The aim of the game for the next few weeks

House tension: Do it, more of it, riots on the streets, assassinations, Ald-ruhn guys beating up Telvanni guys they see wandering the streets, hate crimes, theft, anger.

Growth of Power: Hlaalu Officials have been doing a ton to raise military capabilities of the House. telvanni have done a little, not much. Redoran at least strengthened their bonds with the ashalnders. The point is, keep doing more stuff. The Houses need to start preparing for war.

Character Development: Despite that ton of plotwork I and many others do, the core of a story in my opinion is the characters. Everything I write is character driven, and for that I like rich, detailed characters, so let's develop them.

alright, well in which case maybe this kid knapping that has just happened in Cladera can be a reason to start something. Cause the person who was just captured could be a hlaalu official or something. And maybe the guys who kidknapped her are wearing stolen redoran armor. Then we think its the work of the redoran

Magical tattoo? I'm baffled, we didn't need that last time I was here so did everyone suddenly grow magical tattoos? It seems I've grown on then also.

you need one of megil's tattoos to do magik while a magik barrier is up. one is not up (or is it?), so you don't need one to do magik at the time.

Well, the bar for Magic power is Magicka. So You could call magic Magick and be right.

But yeah, Megil doesn't have the no-magic thing up.

Agreed the tatoo is only important when the barrier is in place, and it currently is not I.E. the mana batteries are not on full blast, jsut sucking infintesmally small amoutns of magicka at the moment,

Also A quick question about telepathy. It can be blocked right?

i imagine you can block telepathy to yourself with a high enough willpower.

but stopping it from affecting someone else? i don't know.

I think telepathy is an ability rather than a power fir Konrad if that's the reason for the question.

Well I am wondering becuase as it stands he could easily kill anyone. though I am thinking Megil and Serene with telepathic abilities as well would be able to fend of his attacks.

Hmm.....a merge of Megil´s and Serene´s telepathic skills could be........interesting!

He could kill anyone, had they not put up a sort of barrier I suppose. It would take a small amount of magicka to stop his attack, seeing as the only way he kills someone is by squeezing something. Enough magicka to stop that is possible by anyone were they to be ready and knowing of his ability.

I'm fairly sure Telepathy can be blocked. And If not, one could certainly conjure up enough thoughts of horrific, nasty images, loud annoying disrupting sounds, nasty smells, disgusting things felt, and tasted to make sure thge Telepath can't find the thought they want, and/or force them to break contact.
