Osano was surprised, "That was unexpected. You will serve under me, and you have 4 superiors, in order from leader to you it's: Arcyakt, myself, Alton, York, and then you. Or atleast thats how i see it... We attack Ald'Ruhn next. Oh and," Osano grabbed Ryan by the cuirass as he did in Balmora, "just to let you know, lying to me would be a -very- --very-- bad idea. OK?'' he released him.

Arcyakt, Caldera is.....conquered and i have a new follower, i wish him to serve under me. Oh and half my army got frozen your help is appreciated.

"Yes Sir..." Ryan stammered after Osano let go of him. He wondered what these other commanders were doing now. And who Arcyakt was...

"You must know all about girl jokes eh?" York laughed finding humor in himself

This is more like a battle of wits.

York laughed at his comment on the guar,

"Slow as a dead guar...with the same smell as well." York said taunting him

When the man put his blade away he snapped his fingers and two of the undead grabbed him by the arms tightly.

"Never put your blade away...what are you the village idiot?" York laughed waiting for him to get free

York stood there smiling, the battle below was definately going in his favor and the battle here was just a schoolyard fight.

I gotta give it to him...he's got guts...but he plays way to much defense and he gets cocky too fast.

Osano called all of the Constructs into Caldera and had them set up positions along the outskirts of the city so that no one would get in unnoticed. Osano wandered into one of the many abandoned shops and left with a brand new dark green robe embroidered wiht gold thread. "Not exactly the armor of a swordsmen , but it fits me....Tell me Ryan, do you place your faith in any gods or Daedra?"

"I haven't been in this world long enough to like any gods..." Replyed Ryan "But i know that the Tribunal was Corrupt. I said was because 2/3 of it are dead... and any way what kind of god can die?"

After saying this Ryan went into The mages guild to find soul stones to strenghten Fire&IceBane.

"Haha, yes, I know all about the girl jokes, cause I'm elven." he said, in that funny, almost giddy voice. "Yes, yes, guar smell..." His voice suddenly grew serious.

"Get these damn things off of me."

He hated people who had to hide behind henchmen...

OOC: Funny how you hate henchmen Dantrag....

York snapped his fingers and they let him go.

"I just wanted to see how you would escape...but apparently I overestimated your skills." York said laughing at him

"Draw your sword village idiot so I may fight you like a man." York said

Keep watch York he's alot faster than you

York drew his blade hoping his enemy would do the same.

"Come on then schoolgirl lets get this over with then..." York laughed at him

Osano started a fire in the middle of the street, "We'll rest here for the night. I can't seem to contact Arcyakt and I have a feeling we won't be able to take Ald'Ruhn on our own."

For fun Osano climbed onto a rooftop and looked southeast where Vivec would be; dark skies. He looked south where Balmora was; orange skies. Finally he looked far Northeast, Sadrith Mora; red skies.

After Ryan had finished Reenchanting his axes, he climbed up to where Osano was.

"If im guessing this right the red means a battle, Orange means Destruction, and Dark means nothing..." He Said " Wasn't on of the other generals supposed to take Vivec?"

Sel didn't just let the undead leave - he couldn't resist slashing one of their arms off.

He drew his sword. "Back with the girl jokes? I told you, they are so cliche they aren't even funny anymore. Adding the word "school" in front doesn't help either."

"Look," he began. "Couldn't you just leave the city? You'll spare me the dull and bloody task of killing you, and the humiliation of losing..."

He didn't actually expect him to leave, but it was fun to pick at him anyway.

Okay, dodging didn't work, and he isn't so easily enraged...Hack and slash? Okay.

He made it look like he was fighting blindly, but every hit was precisely where he wanted it.

Watch the shield, stupid! he thought to himself.

With a deft twist of his wrist, he cut the leather straps holding York's shield on his arm and the heavy object fell to the ground.

Sel sighed in relief - that thing was annoying.

OOC: It's Sel that hates henchman, not me...

I'm off for the night. bye. good fight, by the way.

With his shield on the ground he kicked it into the air hoping to hit his opponent's face with it.

Oh boy...this can't be good...

York readied his blade for the recoil.

"Listen...defeat is not an option for me here...if I fail Arcyakt he will kill me...and it will be more painful than any death you could give me." York said

York looked at him waiting for him to strike or leave...likely the first.

