Anara nodded to Anthanes. "Sounds about right," she said. "Sounds like it'll make a pretty effecvtive weapon. If the frost gets reflected it can't harm me, either."


"I'm Anara," Anara said.



"Heyu, i heard sonmeone say Kitty," Said one Armiger, a slim Dunmer.

"There aint no cats in morrowind..." another, a chubby imperial said.

"Unlessh, dey mean a Kah-jit..." the Dunmer said.

"Dun look at meh!" Said the Imperial.

"I mean't the Kah-jiit yoo dunderhead!"

"Oh."

Anthanes nodded with a grin. "I'll see to it as fast as I can bear myself to leave your fine company."

Konrad snorted at the cheesy line, but covered it up with a cough.

"I wonder when the armies will arrive? We can't wait forever. And Anthanes..I would like to be taught some magic. I know a few spells, and i am pretty proficient with them...but I would like a bigger range." he told him, widening his arms subtly to show just how big he wanted the range to be.

Serene decided to greet Fenris and his sister whom she hadn´t met yet.

"Hello, I´m Serene, mage and healer..or witch as some of my comrades call me sometimes when I annoy them" she said with a smirk....smiling friendly at the redhaired Nordic woman

"So you are Fenris´sister? i´m very happy to meet you"

She looked around at her friends and felt all warm inside, when the battle would commence- she had no doubt it would- she felt sure that they would endure it well.....




OOC: so now i must go......hopefully the rp won´t be over before tomorrow! g´night all!

Anara grinned at Anthanes.



"Soon enough. Fen said we'll know because, 'The dumb tinheads will walk into every trap, and their idiot general will run into battle instead of commanding'," Anara responded, with a fairly decent impersonation of Fenris.



Anara nodded. "Pleased to meet you as well miss Witch," Anara grinned.

Anthanes smirked. "I can picture him saying that... Can't say I disagree though. Konrad - I think I can teach you a fairly powerful frost spell giving the estimated time we have." The battlemage took another long sip from his flin, returning Anara's grin.

Konrad nodded. "Can you teach me how to cast while holding a sword and shield as well? I've tried before, but it kind of went wrong and my hand got frozen to the hilt."

"Well... You'll need to have at least one free arm."

Konrad shook his head. "Didn't you see me in Balmora? I need a shield and a sword."

Anthanes sighed. "I'm afraid you'll be unable to use the spell then. That's why I don't use a shield."

"Well, I'm not going to risk my own hide. I'm leaving this town." He exclaimed getting and heading out of the pub. He quickly dashed towards the silt rider.

"Coward" , Anthanes remarked.

OOC: I'm curious, can I "end" my character now and start off in 35 (Which I think you guys said takes place in Tamriel)?

Ryle frowned. No one was there dangit! He turned towards the pub. Might as well head there and ask around.. The thief turned his back to the Silt and made his way back to the Rat.

He quietly walked into the pub and headed to the bar.

Ryan met up with Osan And the army on his way back to Caldera.

"Sir, may i speak freely?" ryan asked politely as he could. "You sleep to late, its almost evening! but im glad you're awake now but i dont think we can take aldruhn on our own. It's heavily fortified and has had a large amount of time to place traps and plan."

OOC:Took you long enough!! JK but lets go kill some goodies!!

"Ryan, good to see you again. Forget if we can take the town or not, I have a task for you. You see, Anthanes and Fenris don't know you've joined me. So I want you to go to Ald'Ruhn and infiltrate them. Interested?"

[ooc: Not sure about the 'almost evening' part...]

"Ok that might work" Ryan said after thinking a bit. "When should i leave?"


OOC: It was noon when i went scouting and now its a long time after.

[ooc: Not too much time's passed in Ald'ruhn though.]

He sat down back at his table and noticed that the flin was there. He grabbed it and took a gulp and put it back down on the table. He sighed and sat back on his chair.

