"I'm right here." Akar said, tapping En'fel on the shoulder. "You fit right in with those clothes." he remarked.

"Anyway, I have a room for us at the inn. Follow me."

Lykaon's footsteps could have been heard some distance away as the Ebony clad, and golden helmed man approached. His Akaviri Katana was drawn and held in one hand, the blade glitting in the fading light as the sun slowly sunk in the distance, the sky colored a firey red and orange. "So, Mr. Hood, seems you got yourself into a spot of trouble, eh?" he asked in a mocking tone, drawing the blade up to be held in both hands.

"There are two ways we can do this, and the choice is yours. You can come peacefully, or you can be taken by force."
*

"After I come peacefully then what? Huh?" Ced said angrily, though he didn't draw his sword.

"They take me to be hanged publicly, for I have no money to pay my bounty." He kept trying to speak a few deadly spells but none of them worked.

With a sigh, he unsheathed his sword and dropped it to the ground, raising his hands in the air.

"Fine then, do whatever the hell you want."

En'Fel

En'Fel turned around grabbed Akar's shoulder. He was jumpy, so nerve racking being in this frightening environment.

"How did things go? We can help now if you have the wounded with you. Well, I can help, we have to find the others."
Red
Shakur

"Ready? Everyone have their families close? Everyone have their luggage? Is everyones weapon free?" Shakur was busy, for eighty people were about to be transported to the Redoran Waistworks accompanied by twenty guards who only wielded magick and their staffs. The people smiled, for Shakur had helped them so much, and still hasn't forgotten them. He knew each of their names, where all of them lived before the war of the Mage and all of their faourite heroes of the war. "Everyone has their papers right? Don't want illegal citizens entering the cities that have been so good to us" The crowd replied with positive remarks, and Shakur called for the other mages. Soon a pink and blue semi-circle surrounded the people, and they started to dissapear.

Sel got up, moaning, He picked up his fallen sword and chased after the half breed. HE walked into the Ald Skar...he wasn't there. Sel took a seat in a corner and made himself sem inconspicuous. He would catch the assassin and his half-dunmer friend.

Akar

"Yes, let's find the others, and then we will further tend to the wounded man." Akar said. "Do you know where they went?"
DoomedOne
En'Fel

"No, but I know where to meet them. So who is this wounded man? Is he a thief?"

Together they began walking along the streets toward the original part in the city where they had original disbanded. He saw the four of them there, all wearing the same type of robe, as if they snagged them from the Nine-divines temple... oh dear.

"Okay, we have a room men. Akar, lead the way."
Dantrag
Akar led them to the room, not noticing Sel sitting in the corner.

The wounded assassin was lying on the bed, severely injured despite Akar's healing attempts.
Megil Tel-Zeke
Megil leaned back in his chair, trying to get some sleep before the next day, when he would have to adress the entire city, to explain the reason for the lockdown, hopefully the man would be apprehended by them

"Darus, would you wake me up if any important information arrives, or if the man has been apprehended."
OOC: bedtime !
DoomedOne
En'Fel looked at the assassin. He stared at Akar, "We drew a lot of attention from outside, we look like a gang. We need to hide him. Hel'Tic and Ganfi, I want you two to watch him very closesly. Soungo, Anhasou, you two will sit in the lounge with your weapons concealed. If there is trouble, you will back us up."

The four of them went to their designated positions around the area. En'Fel then stared at Akar, "We need to find out who was after him, and who he is, or he'll bring more trouble upon us than we can handle at this time."
Dantrag
"I don't know what the argument was, but I couldn't let him be killed like that." Akar said. "There really is nowhere to hide him in the town. We would have to leave to truly be unnoticed."

Sel

Sel waited until the man and woman that came out passed before going towards the room the half-breed went into.

He opened the door, sword drawn. "Hand that man over to me, or else." Sel ordered, his sword's glow gaining in intensity.
DoomedOne
As soon as En'Fel saw the sword come out, his hand automatically flew back to caution Hel'Tic, who was a second away from charging with his axe. En'Fel's eyes grew passive, and he stared at Sel emotionlessly. His other hand rose up, palm open. With each breath, a small bit up frozen steam seemed to sizzle from the ends of his finger tips. he fought the impulse to use his chilling touch.

