Another thing as far as Easter Eggs go:

Usually when you kill someone you can't take the armor they're wearing except possibly for the shield.

When I did the Vampire Quest for Hassilur however, there were a female vampire and when I snatched her stuff she laid on the ground in black panties and a bra... I took a picture, but has no place to upload it yet, see if I can fix that tonight.

I get the feeling that a lot of the easter eggs seem to be in jokes from Morrowind. I never played Morrowind that much - I didn't like it. The faces were wierd, and the gameplay wasn't that good, and there were those wierd things that made me feel like I was in a Salvador Dali painting.

So I just assumed that this Gobln Jim fellow was some nutcase in a cave, and so laughed as I turned him into a human fireball and watched him accidentally fall down a gorge. I'm also guessing that Liar guy that runs around making comments about all the things not in the game is also some kind of Morrowind refugee, and the camp with the Morag Tong agents is too.

But it all means nothing to me. I love Arena, Daggerfall is also great, but I get so much more out of Oblivion. However, I've got no intention of turning this into a love/hate Morrowind threat, I was just trying to explain why I don't get the easter eggs.

So, anyway, the only easter egg I can report (not knowig the in-jokes), is the one about Modreyn Odyn's painting at the end of the Fighters Guild quest.

I've always been able to take armor from dead guys, except the Emperor's guards (Blades) in the beginning of the game, I think.

Btw I've downloaded the mod that removes the bra from stripped women. How mature is that?

I finally ran into Mike, or M'aiq, whatever you call him (it's Mike's oblivion/morrowind persona)

Yeah, he told me that certain people wanted weird types of big bows that take longer to load and shoot these things called bolts, he thinks they're idiots. I didn't bother following, but I hope to run into him again, and kill him if possible so he won't run away again.

Every time you save\load your game he always says something else.

He is the voice of the devs so to speak.he was commenting all the stuff people(including myself) were talking about in the official forum when the game wasn't out.
You probably didn't understand the fishy stick comment.When you join the official forum,and you don't have more than 10 posts (layman rank)you get a traditional greeting:

Great source for searching though. Back on track: Just checked, and I have 4 posts there, but I don't see a fishy stick greeting anywhere when I log on. Not too curious about it anyway...