"Well here is the plan. You see I'm vulnerable to those damned mages that they have up there. I want you to travel to Ald'Ruhn and take out those mages when I attack. Not a moment sooner. OK?" Osano began walking back to Slogon, "now when you get there just hang low...Oh and shield your thoughts, they have a mind reader or two. Try not to think about me or your betrayal or anything, got it? Now on your way there, don't walk on the road, its been trapped. And I wouldn't be surprised if the same were true for Ald'Ruhn. Find where the mages are and when the alarm sounds of my attack kill them. And one last thing. I can't guarantee when I will attack so jsut lay low. Got all that?"

"yes, Sir, I'll get on it right away!" said Ryan snapping a salute. "Should i take care of the archers as well if i can?"

"Take care of anything you can but remember, the mages are your priority. Now go and hurry." Osano said.

Ryan rushes off towards Ald'ruhn when he gets there he climbs over the wall and head to the Rat in the Pot. Inside he notices Anthanes but quickly goesdownstairs but is close enough to listen to them speak.


OOC: I will be gone for two hours at Six Pacific time.

After such a long wait with no reply from Arcyakt York figured he was too busy to respond at the moment so he gathered his supplies and walked to the hall of mirrors, searching for one that would put him near Ald Ruhn.

Finally finding one nearby, he walked through and his army followed. York saw who he thought to be Osano speaking to a peasant nearby, he walked to them.

"Osano, what word of Balmora and your other towns? All went as planned I hope...and who the hell is this?" York asked

Anthanes smirked seeing Ryan. I wonder how you got away... Worth investigating.

"York! Glad to see your still alive!" Osano exclaimed, "Who that?" he pointed to Ryan now several meters away, "That is the only living soldier in my army, I think he's loyal, but i haven't consulted Arcyakt yet....Balmora has been destroyed; Caldera taken over, and I'm on my way to Ald'Ruhn. What of Sadrith Mora?"

"I am glad to see you survived as well Osano...and you completed your tasks quite quickly..." York said stopping for a moment before continuing

"I took all of the Telvanni towns...Sadrith Mora was hell but now it is no more than ash." York said

He looked at Osano's forces, they were very strong compared to his own, many of which could not be resurrected after Sadrith Mora.

"We were supposed to meet with Alton and Arcyakt here...any signs of them?" York asked

The Armigers and V'anul suddenly lowered their voices to a conspirative whisper, and sounded as if deciding a arguement of sorts. Suddenly, the whispering stops, and one of them, a Orc of all things gets up walks over to Ryan. V'anul and Armigers snicker slightly.

"Heehy purty....." the Orc slurs, before grabbing Ryan and giving him a big orcish kiss, causing the other Armigers and V'anul to burst into laughter.

Osano raised an eyebrow, "I was never told of that.(or was I?) I haven't seen either of them and I haven't been able to get a hold of Arcyakt. Has Alton destroyed Vivec yet?"

That's not right...Ryle thought observing.

"Hey!" He yelled at the Orc. "Greeny. You too ugly to find a normal boyfriend?" He asked.

"Hey man, im not that way." said Ryan after Whiping the slobber off his mouth. "and are you Drunk or stupid."

Anthanes smirked overhearing the exchange downstairs, turning his attention back to Anara. "As I was saying... Wait, I wasn't saying anything."

OOC:The heroes are making their final stand here after Alton destroys Vivec as it has been decided. We...or at least I was told to meet here for the final attack.

IC:"I figured Arcyakt would tell you we were meeting here...perhaps he just hadn't gotten around to it yet....he's been busy of late." York said still watching the direction the boy had left in

"Arcyakt will likely be pleased as I am with your decision to bring him along...but I will trust your judgement." York said looking at Osano

"Well we are approaching he final battle and then we will celebrate...our conquer of Morrowind, and then we will expand further." York smiled

OOC:Of course we will lose...but...

OOC: Dont do any thing with my guy but if i have to kill the orc i do it.

The Orc smirked. "Nah, i was just on a dare," he said. "I don't like Imperials, too soft. And short," he concluded and headed abck to the Armiger table, where one of the Armigers grumbled "Was worth it," and tossed the Orc a sack of gold. "Told ya i 'aint 'fraid ta do nothin'" the Orc said.

"Yeah, Grenzub would jump off Red Mountain if you paid 'im enough," V'anul said.

"Damn straig- Hey, no i won't!"



Anara smirked. "No, you weren't," she agreed.

