Grrr... Are you looking to get #213 in the face instead of Veric or what?

No, he'll arrive right after #213. Of course if Arygon doesn't want to be saved, just give me a sign and Flint will run like hell.

Evil? I know! It is a nuclear self-destruct device! Oh wait, you don't have those in TES, yet. Well, I guess I'll let myself be surprise. This is what I like about Arygon, he's got more tricks than he's got sleeves. (I said that before, didn't I?)

Well, she has Serene to lock away her personality, memories, etc.

Jun 9 2006, 09:06 PM
Well I agree on what Danny said back here, that we should try to cool things a bit down here...
I think people are getting a little to powerful here, we don't need any spectaculare moves or magic - or that people simply dodge every blow, blocks every spell etc. But rather as we had back in the first RP we had, where we would simply judge from the character himself and accepting that the character would get pretty wounded under a fight and such...
We haven't seen so much of it yet, but something to keep in mind - to make it fun for EVERYONE
DarkHunter
Jun 9 2006, 09:06 PM
you won't even come close Shogun... But yeah this is going to be cool ... if you can take you foot off his neck!

yes we should cut down on the telepathy a bit in the next rp IMO
Pulled from the character thread and quoted for truth. The telepathic characters take the fun out of assassinations and betrayals, things that would be surprises to everyone get revealed too quickly by them. Plus the fact that they always know whats going on with everyone...

Agree with Kiln there, a little lower level on the whole telepathic thing would be fine... I'm talking about the constantly knowing if people lie, reading through nearly everything. The sensing of evil presence is OK for me, since Hecate is pretty evil but he isn't exactly a demon or Daedra of some sort, so a little lower there and I think it could be more fun...

Nobody's forcing you to take Serene out. We like to have her around.
When we say 'cut down' we don't mean 'cut out'. Serene's almost the only telepathic one once Cerpin's time comes.

I agree... I think it's really cool that Serene is in, since Hecate will mostly focus on her and I think it will be fun. First of all, Serene is a mage - Hecate's not the most resistant to spells but mages aren't the best against assassins like Hecate either, so it's pretty balanced...
Don't take Serene away from me... *cries* lol

Or, wecan make it so that the bad guys, have enough willpower to close their minds, as I said, it requires, strenght of will, and inner calm, a person who is sad or very angry, wont have control over his feelings, and so would virtually broadcast them all over the place...so I see no reason why Serene cant continue.

Oh - He has a nuclear device connected to his heart, when the heart rate drop (when happends when u die of course) the nuclear device is activated and when the heart rate stops - it goes off and everyone dies, is that it?

despite a few problems with characters i like the mood this rp is setting that we havent really gotten in other RPs. just think about it. as far as anyone knows Rahvin is dead (not really) Telina is dead (not really) and Arygon will die.
we never did lose many actual player characters in any of the rps it seems and this will work well to lower morale for the good guys

IT really doesn't make sense for the good guys to run away in fear and then just come back for his death.
EDIT: Oh, and I think that Veric should start chasing the goodies down, and the goodies find a 'safe haven' where Veric can't find them and the baby can be born. Kind of like a fast forward of six months or so.

so how is the baby thing gonna work? as an active member of this RP i will not stand by and let a baby defeat veric...
an idea that i liked (it didnt seem many others did, though i dont know why, their characters getting old or something):
just after birth fast forward to like when the kid can actually wield a sword. this will give time for veric to form the huge plan that the kid is destined to stop etc...