"Who is he, and who are you?" he asked sternly.
Dantrag
"That man just made an attempt on my friend's life." Sel answered. "Until this oaf interfered." he spat, motioning towards Akar. He noticed for the first time, his eyes.

"Are you...?" He shook his head. "I just need some information from him, is all."

OOC: Good Night, fare well, it's time to say good-bye. biggrin.gif

Darus looked and said simply "Will do sir". Darus hadn't slept in about three weeks, a horrible habbit of his. He developed it as a bouncer, working up to five bars a night. He took out the canteen he carried his fatigue potions in. "Bottoms up" He said to himself, pouring the drink into his mouth.
DoomedOne
En'Fel considered this. He calmed himself slightly. "Then there is no need for conflict. We don't want to draw attention. This man who attempted to kill your friend will survive under the care of my friend," he motioned to Akar. "I will need to speak to the one he tried to kill. If I see fit, I will hand him over to you in bondage. If I don't, then he will be removed from this city without your knowledge. This is the way of the Ash--" En'Fel stopped himself. "Do you agree to these terms? I assure you, I do not tolerate murderers."
Dantrag
Akar nodded to show his approval of En'fel's plan.

"Fine." Sel conceded grudgingly sheathing his sword. "Follow me, I'll take you to her."

As they walked out the door, Sel made a comment. "So you're an ashlander, huh? I noticed your slip of tongue back there."

"What tribe?"

"I really don't know what they'll do," Lykaon said as the sword flew to his free hand via a weak telekinesis spell. "I know the old laws said anyone one with a bounty over 10,000 had a death warrant, meaning you couldn't pay it off, and you couldn't go to jail. If its below that you'll be fine. Spend a few years in jail perhaps, though." He pulled out a pair of bracers, they resembled slave bracers, the key difference is that they had a silence enchantment coupled with a damage strength one. To discourage physical attacks, and eliminate any magick threat.

"But since you went peacefully they might go easeir on you than otherwise," he added as he slapped the bracers on Ced's wrists. "This 'Lord' Megil seems the merciful type."

Ced held back a snort.

What kind of lord is he? More of a tyrant.

En'Fel stared at Sel as they walked. He was the outsider now. When he was in his own territory, he could be as rude as he wanted, but here, he relied on the help of others,

"Zainab," he said at last.
Dantrag
"Hmm. I've spent time with the Urshilaku and the Ahemussa, but I have to admit I don't know anything about the Zainab."

He stopped at Serene's door and knocked. "Just a warning; Serene reads minds." He stood, waiting for Serene to come to the door.

Lykaon, hardly noticing Ced's distaste led the Imperial back towards the Hall Of Justice, to be handed over to the proper authorities. Easy Money...

Mind reader? En'Fel wondered. It was strange but not unheard of. he knew of a legend of a wise woman in his tribe many years ago that claimed she had the ability. Still, a regular woman have this ability? It didn't seem right. Then again, En'Fel always had his chilling touch, which made him rather irregular.

That was it, Ahemussa, Urshilaku!

"Ahemussa and Urshilaku? Do you have connections with them?" he asked, his tone jumping to a little more hopeful.

Darus had fallen asleep for a few minutes, but was not worried for Megil was fast asleep. Darus sneaked out of the room, finding three Ordinators outside the door. "I'm going to get some sleep, so wake me up incase anything major happens. Otherwise wake me in three hours.

OOC: Must, sleep. Must, sleep. Good night all!
Dantrag
"Me? No. Serene is good friends with the wise woman of the Urshilaku. Nibadi, Nidabi. I give up, anyways, she is also friends with Sedrane of the Ahemussa."
DoomedOne
"Nibani," En'Fel corrected him.

His jaw just about dropped flat. Nibani, Sedrane... Nibani and Sedrane, Nibani and Sedrane.

Okay, cool yourself, she'll read your mind soon, can't let your thoughts betray you.

En'Fel breathed deeply.

NIBANI AND SEDRANE! SHE KNOWS NIBANI AND SEDRANE!