"Excellent. You know that 'boy' is going to infiltrate Ald'Ruhn," Osano said obviously proud of himself.

He shrugged and continued picking through the shelves, listening to them. A idea suddenly popped into his head.

"Hey orc, I'll pay you if you do somthing for me." He said turning to them.

"In any case, I'll enchant your weapon as soon as I can bear myself to leave. That means that should you want an enchantment laid upon it anytime soon you'll prolably have to come with me." The battlemage grinned a bit.

"But you didn't consult Arcyakt? You should only be proud if you are still alive when the battle starts friend...you know Arcyakt better than I do and you know that he isn't likely to be happy about this..." York said to Osano

I hope Arcyakt doesn't mind the new guy...for Osano's sake...

York sat down on the ground facing his army of constructs, standing beside what Osano had they looked like nothing.

"How did you manage to keep so many of your constructs alive?" York questioned

"Hmm. I don't know how Arcyakt will react ..." he said rubbing his chin almost worried, "but i think he is more likely to kill Ryan than me.....And Arcyakt rebuilt my army, he didn't yours?"

"Mostly...but many were destroyed beyond repair...most of my troops are undead soldiers, ressurected by Arcyakt." York said looking at Osano

"Don't worry about it...I'm sure It'll be okay. Arcyakt needs you to lead your army, you are too important to kill at the moment...but the new guy...how did you find him?" York asked a with a bit of suspicion

Osano scratched his head and said, "well he kinda got left behind by his friends when I took Caldera. Why do you ask?" Osano said while settling down on the roadside. He figured if they were waiting for Arcyakt and Alton he better get comfortable.

Anara grinned back. "Of course, lead the way Anthanes."



"Oh? And what would that be?" The Orc asked.

Anthanes nodded and led Anara into his room at the mages guild. Uttering the command word, the hidden trapdoor was revealed and Anthanes climbed down the stairs into his private sanctum. "Welcome to my private sanctum" , Anthanes said. The battlemage's gaze dropped on the shrine to Boethiah he still had prominently in the room. "Hrm, no, that won't do..." A magical blast shot from the battlemage's finger, shattering the statue, then the altar. The battlemage went to a tightly sealed chest in the corner. "Segaro nekhova." The chest opened out of itself, revealing a collection of valuable arcane items. Anthanes dug through the chest for a moment before taking out a golden soul gem, wreathed in swirling golden magickal energy.

"This" , he said "contains the soul of a golden saint- the only one I've ever managed to slay."

Anara stared at the gem. "Wow," she said. "I hear Golden Saints are very good fighters too."

"No reason...but you did of course question him on who his friends were..." York questioned him further

He was sure there was a visible look of suspicion on his face...but that didn't matter. York looked down at the ground to try and hide it.

"How can we be sure he's not a spy? Do you trust him?" York asked

He paused for a moment...

"I am sorry to question you Osano...but surely you understand my worries..." York said looking up at him

Anthanes nodded. "Yes, that's so. We attacked it with ten cultists and I was the only one to survive." The battlemage absently rubbed a scar on his cheek.

"Let's discuss this away from the other folks." He said beginning to head upstairs.

(Shoot, got to go. Cya!)

Anara nodded. "So, anyways, back to enchanting..."



Grenzob, the orc, followed afterwards.

Anthanes nodded. "Make yourself comfortable. This may take a little while."

The room was rather sparsely, practically decorated with a small one-person bed, a bookshelf that seemed to hold books on many different but mainly trivial topics, a rough wooden desk with matching chair and a few barrels of flin in the corner.

The battlemage sat down on his bed putting the spear on his lap and the soul gem next to it. Drawing from the essence of the golden saint and his innate magicka, he whispered to the spear, weaving spells into the weapon.

"v'laash sharmatzkam, acrius eglath. v'laash erenus solenum, tarich nekhovall. v'laash, aradaeum nobeya. v'laash rethano fondiguman."

The battlemage wove a cast-on-strike Dispel Magic, Frost Damage, and Silence into the weapon, and out of his own movements a constantly effective Reflect.
The essence of the Golden Saint left the gem and entered the weapon, causing it to glow with golden energy.
