still affecting Ragoth, but he was Veric's mad man now... "Ma.... Master ...Puppy gimme that... Veric..."