Akar sat in the inn with the ashlanders, trying to heal the man a bit more.

He held his hands over the wound, and a blue glow emanated form his hands as he tried again. It didn't work very well. He had succeeded in closing the wound a bit more, but it was nowhere near healed.

With a sigh, he leaned back in the chair. Just as he did so, two guards burst through the door, looking for the ashlanders.

"run!" he yelled, hping they would listen to him without En'fel around.

Hel'tic seemed to be the only one not listening, so he grabbed the dunmer's arm and pushed him through the window before following suit. "Are you stupid? You can't fight them all! More will just keep coming!"

They ran out of the town, breathing hard. "I guess one of us will have to return for En'fel in an hour or two." one of the ashlanders (akar hadn't learned all their names) said.

Anthanes stepped out of his invisibility next to where Endris was laying [ooc: this is assuming they didn't drag him with them, which I think's very unlikely] and put Fearstruck to the assasin's throat.

"Just a matter of precaution, morag tong scum."

Wolfie
Murmandamus
Murmandamus had gone swiftly to the construction site, and hidden in the shadows where he could see the two men. He unslung his bow and readied and arrow, in case the hooded man tried anything. He saw him drop his sword and have restraints put on him, but he kept the arrow ready nonetheless
ShogunSniper
Endris had woke up before the guards burst through the door, but no one would have known. He kept his eyes closed and continued to breath shallowly. His chest was still in a great amount of pain and the last thing he remembered was running out of the manor door.

Endris heard the sound of armor--guard armor-- bursting through the door, an exchange of shouts and footsteps, and the threat of the 'Archbattlemage' he encountered before. But he continued to act unconscious for he was in a tight position. He could feel that someone had taken his cloak, his katana was at his side but it was in no position to cut its way out of a paper bag, and his wakizashi had been broken in the manor. But Endris was most worried about his cloak, his writ was in one of the pockets--the writ that would save him from the guards.

OOC: lets say one of teh ashlander dudes took endris' cloak for safe keeping or something
BobV
"Unconscious." , Anthanes muttered. "Good. Makes it easier."

He grabbed Endris by the scruff of the neck, lifted him up, and brusquely dragged him outside. Giving somewhat intimidating black looks to people that look his way for longer than a second, the half-dunmer was able to make his way to Morvayn Manor without disturbance. He threw Endris onto the floor in front of Serene, slammed the door shut, and spat.

"Morag Tong."

Eberron had stayed a little away as the action took place, he didn't take the chance to intefer with Serene's life on the line and he had just met them. He saw the Half-Dunmer came in throwing the limb body of the assassin on the floor.

"Why would a member of the Morag Tong try to assassinate Serene, she's a hero" Eberron said shyly looking down at Endris, asking himself if the assassin was dead...
Channler
Raxle

"HURRY! COMMON RUN DAMN'T!" Raxle screamed, hardly able to breath.

The soldiers made it to the guard house, broke in, and stole everything that wasn't bolted down. During their looting, a party of guards (rather a drunk party of guards) came in from the local pub. A short fight enissued and two members of the outcast legionarres had fallen, and six of the local guards bled over the floor.

Raxle ran, harder then he ever had, the thought of dieing was terrifying, yet so exciting at the same time. It was the first time he ever killed another living soul, he was a murder, but didn't feel like one.

"Get into the cave! Stay quiet!"
Kiln
OOC:Sorry this took so long Ryuku

IC: Kiln entered through the fort through the archway silently and watched the boy practicing.

He was surprised someone so small could even weild a blade that size. The had a good technique, though it didn't appear to be taught by the legion.

"So...whats your name again? Oh and do tell me, why did you join the legion?" Kiln asked the boy

Kiln tried to appear as authoritive as possible when speaking with someone that was a lower ranking legion member, though he truly didn't care about the formalities of the legion any longer, he hid this behind his strong voice and facial expressions as many officers before him had.

He approached the table and sat down, tired. Hunger had taken its toll on him, he hadn't eaten for some time now since he'd been giving all the food to his men. He pulled the half piece of bread from his pack and sat there staring at it.