The precision of the hits was annoying to say the least but the hits didnt' have enough power behind them to penetrate the armor.

"You're gonna have to do better than that..." York taunted him

"You are correct," he pointed towards the red sky, "That is York taking over Sadrith Mora," he pointed towards the dark sky, "Alton is taking over Vivec and Ebonhart(sp?). He's pretty eccentric though probably taking his time planning all his moves. Plus Vivec is huge. We'll burn this place to the ground in the morning then on to Ald'Ruhn..... Any questions?"

"None at the moment sir," ryan said "except when will i meet the boss? And also, if we are just killing everyone, how will we survive?"

OOC: I cant wait for the answer in the morning.

OOC: after this post, I'm off to bed. EDIT - changed my mind...I found ice cream.

"I can honestly say that I wish you could die both of those deaths." Sel said with a laugh as he backed out of range of the poorly-aimed shield.

No more shield rushing....thank whatever gods are out there.

He needed to find a hole in York's armor - his strength wasn't enough to pierce it. He was at a defensive disadvantage, and he knew it. Having no armor kept him moving faster, but if he ever made a mistake...

Osano laughed, "You mean Arcyakt?! Soon enough....You know, this is potentially dangerous. I have accepted you into our group without consulting Arcyakt. He may kill me and you. I am warning you though, he is stronger than the gods. He could kill the both of us without a second thought if he wanted too. Respect him, but don't fear him.....You'll probably see him tomarrow. Why do you ask?"

"Just Wondering want to meet all of the people i take orders from. Thats all. And you havn't answered my other question."

Ryan said this as he and Osano went doen to camp.

"Oh, I'm afraid I don't follow your logic," he laughed, "we're killing everyone but us. Then w--" He stopped himself, "I'm afraid I've said to much. We will see Arcyakt tomarrow, he will answer your questions. Also, if you -are- lying to me about your loyalty, you'd best leave while I'm asleep. Arcyakt will see straight through it. Good night." With that Osano lied down by the fire and fell asleep.


OOC: g'night all.

Ryan considered Osano's aAnswer and wondered what the Arcyakt's answers might be. Folowing in Osano's suit and went to sleep in his bedroll.

OOC: G'night People.

York hunched over, too tired to continue,

This city will be destroyed one way or another, take your companions and get out of this place...surely you wouldn't want to lose them" York said in one last attempt to change his mind

York readied his blade, tired and sweating in his heavy armor.

Why does this heavy armor have to be so...heavy?

York readied himself in case speaking of his friends didn't persuade him to leave.

The archers were in position, ready to shoot into the keep, York pointed to them to let the man know they were there.

"Shall I give the order? Or would you like to leave?" York smirked

Konrad sighed as the group vanished, leaving him alone on the shore. He got out some paper and some ink, and wrote down what he remembered of the incantation Minque said. After a while of perfecting it, he said it aloud and was transported ust behind Serene.

Anthanes wandered about Ald'ruhn, checking up on the defences and giving them skillful (in his own mind, anyway) advice on how to improve them.

Serene did not take active part in the Battle of Sadrith Mora, she just made sure there were enough "grenades" available..so when the fighting seized a bit she thought of going to Ald´ruhn. Maybe Celia and Jonacin would like to follow.......she did not know but told both of them of her plans...

"Ash-trap?" Fenris questioned in the dawn, after he awoken. Anara stood nearby, dressed in Bonemold armor of Redoran styling. The Dunmer Fenris had asked the question of smirked. "Yes, we've dug a small pit around Ald'ruhn, and covered it with tarps and placed ash over the tarp. It looks like solid ground, but it isn't. They'll fall in and die on the spike we've placed," The dunmer said.

"Cunning, what of Ald'ruhn's gate?" Fenris asked.

"Reinforced. The Legionaires of the nearby fort have abbandoned it and fell back here, they helped build and reinforce a gate."

"Excellent."

"In addition, we've placed more of those grenades under the ash and dirt of the path from Caldera to here. They'll walk into their death without noticing it."

Fenris smiled. "Good work."

