osano is now WOH's first vampire, i have decided.

unless someone has something against it...

i've come up with a slightly altered set of rules for a vampire concerning bloodsucking and sunlight, but i'd prefer to hear other people's thoughts on these guidlines first.

i dont have a problem with it, however i would like to here these new ideas, and a history on why hes a vampire

not really new ideas, just altered old ones, and no real history. there is 5 years of unaccounted time in osano's history (between the last rp and this one) so i planned and saying he got bitten then, but didn't join a vampire clan.

in OB supposedly you dont have to drink blood to stay alive but to keep yourself looking normal. i plan on using this, but as a side thought; after so many years of being a vampire you build up a tolerance to not drinking blood so one can go a few days without drinking and not be to affected.

direct sunlight can kill a vampire, being out in daytime (in the shade for example) is enough to give one a migraine or physically impairing them. clothing covering all the skin, especially dark clothing (hense osano's dark cloak) can help cancel out the effects of sunlight...

those are my alterations to make it easier to rp as a vampire.

ok that sounds good enough, not that i have a say its doomed who does, but i think you're explanations are good. Who is osano going to join? Is he evil?

and he's not evil, it just may look that way because he does most things to further himself. this might include killing for money among other things.

but will he kill for absolutley no reason? no. only if you get him angry or pay him money to do so.

I don't think Obliv's rules can apply. Oblivion's vampires are a whole other breed. Unless Osano took a pleasure trip to Cyrodiil... (which he might have, I don't know)

As for sun, any sunlight will sorch you some. I'd agreed clothing would help....Just don't look into the sun...

Edit: And despite how well fed he is, Lykaon will single him out as a Vampire. They's got a pretty unique smell. ;)

I seriously hope the Redorans in a cave are bandits - As far as I know neither Raavin or any other Councilor has ordered such a attack. If in fact, they are Redorans (and as they were acting indendantly, they would be rebels/radicals of the house) Raavin will end up demanding Hlaalu hands them over for Punishments (which will be rather...unpleaseant...)

i would't suddenly have redoran bandits attack without your consent, so dont worry they are not indeed authentic redorans. They just have stolen redoran gear, which hlaalu thinks is just a ploy of redoran to take out the nobles of caldera. So anti redoran protests and such break out. Doomedone said earlier that tensions need to be rising in order to get the plot going

I didn't eman as in knighted, but no other title seemed fitting fr an ordinator to use. "master" you have no control over the ordinators so they wouldn't call you that. 'Lord' wel you aren't a lord. I meant it mroe as in the polite sense not in terms of being knighted.

Well, Serjo or Muthsera would have worked. Many NPCs in Morrowind call you 'Muthsera' once you're Nerevarine. Its a term of great respect. Serjo is, more or less, Sir.

Muthsera can be used on her. Its gender neutral. Sera work for 'misttress' 'miss' "other term of respective for a lady of high station "

In the mean time Dantrag and Megil are in charge, both, as in case I can't get back in by the time it progresses beyond my control Dantrag at least has an idea of my plot and can modify it slightly to include more active characters since mine won't be, and Megil because of his general Expertise.