"You hungry?" Kiln asked him

OOC: It has grown rather complicated by now..but I assume Sel ans En´fel are waiting to be let in....Anthanes just arrived with Endris-the Morag Tong...so if this answer conflicts just tell me and I´ll edit m´kay?

Serene:

Serene gasped when Anthanes threw a lifeless body at the floor beneath her.

"Morag Tong?" she asked, "why would they try to get rid of me? I never did anything wrong towards them...or...who might have hired him? Telvanni? or Hlaalu? Everybody knows I´m loyal to Redoran.... Oh 'Kyara please open the door I heard a knock!"

Kyara:

"Yes Mistress" Kyara opened and let Sel in together with a tall Ashlander.

"Do you want to speak to my Mistress? she asked, "and it is very good you are back Master Sel she added with a bow of her head.
DoomedOne
En'Fel did not wait for Sel to speak. He just watched some brute holding his captive and drag him inside. Boy would Akar hear it when he got back. He charged in, shoving through Kyara.

"Excuse me, what the Hell are you doing you oaf!" he yelled once he entered. "The agreement I made was that you see him after I make sure he's guilty of something!"

En'Fel just realized how ridiculous and arrogant he sounded. He stopped himself and looked around the room nervously.

Jonacin stood up. "Who are you, his associate?" he said coldly. "This man is Morag Tong, and he tried to assassinate my wife. I think i have the right to hold him captive"
Ryuku Walker
"My.. Name.. Is.. Caldius.. Irithius... But... You.. Can... Call... Me... Cal...", Cal answered between each of his swings. Suddenly he stopped, and looked down. His look was serious. "I joined the Legion, because of my father, and uncle. My father was a Knight, and my uncle, is out there somewhere. I lost both of my parents 5 years ago. And no thanks, I'm not really hungry."

Cal strapped the blade on his back, and sat down on the opposite side of Kiln. "It's been really hard. My uncle was called to the frontline, and I had to stay behind here at the Fort. We got message of the victory, but then those dunmers suddenly started to attack, without any notice. Most of the others got killed, captured, or managed to run away. But due to my age, no one really cared about me. I recently got a letter from my uncle, y'know? Says he's at one of the legion camps... So what about you? What is keeping you from joining the houses?", Cal asked.

Anthanes- Loc: Morvayn Manor

Anthanes grunted. "I don't take kindly when people attempt to kill those whom I hold dear. Now, he's only unconscious."

Anthanes walked over to Endris and kicked him in the groin, hard.

"Shouldn't be unconscious anymore."

Sel? Jonacin?..so let´s see if he´s got it somewhere, it might reveal who wants me dead"

En'Fel just stared helpessly about the room. He decided to just sort of sit back and wait before being spoken. If it looked bad, he could probably take the assassin with him, but he realized it did look rather just.

His mind couldn't quite shake feelings for his troupe and Akar. What happened to them? Did the brute shed their blood to get to the assassin? Did they run away? Did he simply sneak in? So many questions he needed answered.

"Please... no more violence..." he heard from a middle-aged woman. His eyes fell upon her as she spoke, and he felt caught in those eyes, trapped in the realization of something very big. He just stumbled upon the key to saving the Ashlanders. He knew it, he saw it in those eyes, those familiar eyes of hers.

His mind flashbacked to Sedrane, to the look Sedrane had when he saw Akar. Akar, who was looking for his mother. His mother, Serene, who knew Sedrane and Nibani... his mother... who could read minds...

Crap! En'Fel thought.

Ravvin was at the former site of fort Buckmoth, now a small training ground for the Redoran defensive army. Just because he wasn't going to attack doesn't mean he didn't need a means to defend himself.

The newly appointed soldiers were a little green for his liking but a large improvement over having no army at all.

Ravvin studied their movments and ability trying to get a good feel of just how powerful they were.

"Impressed sir?" asked a young black haired dunmer in platemail, one of Ravvin's sergeants.

"It's satisfactory, but they appear weak in movement speed and ranged weapons."
Ravvin replied still intent of learning the nature his new troops.

"I'll see how I can remedy that sir" The young man replied.