He turned to see V'anul conversing with several Bouyant Armigers, who's high quality armors, mostly glass, glimmered in the dawn. And surveyed the assembled warriors. Mostly armored in the Bonemold of Hlaalu and Redoran, but there were many from the Fighters guild, and mages guilds. More temple priests act as healers, and Fenris saw the Dwemer armored Redorans that had been Bolvyn Venim's personal guard until he was....replaced. Also among them were the Imperial soldiers of Caldera and the nearby fort. Among them, a few battlemages.


"I want all the civilians moved inside the Skar, in the Redoran Council hall inside it. Lock and reinforce the doors to the Skarr and the council hall itself," Fenris said. "Have some of guards on hand inside for protection."

"Yessir."

Anthanes, who having finished dealing out skillful advice had went to Fenris, was about to follow the nord when he spotted Fenris' sister. For some reason he lingered there, straightening himself up a bit.

Jonacin listened to Serene's suggestion, but he wanted to check how the battle was going before they left. He went to the roof of the keep, and looked out over the battleground. A few stray arrows ricocheted from his armour, but he ignored them. He spied Sel engaged in combat with the enemy general behind the front lines, and cursed.
He ran back inside. "Serene, prepare to leave, but first i have to go make sure Sel gets out of this alive". So saying, he ran down the stairs of the keep. He exited onto the battlements, and leapt off, activating his enchanted shirt as he did so. He walked to the ground, and immediately summoned his Shehai. He charged the horde of constructs, cutting down any that stood inhis path, their weapons bouncing ineffectively off his ebony armoue, leaving the barest of scratches. He reached the place where Sel and the other man fought, and stopped. "need a hand finishing this annoyance off Sel?" he called over to him

Serene made all the necessary preparations for their leave....anxiously looking where Jonacin went to, as always she was worried when someone dear to her was in danger....but then again, seing his magnificent Shehai, calmed down quite a bit, if anything now Jonacin was nearly invincible.....

Smiling she turned to Celia......

"Are you ready dear?" she asked, "when Jonacin comes back we´re off to Ald´ruhn"

She checked that Celia wore the enchanted robe and that it was activated.....her own shoes was a bit worn out now and the enchantment maybe would need some enhancement, so she decided to re-enchent both the robe and the shoes. She also said to herself to check out Jonacin´s shirt before they were off.

"No, I don't." Sel said in answer to Jonacin. "Look at him - he's tired."

He launched another flurry of attacks on York.

Now that Jonacin was here, he knew that York was bluffing baout his friends...

he thought.

The morning came swiftly, faster then most would hope to imagin for an upcoming battle. Yet Alton was ready.

He was already considered a giant of most men, of standing at roughly 6' 4''. And the armor he wore increased his bulk by a large proportion. Alton we lead from the front.

"Numbers has to be my advantage.." He mumbled, "And those Sylphs will be a problem."

Arkyact, I trust in my skills as a leader but I find it difficult to predict the outcome of this battle. If its true that they have control over the Sylphs then my flanks are always exposed... Ahh... What are Sylphs? Are they not water?

"Abulard!" Alton called, "Come quick, I have an idea with which we can beat our watery menace." The Fallen Knight laughed an evil laughter.

"Load the powder kegs on the battleships now you skally wags!" The dockmaster, know a undead servant, hurried his workers along, "We have a deadline and it must be fufilled!"

After the ships were loaded they set sail, just a spell cast a way from Vivic

When the second man arrived York was sure he would interfere...but he did not, he was surprised and quite glad.

Apparently Selenil had decided to attack him even after he warned him.

"Release the arrows!" York yelled to the archers and so they did, killing several of the men along the wall of the keep

York defended against the blows and lacking a shield he kicked for his opponent rather than shield bashing him.

Sel smiled as York's leg came out to kick him. He moved to the side to avoid it, and grabbed his foot with his free hand and pulled it roughly with the intention of pulling the man down - heavy armor wasn't always easily balanced...

Unable to balance in his armor he fell to the ground, dropping his blade.

Stupid heavy armor...

York shuffled around on his back trying to get free, in an attempt he kicked for the man's face with his free leg.

That should surprise him...

Sel staggered back a few steps after being kicked in the face.

Wiping blood off his lip he put his sword to York's throat.

"Are we done here?" he asked.

