Jona, how am I supposed to enjoy being young if adults keep telling me, "enjoy now dammit! You jsut don't have the perspective you need to understand that one day it'll be gone." part of the enjoyment of youthfulness is taking everything for granted and having a gigantic, massive perception gap.
I'm cursed with thinking too much and I have a mind that likes to break things down and stuff, so though I still like the amount of energy I have, thanks to old people like you I don't take it for granted anymore, and when you try not to, you do, sucks.

Okay guys first of all stop trying to impose thanatophobia on Oozae. He has an opinion I happen to agree with which is that death is not that big a deal. It feels like being suffocated until you fall unconscious, without the waking up part.
Secondly, Jona I won't get into an anti-war thing, though I feell really, really strongly against war, but the war is over and now there a bunch of homeless, husbandless and fatherless families, and extremely angry "insurgents." You're threat is basically that enough get together to stick a bomb in a lamp as you pass by it. So, i can support you because now it's jsut about bringing order to chaos, despite who's fault the chaos really was.

If you don't want to get into the hole anti-war thing why'd you bring it up?.. Now I got to say something..
A bunch of homeless, husbandless and fatherless family's? Yes, unfortionatly there are people killed in a war... But they did die for you freedom, and not only did they die they should of realized when they signed up for the armed forces that there could be a chance that there would be a war.. that they would have to come into action. Compare this to the Korean, Veitnam, or WW2.. (I'm sorry if I'm wrong about this) I think the last figure I saw for american deaths in the war was 2,500? Compare that to 30000 in WW2. For a chance at freedom what would you choose?

Are you really into american military history and strategy's Lonewolf? If you aren't let me fill you in one something.. Carpet bombing is a thing of the past.. we no longer send in B17 and drop crap loads of bombs on towns... presiczine (SP? I know I spelled that wrong) bombs and smart weapons are the key now minimizing civilian casulty's and hitting the bad guys more often
Now that not to say that alot of poor Iraq's didn't loose there life.. for that I am truly sorry, but again where did you get your information from.. Alot of the statistics for civilian deaths came from the Iraqi government under Saddams rule during the first few days of the war... We all know those are wrong, heh, the prime minister (or whatever) of Iraq got on TV and said that the americans and their allies were LOOSING the war. By the time that aired on TV our soldiers were already IN Bagdahd..
Again thats not to say that I do not feel the pain for every soldier they say has died... I applaud them as heroes, and one day I pray that I will be able to fight alongside of those that have survived in these tryin times.. Just another few more years (I am going to go through OTS)..