OOC:Are we gonna do the last stand thing at Ald-Ruhn or not?

"Quite...you'd better leave sooner than later. I look forward to next time we meet...I will not underestimate you then...but for now, I must leave...important things to tend to" York said as a construct hit the blade away from his throat

York stood and dusted himself off calling several more centurions in front of him as he grabbed his blade and broken shield from the ground.

"Sadrith Mora is mine...I suggest the both of you leave." York said looking once again at the battlefield

Yes...soon....very soon...

"How about you two look me up sometime if you survive the constructs." York laughed walking away

He sent a message to Arcyakt,

"Sadrith-Mora ia ours...the constructs are cleaning up the last of them as we speak...the only thing left is the keep, I'll round up the last of my force and hit it soon....should be easy there aren't many of the humans left."

OOC:Just retreat now...come on.

Sel tried to get to York, but the constructs formed a wall.

He would have to kill them all to get to him, and by that time, it woud be too late.

he fought the constructs for survival now, not to get to York.

OOC: good fight

Ryan woke up before Osano, so he began to shapen his axes while watching the sunrise, wondering what, besides being very powerful, Arcyakt was like.

OOC: When does Shogun Usualy start playing?

Celia nodded to Serene. "Well, I'm ready..." She paused, her eyes widening as Serene enchanted her robe. "We have to levitate again?"

She glanced to where Sel seemed to fighting, but heading towards them. She waved her hands, shouting, "Come on, Sel, get in here! And if we levitate, you will carry me, understand?!"

Sel slashed another Centurion and made his way towards Celia.

He got there, breathless. "Where's Jonacin? I lost him in the fight..."

"Are you okay?" he asked.

Serene heard Sel saying he lost Jonacin....

She looked at Sel with fear.....you lost him? why then i have to go and find him..I won´t leave without him......

She looked out on over the batlefield tears streaming down her face.....

never i´ll go without him!!"

Fenris smiled at Anthanes. "Hail," he said. "Everything ready on your end?" he asked. Anara watched Anthanes with curiosity but didn't say anything yet.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa." Sel said, trying to calm Serene. "Jonacin can handle himself, I'm sure he'll be here in a second."

He was about to go back in there, as dumb as that sounded.

Anthanes turned around to look at Fenris.

"Hrm, yes.. I'll be leading the Battlemages. Instructed them to use ice against the constructs, and I also told them that the power Arcyakt gives Osano fades with a highly concentrated Dispel spell... Wonder if it'll work on Arcyakt, himself..."

The battlemage kept giving passing glances to the nord's sister.

Jonacin crouched in a low defensive stance. A rush of constructs had cut him off from Sel, and he was surrounded. He darted forward and cut another construct down, leaping back again to avoid the counterattack of another one. He was holding his own mostly due to the fact that the constructs weren't as fast or as smart as men or mer, and because they relied on numbers rather than skill to win battles.

Serene was obviously crushed, so Sel decided to go back. She wouldn't be happy until Jonacin was in her sight.

He took a deep breath and ran back into the huge melee. He cut down constructs while yelling an occasional "Jonacin!"

Jonacin heard Sel shouting over the din of the battle. "Sel! Over here!"he yelled, dodging another clumsy lunge and destroying the construct that had perpetrated it

Sel went on the defensive while he made his way towards Jonacin.

"Better get back." he said inbetween blocking and slashing. "Serene thinks you're dead or something."

"There!" he said, pointing to a small opening in the mob of constructs.

Jonacin nodded. "Let's go!" he shouted. He dashed forward, cutting left and right, opening the path through the constructs. He checked to make sure Sel was still with him, and hadn't been cut off or injured

Sel ran backwards, folllowing Jonacin - nothing would hit the man's back.

Soon, they were back to Serene, celia and Otik.

"See?" he said, panting. "He's okay."

2 hours later Ryan was STILL sharpening his axes but at that rate they would only be nubs when the fight came.

OOC: where is Shogun?!? I can't do anything with out him...

Jonacin grinned at Serene. "Sorry for worrying you like that, a horde of them came out of nowhere and cut me off from here"
He turned to Sel for a moment. "thanks for coming back out for me Sel, it was starting to get a little bit annoying being trapped like that"

"So where do we go now?" Sel asked, sitting down.
